Nice park, good people, well kept and affordable. So we bought here.

Very nice and clean and quiet

This is a lovely trailer park that I really liked to live at but it’s a shame that it’s 55+ and above because I would really love to have my (disable) daughter come and live with me. That has kept me away from this wonderful park. And a beautiful mobile home that I had my eye on. That’s why it’s only getting a three star.

All common areas are impeccably maintained and the staff are friendly and helpful, especially Rita..

To tell the truth I didnt live there I worked there. When I was a termite man for the Best exterminating company in Casa Grande Arizona I use to have to go to Casa Verde Estates alot!!! Ive met alot of good people in this place. They have alot of activities for the people living here!!!! If you are looking for a place that is clean, quite, and laid back Casa Verde Estates is your place!!!!! Hallelujah Amen ️ ️️

HI Google users,I have been working here as a painting contractor (Truly Painting And More)for the last 10 plus years and the homeowners here are always wonderful and come from all over the country and sometimes other countries. At first glance the place is gated and very kept up.

It is a nice quiet place they have lots of things for them to do there at the clubs house

Grounds are excellent.

Nice clean place to live! 2 pools, games, cards, dances but......if you have a dog, the management request you go outside the gate when you walk your dog. This is the only place I know of that does this. I would pay extra (and there is room here) for a dogpark! Other than that people who live here are friendly.

It is a nice quiet park, and would be great if we had a dog park. I agree with Nancy there are a multitude of places to put a dog park.
