Great place to do go karting, mini golf, and much more

I wish I could give this place 5 stars! The first time we went we paid the 1 time for go carts and had so much fun we paid for another time!The second time we paid for two times at once and they did not seem to care that the seat belt did not work but another thing was it felt shorter. I decided to take the time and tell the kid at the front desk and his answer was awwwh? So I wanted to be kind to the owner and let him know the experience I had and he was telling me it was our fault we didnt see the sign that we could of paid for an hour instead. I said if the kid at the front desk explained this and we made an honest mistake we would of paid for and extra hour plus what we paid even though it felt wrong. It was our mistake. The owner kept saying he owned this place for 31 years and never mentioned any mistake on his staffs. Not even just a learning opportunity the owner had no customer service skills and kept interrupting me. He lost our business!

ZERO STARS!!!My daughter and two friends had an awful experience with the go karts. There were two boys intentionally running into them to spin them out and then flip them off...repeatedly!!! They didn’t pay and kept using the same ticket over and over. They would be in the back of the line with the fastest go karts and pull over and wait to “attack” the girls every time. This is very dangerous and the girls left early because they said it was awful!! They were doing this to a few other girls that said the boys are there “all the time” doing the same thing!! They complained to the worker running the carts and nothing was done! BEWARE!!

I wish I could give them zero stars. We went to take our grandkids so that they could ride the go carts. We all had our masks on today! We left because none of their staff had mask on, not even the person selling the tickets at the counter. Most people there weren’t wearing masks nor social distancing. Also they were not sanitizing down the go carts after every use. No one that was working there today was in forcing the social distance requirement! What good is it to have a sign with the requirements and no one is following them. This why COVID-19 cases in Illinois are continuing rise!!

Fun baseball mini golf and batting cages aswell as go karts

My daughter was hurt here and requires stitches. I asked for a copy of the incident report. The business owners son said he doesn’t have incident reports but he offered a band aid... I have a hard time believing this is how the City of Aurora licenses amusement Parks.

My golfing veteran friends and I love the Sports Zones indoor driving range during the winter. Its as spacious as can be, its clean, and theres always plenty of balls to hit. Then in the summer they have go carts, Putt Putt golf, and more. The best part though are the owners that couldnt be nicer and they always appreciate your business.

Went here once with the family. We did miniature golf, go carts and baseball.We had a great time except our oldest lost his wallet while riding the go carts.Someone that came after us said one of the workers picked it up but we were unable to locate that employee.

Great racing track but really disapointed since my family and I were wearing our mask and no one there was wearing theirs. the faculty should be more careful i dont understand how people dont see how bad is getting in other states with the virus. really disapointed with the staff since none of them had a mask.... PLEASE PEOPLE DONT WAIT UNTIL IS TOO LATE .. and just incase if you would like to know we were there on monday 7-13-20 I would it give a 5 start but because of the ignorance of the staff members I gave it a 3 star intead and i dont see my self and my family going back in there until i know for sure that there us a vacine so i know that we will be safe...

Prices seemed to have gone up this year after Covid-19, but hey, what are ya gonna do. Still a good time.

Worst staff ever very unprofessionals zero safety especially in the go karts the people that take care of the gokarts area let other people ride with out paying for it and don’t even get in line plus they don’t apply the riding rules they let everyone crash in to other kids it’s the worst plays to take your kids to have fun is just a matter of time for someone to get seriously hurt

Lack of concern over safety on the go-cart course. My son drove off the course in an area that was not blocked off. When brought to the attention of the 16 kids running the place there was no concern. Took several attempts to get the owner to come out to discuss the issue. Absolutely no concern expressed, even after taking the owner to the area of concern and the exact same thing happened as we watched, even though he seated it has never happened before.

There is small version of golf and cars.

Terrible customer service. Poor managing staff, and downright disregaurd for customers. This place has gone downhill since the days it opened. It is weathered, dirty, and the staff is rude. They have no coordination for planning parties, so even if you book one, they might give your time to someone else. That, or tell you you can wait. Even if that means not getting what you pay for. Will never go back, for any reason.

Fun place. The go cart track is fun and the cars are kinda fast. The golf was decent.

So.... About their go carts..... DONT RECOMMEND TO GO ON THEM! I have no idea if it was bad luck but rubber from the cars were coming off and flying into my eyes not just mine but my friends to. One of my friends car wouldnt work the other one wouldnt stop another one couldnt turn well. Everything else was fine there but NOT THE GO CARTS.

The place was nice and attractive. The best place to have a bonding time with your family. Its totally worth it.

Our daughter practices softball here. The place is large on the inside, just overcrowded. The parking lot is to small.

The go carts are dangerous sometimes the brakes don’t work. Pieces of scrap were flying into my sons eyes. Also the Mini-Golf is boring and unattractive. The place seems to NEVER have enough people to run the place. They offer a variety of attractions but they are not all open at one time. This time the climbing wall was closed and the other time the climbing wall, and bungee jumper were closed and the go carts were broken down for half the time. We left early and don’t plan on coming back.

Great place for the family. Go carts were extremely fun and the mini golf is a little challenging. Batting cages are more suited for teenagers and adults; my 7 year old couldnt get a good pitch because all the balls were over his head, but it was perfect for me and my older kids.

Fun for the kids

Used to be a great place for a game of soccer. Now its just run down, even though they rebuilt the roof. The only things worse than the parking are where they expect spectators to congregate and the conditions of the turf. I get that they need to maximize revenue, but theres not enough room in this place for an 11v11 soccer game, two baseball teams practicing, two soccer teams warming up and parents trying to watch soccer, all at the same time. Somethings got to give.

Great fields. A good option for winter soccer. However, there is limited viewing areas, when two games are playing at the same time. More stands would be helpful.

Good mix of activities. Nice batting cages, most worked but a few out of service. Go carting is a bit pricey. I havent done mini-golf here for a while but looks like a good variety of themed holes with unique hazards. Bungee bouncing is sometimes available.

The mini golf course is ok. Its not great, but its better than average. The best part about Sports Zone is the go karts. That was super fun! Its a nice, long track and definitely worth the money.

Good indoor soccer fields that double as indoor golfing green. Bathrooms are clean and heating system kept up with the -4 degree F outside.

They were kind enough to open there Go kart track up after closing it for the day for my date and I thank you. The Go karts are fun and pretty fast too!

Fun place

Your Go-karts are definitely the best. The blue water in the golf course is just tacky. I suggest you have umbrellas on the course for got days so players can sit under the shade while the other players take their turns.

Our family loves this place. Well maintained facilities and wonderful staff. Indoor soccer, go carts, putt putt, batting cages and more. A great destination drive for the family. Do it!

We were excited to see some changes theyve made to the gold course since we were last here! Awesome course now. They also added more attractions (bungee stuff) which is great. My only complaint is the bridge on the go kart track. Could definitely use a change ... Fun, affordable, clean family fun though.

My nephews had a great time

Friendly staff. Gave me extra batting cage tokens when the machine was jamming. Different speeds to choose from, softball & baseball. Go carts and mini golf were also very fun. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a fun time.

Had a great time, they had go-karts for my 6 and 8 year old to drive on their own, and on the same track with me. The mini-golf is a little older and simple, but a few of the holes have been updated.

Pretty cool place. The mini golf course and the go-kart track are a little run down, but we still had a blast.

It has great fields to play in. Referees are fair with everyone. Great bathrooms and heaters.

I heard about this place in the news when the dome was destroyed due to a snow storm.I have come back to this place since they now have opened up again and I can tell you that this an extremely fun place to take you and your family. I tried their new rocket bungee and it was fun.

If you have a death wish for you and your family, this is the place for you...This place is dirty, with old and dangerous equipment. The employees are rude and even threatening!! This is seriously the worst place ever. The woman at the snack bar was an incredibly rude b**ch, and the OWNER swore at my kids!!!Do not waste your money or your time here.

Me and my boyfriend came here to mini golf and it was pretty empty, around 5pm on a Thursday. We went down to the little shack to pay and get our clubs but there was no one at the front desk. Then I realized a blonde older woman sitting on her phone not even realizing we were there! We stood there for a few minutes taking loud enough for her to hear but still got nothing. So we just left which sucks cause I really wanted to mini golf! I hope your happy your lost business.

Its a rundown ragtag kind of park...The mini golf course is nice but the water is disgusting. The go carts are fun but at the end when you park there is some trouble stopping all the way . One time, a guy got out of his cart too early and his friend didnt take his foot out of the gas and he hit his friend! . The batting cages are ok... the bats are trash. I recommend getting the wrist bands($20 for 2 hours) ($10 for 1 hour). All in all this place is O.K.

The place needs to be cleaned up, the water is gross and filled with gunk. I was going on the go karts that Me and my friends paid $7 for 5 minutes. The workers let too many people go at once and made me stay behind. The man said sorry I cant do anything about it. We were first in line take a member of the other group out not us. And the food is overpriced.

Found this place purely by accident. Was looking for a Go-Kart place near my home and stumbled upon it online. Looked pretty nice so we went to check it out.Located near the intersection of Rt 30 and Rt 34 near Montgomery/Aurora, IL.Went there primarily for the Go Karts, but we also played a round of mini-golf, as they had a combo deal where you saved a buck or two. Nice looking mini-golf course with colored water cascading down rocks. The course was set on a hill. Go-Karts were also very fun, with single and double karts. Each ride was 5 minutes and the karts were fairly fast IMO. There were also batting cages, which seemed pretty fast pitch, so younger kids probably would have trouble with the speed. They also have a snack area with tables and they sell snacks too.

Keep raising prices every year. Understanding upkeep and adding some new things, but $7 for a 5 minute go kart ride is a bit much

Never going to this place again in my life. #1. The batting cages are absolutely terrible. They shoot the ball too high. THEN we paid $40 for 8 rounds of go karting. They offered us a better deal at 6 go kart sessions for $35. Are they literally uneducated? Because thats not a better deal. Anyways we went around the go kart track one time, and were able to drive around the tiny track 3 times ... and our group of 4, and another group of 3 younger gentlemen all got kicked out. Apparently we were bumping each other in the carts. Not only is this completely not true (and if it was we werent doing it on purpose nor were we playing bumper carts). We were having fun. Theyre the slowest go karts Ive ever been on anyways. The dad and his kid who were bumping people did not get kicked out. We were discriminated against by the two entitled go kart carnies. They claimed they blew their whistle to warn us. Well with the loud go karts I swear to god not a single one of us heard the whistle as a warning for bumping. For some reason we were all oddly clustered up for the entire race so sure, maybe we bumped into each other a few times. But NO ONE heard the whistle. If he waved his arms and yelled to stop bumping then he would have accomplished something. But he blew a petty ass whistle that nobody heard. So after 3 rounds for $40, we were flagged to stop driving and kicked out of the entire park.THEN thats not the worst part. One of the two carnies who kicked us out threatened someone who wasnt in my group. Yes, we were complaining about being kicked out and trying to argue our case. But the entitled jerks who kicked us out said keep walking in a threatening manner, and then proceeded to verbally threaten and abuse the other group which I wasnt in, so I do not know what was said.I will be calling when the place opens to speak with a manager and I will either get a full refund or file a chargeback with my bank.

Got there over 30 minutes before they closed and they wouldnt let us play. Not very happy with the service here. The guy asked us if we were sure we wanted to play with only half an hour left and said that was ok, yet as i was getting my money to pay he told us never mind and that they were closed. Very rude.

These place is garbage i purchased 2 bracelets for both of my children $40 worth for both, the fat lady in the front windown never evensaid my 8 year old son wouldnt be let on the go karts because he had to be 9 , he wasnt allowed to ride with my oldest 13 year old son because he had to be 16 , i did take a ride with my youngest child but he didnt want to ride with me so he sat there the whole two hrs .... they didnt allow him on any rides at all which its very stupid i paid for him to just sit down , i went to the front window to ask for a refund and the lady wasnt even there had to go around looking for her till she came out of the back door like 10 minutes after, she said these place doesnt give refunds, its a steal , only bumping cars , mini golf which its packed and u get no turns because each group takes like a 15 minute turn,and a jumpie which it takes u up for about 1 minute, it suvks not worth it....garbage ....staff is ridiculous with teenager kids that dont know what theyre doing and fat lady infront window sits her ass on the phone and has no customer service attitude....hate it give it a zerooooo

Dont bother. False Advertising, with a touch of lets just say non-American imported lazy lying laborers.Saw their ad in this magazine, claimed to be open 7 days all week to 10pm at night, their own coupon, it said until october 31st, 2016, it was still september at this point. Shame on me for believing their scam.So after driving all the way from Elmhurst, during the week, import lied some crap, changing the hours, claimed they close at 7 instead, contradicting their ad stating otherwise, and acted like they never existed. The type of person they are, with their unAmerican, unethical business customs, were not even apologetic, instead of bothering about business, the vacca imports at least as of this post, had an attitude, and were p-oed they have to get up from sitting around to tell people off, instead of making business. Track is also a really rough ride now, and saw better days, when more compassionate Americans were running it, taking better care of it, but not anymore.
