This.park is very nice.just needs to have more action from the city ofBkd.to send code enforcement.to keep homeless away..

Well maintained, not crowded and easy going.

I love this park plenty of room toys and shade. I items in my truck to take to goodwill and couldnt because of covid and there are a few men and women that are doing poorly at this time and I was able to give them the items. It made me feel good that I was able to help them out. They were appreciative as well

It is a park at the end of my residential street that has been enjoyed by my entire family for almost 50 years! This last visit included my Grandson & myself, eating lunch together & enjoying our time shared.

Found hypodermic needles in picnic area and wedged in the tables and benches

Dont go after dark but during the day its not bad good for pokemon go

Lovely park fun with my babies

It was a good experience. We went in the afternoon to take our dogs for a walk and there seemed to be more of a younger crowd, all they were doing was going to sit on one of the tables and smoke marijuana. There were other cars parked in the parking lot, it seemed like couple go there in the evening time to spend time together. Nevertheless our dogs enjoyed their time running around since the park was empty other than those kids sitting on the bench and the couples in their cars.

The park was pretty clean. Not much people there. Maybe due to the triple digit weather. Some shade here and there depending on time of day. We just kept moving with the shade. There are some homeless people there but they keep their distance. I would go back to that park to bbq with friends and family.

I thought it was clean considering the traffic. and also the crowds were not disrespectfull. Also being that theirs fastfood places close around....

From what I seen in the daytime that Park is really clean even though it doesnt have any parking and I have lots of toys and I didnt see no homeless there nice to take your kids there

Like every park in Bakersfield there are homeless people, or people hanging out in the parking lot smoking weed. The playground is pretty nice with a two story high slide swings and climbing all over the place. The playground has some park sand and some parts soft ground. Overall it was an ok experince, good enought for the 20 mins I spent there with my daughter.

We liked that it doesnt ever seem to be too crowded

Grissom park is not a spot that I would reccomend to a newcomer to Bakersfield. Although the maintenance is well kept and clean for the most part. The park sits adjacent to a neivhborhood and it is heavily used by the folks who live thier. For this reason I would choose another park if I were a visitor to Bakersfield

This is a pretty good place to kick back under a tree and read a good book, but bee fine by sunset... the crowd that comes here after dark is less than pleasant. Its reminiscent of a neighborhood south of Pioneer and Stirling.

I liked the peace n quiet. There everyone stayed to themselves instead of being bonbarded with others asking for cigs or money .different for better liked it alot

Nice park with plenty of family gatherings but it is a little tinged with adult activity that probably isnt suitable for children but is nonetheless apparent and lurking within the social fold. The park looks nice and is well kept, the only thing that isnt very attractive is the slight uneasiness set off from local gang activity

Nice park green clean and great for small family reunions like birthday partys for kids close to a lots a shopping centers.

It wasnt clean at all and. Didnt have a nice time. It needs to be clean especially if we are going to pay for it. The bathrooms were dirty and toilet papera were all over it.

This is an okay Park real big so you can play soccer football has a good basketball courts and I still jungle gyms clean facilities oh not too much Riff Raff thats always good its nice pot
