I had a great time at this place! It was really clean and good and for $20 I got to play for an hour! And I recommend you to come! They also had great service and good prices !!!!

Had a small b-day here. Staff was young, not overly friendly, but they enforced safety between and amongst young and old, big and little and fit and unfit. The adults were happily surprised all areas were open for them to use as well as for kids - and none of the equipment / play areas felt similar to being on a backyard jungle gym. The obstacle course was a ninja blast.

This was so much fun! I went with some friends and brought my 5 year old along. There are lots of activities for everyone to enjoy, and we all had a blast! Pro-tip: use the bathroom before bouncing or your body will remind you that it had a bladder pretty quick

This place is great. My two young sons cant go the whole week without asking to go here. The setup is pretty safe for the children. Me and my wife took our children there and they have two massage chairs while the kids were playing. Its a little pricey but not too bad. I would recommend visiting here for just a fun family trip or for hosting a birthday party. The staff was friendly as well. Highly recommend

Its a fun place for (I would say) 6 and above. Although younger kids can play but older have a blast. I took my son for a birthday party and we already decided to go back there again. Next time maybe I will jump too

This is a fun place for kids with plenty and very unique trampoline experiences. Even adults will be able to enjoy the time here. They also have a ninja warrior inspired obstacle course. The facility is clean and the staff very friendly with safety in mind. Nevertheless, injuries can happen and I saw several kids with ice bags.

Took my kids since they had the day off and I found a good deal on Groupon for 4 passes. Kids had a great time. My 18 month old loved it too. Would highly recommend!

This place was a lot of fun but it’s very pricey. We found the employees to be friendly. The major drawback for me was that children less than 2 are the same price as older kids. This was problematic because they cannot participate in a major part of the activities. If toddlers were a fraction of the price, I may consider returning before my child is 4 or 5.

This was for a school fundraiser and who can turn down Sky Zone for a night of winding down energetic kids for a good nights rest?? No one! The kids didnt want to leave...we stayed for a full hour but I do reccomend the 90 minute one..It wasnt overly crowded and there is always something for everyone.my 4 year old niece to my 14 year old daughter had a blast! Make sure to wear very comfortable clothes....

My friends and I had a blast here last weekend. The place was hopping, there was excitement everywhere you turned. I must have burned 5000 calories in just the 1st hour. Great place, cant wait to return.

Best trampoline park ever. Workers are so nice!!! Im literally buddies with most of them and made tons of friends. I go the almost every day. Fridays to Saturdays is Glowzone. You stay till 11:00pm glowing in the dark and the entire park glows too.

Would have rated higher if werent shady about pricing. Came with own trampoline socks - asked at the front if okay that I brought my own socks and told it was fine. Then spent half my time watching employees harass my child about wearing the wrong socks. Finally gave in and bought Sky Zone branded socks (we already had paid for the time, so sick of wasting time arguing that the socks were trampoline socks). If sky zone requires their own branded socks, then this should be spelled out on signs, website, mentioned when paying, or anywhere before allowed to begin jumping.

Do not purchase online Gift Cards from Aurora IL Skyzone. They are thieves. On October 13 using the online system I purchased an e-gift card from the Aurora IL location. I did not receive a confirmation email a week later the gift card recipient informed me that they did not receive the email with the gift card. For weeks I played phone tag with the store, always told I need to talk to a manager but the manager was never in. I was promised calls back that never came. I would call ask for the manager to be told they would be with me in a minute then when somebody would get on the phone and ask what it was regarding I was then told the manager was not in. In mid November after several weeks of games with Skyzone I filed a dispute with my credit card. My credit card declined the dispute stating Skyzone stated an credit had been made - it had not. I again tried reaching out to Skyzone via phone, email, Facebook Direct message and By this time it was mid December and I took to Social media, posting a warning on every ad and post Skyzone made for gift cards. After a post where I stated I was filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau and the States Attorneys office I FINALLY got a Direct Message from a Business manager for Skyzone Aurora. After several phone calls and emails including them insisting I send proof of the transactions (screen shots of the listing in my bank account) they agreed on Dec. 23 to issue me a refund. I was refunded the money on Dec. 24. I wish I could say that is where this ends but NOPE. On January 7 another charged from Skyzone appeared in my checking account. I reached out to the Business Manager and again had to send proof the transaction to her. On January 9th I recieved an email back stating the owner would be looking into this and issuing me a credit. It is more than a month later, no credit, no responses to emails or phone calls. I guess my next step is a police report for the fraudulent charge on my credit card.

Great place for kids from toddlers to teens, to the adults. Has Sky Jam (basketball hoops), foam pit, 3 dodgeball courts and a huge main trampoline area. There is also Toddler Time on Tuesday and Thursday from 9:30-11:00 and also on Saturday from 9:00-10:00. Also a great place for birthday parties - mom and dad dont have to do anything other than bring a cake!

This place is insanely fun. I would love to be able to have all of my kids birthday parties here... If it werent so expensive. But dont get me wrong, its definitely worth it. Service was great, my sons birthday party was a great success. Thanks for everything!!

I am very disappointed in this location, we came at 9:35 to have a fun night with my 2 of my friends at glow zone but they said their registers were broken and had to pay extra for an hour!!!! Also they let people go ahead of us because they had less people. If their was a 0.1 star rating I would give them it or negative 5 stars.

We came here 6 months ago and it is well over due, my kids had a blast here. heck I had a blast here. hehehe

Kids have a blast.as an adult you would think how much fun can a kid have by just jumping,but it is a great place to bring the kids and they burn a lot of calories while they are jumping.

My boyfriends daughter had her bday party here and it went really well. Bri was the server/helper on the party and she was FANTASTIC. Very sweet, attentive, and made our time there a pleasure. I do think it was somewhat expensive for a bday party...around $30 per kid with food, jump time (1.5 hours), & drinks plus we brought our own cake so it didnt include that.The facility seemed really clean and well maintained. There were plenty of workers around so it was easy to find someone if needed. They are constantly monitoring ensuring safety of the guests.We will definitely return to try it out for the adults!!!Note: I didnt jump so Ill update my review if/when I can experience all this place has to offer.

The place was a little dirty not all of the jump pads were clean (gum or something stuck on some pads). The toddler area they directed me to had adults jumping in it with a net barely separating the area. Later on the net was removed and there was no safe area for my 2 year old to play.

Fun for the family. Only problem is that its fairly expensive, but that can be said for most of these kind of family entertainment areas. Good place to jump around for an hour or so, and the actives such as the foam pit, dodgeball, and the warrior obstacle course keep the place from being boring. Its not just jumping, theres activities. Dont get food here though, expensive and not good quality.

Its a good place to bring kids and let them blow off steam. Its a little expensive if you have multiple children. Kids have to wear special socks. The initial policy waiver signing is a pretty big PITA that has to be renewed yearly.

We had a nice time Kids had a ball but it was freezing in their they had the big fan on so we suffered while the kids played also the pizza wasnt bad but all the cheese & Pepperoni was burned on the pizza as well.

Some kids there were saying I swore at them and I didn’t and I went to the aurora location and the staff member was looking away and took a random girl as her “assistant” and she lied and said I made 4 kids cry. After I was about to get kicked out I said you ruined my day and a staff member with red hair and glasses told me that she was glad. Horrible experience. Also the worker with red hair and glasses was making fun of me because I couldn’t do certain flips. Shocking

My daughter and her friends had a blast here! They really loved the obstacle course and jumping on the individual squares of trampoline. The staff was friendly and attentive. The pizza was pretty good, and the bathrooms were decently clean. My kids want to go back soon!

It was okay. Staff members are not attentive in some of the areas. You’d think with the prices being a bit pricey that trampoline socks would be included.I saw a staff member pull multiple children from one of the obstacles to measure their height. They were disappointed they weren’t tall enough. Had she been present beforehand, could have prevented that.

Great place for kids and teens or the kid at heart. Was pretty busy when we went there. Pizza was good. Jump areas seemed well supervised and clean. Employees look to be mostly teens, so not sure what would happen if someone were to get truly injured or if a dispute broke out.Overall, was a fun experience for the kids. Our daughter and our friends kids had fun, ages 1 to 10. Would likely go again.

Great place. The kids enjoy it. Theres plenty to do, and its staff is friendly. I give it 3 stars because Ive been here a few times, and the staff is a little lax on the safety rules on the open court. A lot of kids are just running full speed from one end of the court to the other, and they dont seem to be jumping at all. This interrupts the play of the jumpers as they try to dodge the runners.

For my first time was not a great experience. Service was horrible fun place but not the great service they would literally just stand there not helping expecting we knew for first timers they should be more helpful and show you around and help you out when you seemed lost but none of that I will not go again and pretty pricey too .

Good winter exercise! Needs a bigger healthier snack bar. Maybe more seating for non-participants. The dodge ball is fun but sometimes limited to age groups for obvious reasons. They let you do flips in the foam pit. The obstacle course is a challenge but doable. They do birthday parties, etc.

Used to bring kids to the toddler time which was great, calm enough for the younger ones to enjoy the facilities. Last time we were there the staff let a large party of teens in with about 15 minutes left for toddler time. We were forced to leave early. In contacting the company there was no response to our complaints. Not planning on going back any time soon.

The workers were extremely rude, they were harassing us because we lost our key and we were trying to find it and digging in the foam pits and they were swearing saying we couldn’t look for our key even though the manager gave us permission to look.

I took my son here for their Easter Egg hunt fun day and t was a great time! I must say, this place is a very positive and helpful environment for young kids to develop skills and conquer fears. Obstacles, challenges and problem solving; theres a lot to do here and its impressive to see. The people working there are very cool as well, lots of young faces, but I felt they did their best to make sure things were safe and orderly.I have to say however, the most problematic examples of non-cooperation were some of the parents. To all the other parents, I have a message for you: just chill. People were complaining about the sizes of the popcorn, the price of slushies, how many tickets they should receive as opposed to what they actually received ... and on and on and on. For heavens sake people; just chill out, relax, and have a good time like the hundreds of other kids were having.The Easter Egg hunt was supposed to start at like 1:00 pm or something, so the staff started hiding eggs filled with candy at various spots around the facility. Well, as happens when you deal with 932 children ... some started grabbing eggs here and there, so I think the staff decided to start a little earlier to control the chaos; at around 12:45 pm if I remember correctly. What happened next was fun, excitement and a great atmosphere as the kids ran around and smiled and grabbed eggs and had a great time.Some parents decided to complain that the festivities started BEFORE 1pm and not AT 1pm. Come on people ... dont be so petty. Besides not being petty, put yourself in the shoes of the staff and management as they try to maintain order, fun and safety for all kids; including yours.Hundreds of children having an awesome time. Running, playing, jumping, high-fiving and sharing laughs; and parents complaining about the price of a Snickers bar. Smh.Have fun for heavens sake. Look at the big picture. Drop the pettiness; relax and smile. Take a load off. Look at how much fun the kids are having and try to enjoy yourselves. We all had to go to work the next day Monday. Maybe we sit on the Metra for an hour commuting to the city, maybe we have crazy bosses we work for; maybe we have work deadlines and stressful careers ... is it really worth is arguing with a 19 year old over why the slice of pizza is so high? Really?This place is really cool and if you appreciate it for what its worth its even cooler. When you see the smiles on the faces of the kids, and perhaps your own; it SHOULD make you happy. For me, it was an escape. It was a heck of a time. Within 30 minutes of being there Id met other cool parents, had great conversations and watched other kids conquer their fears on obstacle courses and make friends. Thats what its all about, positive vibes. I cant speak for other parents; but Ill be back and Ill recommend this place to anyone who asks about something cool to do with the kids.Id like to give a big shout out and thank you to the manager Kevin White and his staff. Keeping things orderly and safe is a big task in such a large place and they did a great job. Thank you for the positive demeanor, the professionalism and candor. As a NAVY veteran, I must say I was also impressed by the way everything was handled. Thank you as well to the young man who was managing the Dodgeball section. That was perhaps some of the best team-building and confidence boosting among young people Ive ever seen in my life. Friends were being made and fears being overcome; it was a marvelous sight to behold.Peace.

My family had so much fun!!!! The Ninja course was phenomenal and it was a blast! The warp wall was so fun. I literally ran out of my socks! The staff is super phenomenal. Young and old should try it.

Had my sons birthday party here. Everyone had a great time and the staff was extremely attentive. They have so many fun options for kids.

My girls went to here for Sky Zones first ever lock in. They said it was just ok. Maybe future ones will be better and more organized.

The manager Jordan is amazing! My son fell and sprained his ankle and Jordan went out of his way to make sure we were more than taken care of. All the staff were also very friendly. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

A Great Activity for all Family Members.This is a great place to get some exercise:Theres Trampoline Basketball lanes that you can practice fun combinations. Theres a few lanes where you can do flips and practice landing from a trampoline in a pit full of soft Cubes. Theres battles in Dodge Ball a lot of people enjoy. Theres battles while standing with a staves, Theres a whole course for testing your strength, even as an adult some obstacles can be hard to achieve. Theres also just the trampoline zone where theres trampolines angled so you could jump in many different ways you want to. Most of the obstacles are Children-Friendly and only certain few obstacles are harder for adults. But other than that great Time for kids and family members.The Restrooms are very clean and Smell like Skittles.Theres Ice Cream, Basic Soda Beverages & Basic food available onsite.NOTE::: I recommend that if you have ANY form of spinal injury or scoliosis of any level to avoid Trampolines all together. It can make the pains much worse over time, as the spine is undergoing a lot of extra tension and stress while jumping up and down on trampolines, the discs in between each vertebra get pressed heavily against each other.Just my few Cents.

Nice place kids get to have fun. I would think they would have more courses to run through but kids still had a blast. Bigger arcade area wouldnt hurt either.
