Ugly, this place is ugly. The homes are not good and the whole environment is uncleaned. Nice people, but not a good place.

Nice shower and a hot tub, pool very clean and respectful place.

Connie is one of the most caring, positive, and considerate people Ive ever met. If I ever moved to Casa Grande AZ, Id love to live in her mobile home park.... if there was an opening.

The co-owner, Connie, is the most horrid person ever!! Stay clear of this place, unless you like harassment! Its a dump! BUYER BEWARE.. unless you like having 3ft of parking space. They are very misleading when trying to make a sale!!!
