Nice park plenty of room for run ,walk play basketball or soccer playground for kids and bathroom availables

Great park! Love that it has the double swing, and foam padding around the pirate ship. My only wish is that there was more seating, and Id love to see all the wood chips replaced with padding, but we will definitely be going here more often.

Two play structures: one for 5-10 and one for 10+. Water features, bathrooms, picnic tables and shade structures, plenty of benches, lots of grass and tree shade, and a huge expanse of lawn for running/playing/living. I like this park a lot. Clean and safe.

Its a nice looking park. I was only there for a few minutes. Stoped to use my phone. Keeped up nicely an clean.

Beautiful and green. My dogs loved playing here.

It was perfect to meet my pastor and observe social distancing. Lots of shade and a nice playground area.

Love this park. . . There are several different play areas, a couple big swings & a couple for toddlers. One of the swings for toddlers doubles & a parent or whoever sits across from them an swings them both!!! Makes for an even better park trip. There are several trees which makes it very nice. . .

So pretty and quiet. A lot of familys come here. I love how safe it is. And its gorgeous in the fall!

Free land as far as the eye can see

Playground has 3 different sections so kids have more room, when i went park was empty which is even better.

Great park! Nice open field for sports and games. Play grounds are set up for different age groups, which is NICE! The park has many trees. I love the shade for our warm summers!

Big, clean and sports friendly Park.

This park! It’s right next to an elementary school and nestled in a quiet neighborhood with nearby commerce. I’ve been coming here for about 4 years. The playground(s) are clean and I feel safe. The play structures are clean and have even been updated a little here and there over the years. I highly recommend this park! Plus, after the kids play, I can hit Chipotle, just around the corner, on the way home! Win, win!

Friendly people great park for kids and familys

This is a nice place to bring the kids to play on a nice day.

Lots of places to ride around on bikes when its not busy during the weekdays. It even had some fun water features that cooked us off.

Really nice park, lots of shade, volleyball net, huge open area perfect for flying drones. Restrooms accessable and lots of parking area, street included. Spacious and shaded seating area for parties, etc. Cool playground for kids and family to enjoy.

Nice wide open park, bathrooms are really run down and needs immediate attention. Toys are in fair shape. Gardening also needs some attention due to heavy thorns in the grass.

This playground is super cool! We don’t live close by, but we discovered it one time when we were running errands in that part of town. My kids often ask to go back and play at “the pirate ship park”. When we were there, the other parents/ caregivers around were friendly and supervising their kids well.Oh, and they have one of those cool swings where you can sit in a seat facing your baby and swing with them. :)

Such a great space. Backdrops available , which worked perfectly for our kickball game. Bathrooms were available but a littke nasty.

As far as Parks go, this one seems to be a step above..... Cant speak about the restrooms, because I never used it. The general crowd seemed very friendly torrid other Park users. Even those walking their dogs same to conscientiously pick up the mess.

The park is pretty nice and clean. Its quite spacey as well. There are a few grills around the benches so its pretty good to have a party there and grill some hot dog and burgers.There were a few bums around but they didnt bother us when we were there. They stayed off to the side and didnt bug anyone.They have a play area where there are swings, slides and also a little section to get wet. There are 3 poles that water comes out of but its not consistent. You have to be holding the buttons down to get the water to come out. If you let go, it stops. It is refreshing though so if its hot this is a good place to relax.There is also a volleyball net, basketball court and a huge field where you can play soccer or baseball.

The neighborhood and park blend well,nice place to chill at midnight.

Park was clean, layout was well thought out. Used parks group picnic area for family reunion for 70+ members. Large restroom area close to covered group picnic area and awesome play area for younger children. There was also a volleyball, basketball and multipurpose fields for soccer.

My kids love this park! It has three different play structures, for big kids and little ones too. Also during summer they have water sprayers. The only down side is the restrooms are almost ALWAYS dirty.

Great day for a walk

Nice sized park with plenty of room for a variety of activities, great playground and field area with baseball/t-ball back stops. Clean grounds, no trash or tagging. Attractive surrounding area.

A favorite park for a long time. Close to everyone in the NW and yet quiet and clean. Lots of wonderful toys for my grandkids.

Bathrooms need attention as well as the kids playground. But a very shady park with a big open areas.

Great place to watch Kern County Rugby Football Club!

Multi age group park with themed playsets including a ship and a castle. Mom and kid tandem swing is awesome, and zip line is fun for older kids. Plenty of shade for picnicking, and both street or lot parking makes this a very versatile park!

My kid had sandals playing at the playground and when shes running the playground has tree bark and ended up getting blisters from the tree bark in her feet not cool

Great wide open place and play area for kids and an large table area for a family party, remember you have to book these first with the park district. There is a large grass area for running or baseball.

Nice clean park in a quiet part of town. The bathrooms usually work, as well as the drinking fountain. Generally not too crowded, but there are usually at least a few kids to play with.

A nice little park to take a brisk afternoon or morning stroll and a great place to go on a dog walk or even just to relax in a comfortable place to sit and enjoy your day.

Nice amount of shade during the hot summer days. Good amount of swings which are my kids favorite.

Love the playground and tons of benches to enjoy a quiet moment while you watch your kids run. But the bathrooms are gross!
