Family orientated

I made verbal agreements with the past management it took a long time for them to get around to doin it but they where slowly getting done. New management says that since is wasnt in writing its not getting done. Now new management isnt on site or even live in state. The property has been neglected since they took it over. Everything has to be done by email. The owner threatened me with CPS because they do not secure construction areas or lock out the electric panels out side and my five year old was seen playing around them. Hes an arrogant person that doesnt see this as a community but a construction site. The books are not properly kept and the options they give you to pay your lot rent you have to pay a fee just to pay your rent. Hiring this new company has been a mistake. Even the maintenance guy they sent was extradited for some unknown reason. Good luck if you decide to move here or invest.

This place is looking better

The owner Stewart, likes to screw you over as well as his partner in rent by pocketing the money and say you owe them money. And they dont spray for bugs or get rid of mice. We had to pay for that ourselves. Than the owner had management harass you every day or every other day who acted like she didnt speak English or understand it. Oh, they never gave notices when they shut off the water. They had it listed for $570 a month as a rent to own home but we paid $608 and we put over $14,000 into it and we still rented it. So their promise to own it and any other promises they make you, they will not keep it. This is the worse place to live at. The pool has no light in it and the fence is easy where children can climb over it and drown in it especially at night when there is no adult around. They screwed my family over when we lived there. I wont ever recommend to live here. If you do live here, get everything in writing especially their promises to you because their promises dont mean anything.

The park managers Tim and Tiffany are great, great place to live!

The public pool and the Ramada area are always clean.

The management there is amazing....very helpful, I am so excited to be moving into such a pleasant and safe environment.

I am just going to say, watch out for promises never kept and some back stabbing.

I moved in 2mths or so. Since the new managers Tim and Tiffany came its been great. All the places are being redone and its really shaping up. My family and I rented several places over the years in Phoenix and never paid less then 1100 for a 3 bedroom. We are buying this 3 bedroom for 720 a mth. Totally worth it.

You could not ask for better from a nicer manager and other personnel. Mike Crank, the manager, spent hours giving me a tour of the homes that are offered, telling me the terms of purchase and renting and at the same time was personable, quite friendly, never pushy. I bought and am looking forward to moving in. I met other residents and received nothing but good words for Las Casitas Mobile Home Park. Sure, you wll probably encounter a review from a naysayer wherever you look. But,, just go talk to Mike, youll be pleased you did.

In the past years this mobile home park was horrible and run down with the bad kind of people staying there. Since new management came in to the picture it has been totally turned around. Mike the property manager is very busy getting things done around the park. He has had the swimming pool remodeled, installed a large Ramada with clean new benches and even installed lighting for it. No more loud music, or properties that were an eye sore. Mike made this park a great place to live at an affordable price.

Nice places havent seen the pool yet

Went to look at this mobile home park a couple days ago and it is a DUMP. The reviews that state they have taken over ownership in April/May 2016, are renovating and have given 5 stars Are the owners so obviously they are going to give themselves a good rating. There isnt Any landscaping and it looks like a ghost town. Most of the mobile homes are run down and look broken into. Not only that but I called them to try to see inside the few nice ones but never heard back. Had to give one star because I had to give a star otherwise I wouldnt have given any.

Excellent place to visit and to live. Clean and quiet.

This place is AMAZING it is quiet and the people here are nice! Also, there is a pool here for residents and theyre friends and family! If I were to pick a place to live I would choose here!!

Went to visit today you can see the improvements being made the pool area was great and the barbeque area and basketball court are nice lots of work has been done some older homes yet but like the attitude of the people working there fixing the place for the better

Horrible to much drama people dnt know how to stay out of your buisness unsafe not well managed and unfortunantly i still have to live thier if you decide to live their watch your back and dont make friends or share anything personal thier. good luck
