I have lived here for 3 almost 4 years. The neighbors are nice.. Very nice. Nothing unruly happens here except from outsiders running through. Everytime you disagree with something you get told your going to get a 10 day notice. If they dont like something you get threatened with a 10 day notice. If it isnt changed in 10 days they will evict you. New owner isnt real friendly or talkative but ok i guess.You get wrote up or emailed about leaves or weeds in your yard and charged a clean up fee when they have garbage from mobiles they are fixing laying in the yards. I may get a 10 day for this review who knows... I will update you if i do.

This is a park that states its working on cleaning up the park and getting rid of drug dealers, crime and other issues. They state that it is quiet and if you need anything, just ask. Every resident is afraid of losing their place to live if they say anything. There are still drug dealers there, homes sub par and not up to code. Windows dont open in some, air conditioning doesnt work and if you speak up, you get evicted. Dont rent here. They take your money and dont help at all
