Ive always liked La Posada trailer court, but Ive never lived there. I was told that its been sold and the new owners are now going to raise the rent there. Its sad to think that such a cool little spot could loose its appeal because a new owner wants more money!!! I rate this place because of the owners desire for more money!!! Hallelujah Amen

They are very friendly and give you all the information you need and even what you dont ask that you will need.

No good maintenance, tske thd .oney and run.

We conducted business with the owner of this parked Named Lewis Halpern. He made an agreement with us for services provided and then took it upon him self to cut our bill in half from what he owed us and did not remember what he agreed with us one. Low integrity and a dishonest individual. The way someone does something is the way they do everything. I would question renting or staying here.

Just moved in, owner was easy going, friendly, professional and flexible with my situation, its quiet and peaceful here too.

Renters beware.

An older park but very clean and quiet.

Place is run down trailers, no one keeps their area up or trailers. RV are really a eyesore. Laundry and showers are disaster.
