Took my two year old niece and she had a lot of fun! It was her first time on a bouncy castle so she spent most of her time on the other toys, but it is a wonderful place to let your kiddos wear off all their energy!

Nice place for the kids to run around. Flat fee for unlimited time is nice. Equipment is clean. Lounging chairs for adults are worn down however.

Open! Very clean, almost all activities open, 7 jumpy houses. Probably good for kids 1-9ish. Only $7 for my 3 yr old.

Whats not to love about Bounce City! It caters to younger children and they have bouncy houses! It very reasonably priced and its one price for the whole day! If you are a parent with a single child or a child whos sibling isnt capable of playing with them yet because they are to young this is a great place to get them around other kiddos! Nice and clean too!

Reasonable price for the time, geared towards 1-7 year olds.

This is by far the best place we have found near home to bring our kiddos to burn off their energy. Especially in the winter season. Very affordable pricing, and its all day pricing. No outside food or drinks, but the snacks and drinks available are affordable as well. They keep this place nice and clean. Staff is very friendly. Highly recommend this place!

I check your website to see if you were open and it said.. YES SEVEN DAYS A WEEK..I pack and put my kids in yhe car and you ar3 close.. uodate your website and stop waiting our time.

The price is great. You pay for the kids and its free for the parents. They have snacks and drinks available for sale as well. My 20 month old loves it here!

$9 for all day admission is great! The chairs they have for the parents are pretty comfy as well.

My 3 year old daughter loves Jump City! It is always clean and super cheap. Great way to burn off her energy on cold days. They have a ton of different bouncy castles, ride on toys and a really cool interactive floor mat that the kids can play games on. Love this place

Lots of fun for the little one. Bathrooms have baby changing table and fun for most ages. Does get a bit chaotic when there is lots of kids. Recommend when theyre slow. Also great for families, one person can watch kid other can shop then trade off.

If you want to kill some time with your kids, this is the place to go. Super cheap and your admission pays for the whole day. Owner seems nice and attentive. Some of the kids are a little out of control but I think you will find that anywhere you go. My kids really enjoyed it and they both want to go back soon

I give this place 2 stars because my daughter had fun but the young man working was so rude. We arrived at 5:20pm when we arrived he told us that we only had 22 minutes until they closed. But I checked online and they didn’t close until 6:00pm. I decided to take my daughter in anyways. “Oh and you can’t use the bathrooms they are closed for the rest of the night.” The young man said. I told him that the website said that they didn’t close until 6:00pm and we should be allowed to use the bathroom. While my daughter was playing he began to mop the floors!!!!! Yes while my small daughter is as running around he decided to mop!! Then asked me to keep her in a specific area. Then at 5:40pm he left the gate open so he could continue his cleaning. Any child could have ran right out the facility. This was completely unsafe and unprofessional.

Affordable, and the price is all day. Bring socks. The reviews about sick kids, thats not on the owner, thats on the parents for being irresponsible. No you cant bring in any outside snacks or drinks but the entry is very affordable and the snacks are not overpriced either. Worth it.

The entrance was $8 however i just went this week and they upped the price to $9 w/tax i guess its still worth it when you have access to the bouncy houses all day. If they are upping the price maybe they should add a new attraction... Anywho kids love this place i know my do. I like how it has one entrance, keeps kids safer.

I dont know, I guess this place is cool. I paid $7 for my 2 year old and $9 for my 5 year old for all day passes. They had fun about an hour but were ready to go after that. Socks are mandatory, but only $1.50 if you forget.

After being very disappointed with our first visit here, I wrote a very frustrated review. That same day within a couple of hours the owner replayed to my review, asking me to please contact them by email. I must say, their desire to resolve my experience in a positive way was awesome. They truly care about their business and their customer satisfaction. It was refreshing and appreciated to know they wanted very much to make things right. Thank you Bounce City for responding as you did. My grandchildren had a blast today.

Love the place but so full at times!

4/1/19 - Update - I am downgrading y review from 5 stars to 3 stars, unfortunately. Because my son loves this place so much, we decided to host his 3rd Bday party here. I called and reserved it at the Aurora location several months in advance. I even put a $50 deposit down, which they requested.About a month prior to the date, I started getting calls asking for a deposit, and with dates/times that were different that what we had originally scheduled.The first two calls like this were resolved, but the third time someone called turned into a very uncomfortable situation. The woman was extremely rude to me and even hung up on me. Then she wouldnt take any of my calls. This was a week out from the date, and invitations had already been given to our guests.My sons mother eventually confirmed the original dates, and the party went on as scheduled, but it was a very unpleasant experience.Its such a shame, because this place is great for the kids, but I would never host a party like this here again. I hope they can improve their reservation system so other families dont have to go through this.1/1/19 - I took my 2.5 year old to the Bounce City in Aurora last Saturday and was really pleased with the experience. He had the time of his life and it was really affordable. This is a great way to spend some time if you have little kids. We will definitely be visiting frequently.

The kids had a great time. Its hectic/ busy and hard to keep track of your littles, but... they cant escape without an adult. (IF that makes you feel better)

Good cheap place to let the littles run around and burn off some energy. There is little done to enforce the rules though, so make sure to keep an eye on your own kids. Also beware of germs - my son was sick for two days afterwards.

Decent and clean good groupon

The environment is great for kids. Clean, lots of space for kids to just run and play,. friendly staff, and great pricing. Even though the place does not have much, the kids really enjoyed. Its not packed or expensive. I love that you have all day access. Took my kids there to play, then we went out to walk around the mall, grab some lunch and came back to play again.

For only $8 your kid can go bounce all day! Parents and infant/crawlers are free. You can leave and go to the food court or whatever and go back. They have a designated place for 3 and under and also host birthday parties.

My 3 year old had a great time. Though he was kinda scared to jump in the bounce houses, he enjoyed the slides and cars.

Super friendly staff. Met the owner and talked for quite a while about their new location coming up in Broomfield. Very clean atmosphere with really good array of bouncies for young and old. Will definitely come back and spend more time here because $8 is a fabulous rate.

The staff was very rude and the place was dirty. My granddaughter wouldnt go to the bathroom as it was disgusting, when we shared with the young lady about the bathroom she got mad and snapped at us. We will NEVER go there again.

Staff is very friendly. Place is kept clean and the price is more affordable than other jumping places for kids. Plus you get a punch card, and the 9th adminission is free. Since it’s located in the mall, kids can get their hand stamped and re-enter if families want to go shopping or grab some food.

It was my first time ever going to this place with my 4 children and my husband yesterday ! Wonderful place and the women on at the desk i didn’t get her name but she had blonde hair ,she was very kind and had amazing customer service ! I’m definitely coming back here again ! My children had fun and was tired after a long day at this place ! It was worth it the staff is nice and the place is very clean and wonderful for kids ! I’m definitely booking my child’s birthday party here ! Thank you

The cashier rushed us out so his family could play there. He let my niece and her 2 friends out of the establishment without letting an adult know. 3 kids could have been kidnapped what an idiot. Chunky cheese is better.

My kids loved it! There is no time limit, you can literally stay all day or even leave then come back later! Prices are very cheap compared to other jump places. I will definitely be back!

I have never been more disappointed when planning one of my childrens birthday parties...ever! There was a Groupon for a birthday party, I called (as I do with every Groupon I purchase) before purchasing to be sure of the time I need. Mind you, I called more than 2 months in advance, I was informed that the day and time I needed was available and that I did not need to purchase the Groupon and that they would honor it. I then placed my deposit. A few days before my sons bday I called to make confirmation and to see what the balance was going to be the day of...they tried to claim I didnt make a deposit, I suddenly needed to purchase that Groupon (that was no longer even offered), and that I needed to pay full price all because whoever I talked to when booking was no longer with the company. I produced a receipt showing my deposit and was told the day of we would owe $62. Then!! My sister happened to take my nieces there the DAY BEFORE my sons party, she wanted to know cost for having her own celebration there and told them about my party the next day. The MANAGER then proceeded to discuss my financials with my sister, had her call me to say I owe now double what they said 2 days prior, he had my sister sending text msg pictures of a receipt....I could go on and on about how UNETHICAL this place is. If I had the time I wouldve never had his party there and changed venues. Worst customer service I have EVER dealt with. DO NOT RECOMMEND!In response to their pathetic response...I have never been the type of person to haggle. 100% did not send my sister in there to ask...how stupid is that? Im more than capable of handling my own. The fact that they cant even apologize for their wrong doing and are making accusations against me should show you all the type of business people they are.
