Ive come here since I was a kid. This was one of the only pizza places that would deliver to my home. The wings were okay, the Italian beef is always good, but the pizza was the real star. The taste is well-balanced enough that I didnt need to add any extras like crushed pepper flakes or parmesan. Ive had thin crusts, deep dishes, wings, and sandwiches from here. The only one I found lacking were the wings. Other than that, I love the food and will definitely eat from here again. And if youre looking for family fun, the laser tag is always a good time.

Ive only had one pizza from here but my brother works here, and from what Ive heard its a nice place! I gave it four stars only because i personally havent actually been there to eat or play in the arcade. If i go Ill be sure to give it a proper rating!

Luigi’s is always a fun place and within budget. Their laser tag is fun for adults too and their pizza is always great! The customer service is good here too.

We havent been here in a few months and were very impressed with the measures taken by the owners to help protect their customers and staff. The pizza and scallops were great, as well as the service. We recommend stopping in for a bite and a drink. Im sure youll agree that the owners and staff are terrific.

I’ve eaten at Luigis Pizza and Fun Center sporadically through the years and my friends and I always enjoy the food. It’s unique and fun to build your own dish. They’ve last a long time in the same location, and on my most recent visit on Tuesday, they were packed.

Such a fun place! Had my 4 year old’s bday party here and there was something for everyone. She had a blast as did her older cousins.Had a group of MS and HS kids from church come and enjoy laser tag, food and games. Everyone had a blast. Very helpful staff, good prices.

VERY disappointed tonight. We moved to Aurora last May and were told about Luigis. We average ordering from Luigis a few times a month. Always enjoy the pizzas. The delivery person is always very friendly. However the other menu items seem to be shrinking in size. The garlic bread that came with our lasagna order tonight was only slightly larger then a townhouse cracker, and the lasagna was half the size it usually is. No dressing for our salad. We LOVE going to, eating at, & hanging out in Luigi’s!!! We enjoy playing in the games center, sitting at the tables for long times watching families & friends celebrating milestones, and (in our case) visiting with siblings twice a year (if not more when we sneak an extra trip in so my CA sister can have one last slice before she heads back to her own home until we meet again.) AND... it’s the PERFECT place to celebrate in the private rooms - we have done a few baptism parties, so many church events, multiple school functions (so many!!!), and so much more. This is THE place - A-town at its finest!

The food has gotten so much better. They are fast, good and not extremely expensive.

Wow !!! Great service and plenty to do for the kids or the “adult kids” too :) !! Between the game room, the bowling, or laser tag, it was plenty for everyone to have fun!! I was here in August in the evening with my family for a Rotary Club Event and it was a perfect venue for a group event! The service is exceptional and the food was good and was very reasonably priced. There also is a bar for those adult drinks that was well stocked. I highly recommended this long time Aurora Business !!

The pizza is amazing! The beer is cold! Great place kids of all ages. Must try the laser tag, arcade, or mini bowling. Staff is very committed to providing a great experience. I highly recommend Luigis Pizza & Fun Center

Today before 4pm, I ordered the half off on two pizzas. The bread for the first pizza you can see through it, I wasnt sure if that was the cheese covering, shrimps were raw, and the crust wasnt a crust.The second pizza look like yesterday pizza burned up and cold. Both pizzas were very nasty.The sad part about this ordeal the young lady tried to charge me 38.00.Maybe because I told her she was over charging me for two 16 inch at 16.99 / half should be 8.50 a piece, this conversation went on for three minutes to get her to charge me correctly.

Unfortunately the pizza was very disappointing. On June 1, 2020 I used the online ordering system from Luigi’s website for pickup. When I got the pizza home they forgot the black olives and the pizza slices were not cut all the way through. Then when I actually ate it, there was minimal pizza sauce. I double checked my receipt and the olives were on my order, so I did not forget to order them. I used the online ordering system to relay my disappointment and have not heard back, so now I’m doing a Google review.I want to support local shops, but you have to give excellent product! Honestly, a chain that’s closer to my house and cheaper makes a better tasting pizza, and they don’t cheat you on the sauce! Step it up Luigi’s!

A nice local family restaurant and pizza fun house.You place your order at counter, then sit with number and they bring your order to the table.The food was good and had fresh ingredients on the pizza and good appetizers. We ordered the walking taco pizza where they use cheese instead of pizza sauce. There are also pitchers of pop and bar area for watching sports and drinking beer or alchohol.The building was clean and well maintained. And the manager and staff were all very friendly and helpful.They have laser tag and arcade room with prizes for the kids. Weve been here for birthday parties and the kids and adults have had good time.Would definitely recommend for affordable pizza night out with kids or birthday party. Looks like they can seat many people if needed, also has private party rooms for events.

It seems the resturant don’t have enough waiters , it took more than one hour to bring our food. The waiter barely stoped by at our table. Disappointed ::(

This restaurant is the one I like best. I eat in plenty of restaurants but to this one I go the most. The team is very welcoming and the food they cook is so fresh and tasty. I never decline to have a decent dinner here. I highly recommend this place.

I love their pizza! I grew up with Luigis Pizza back when they were on Galena Blvd and their food is still great. Kids and adults alike have a blast playing laser tag and the game room is a fun time too!

What a great place! I ordered ahead and this girl named Jessica Who took my order, she was very kind and had good energy (which takes a lot considering what everyone is dealing with right now) the food was amazing as always!

We always look forward to coming here and getting such good service and food.

I hadnt had Luigis pizza since they were on E. New York st in Aurora. I have to confess Ive been missing Auroras best thin crust pizza. I mean the crust was so flaky it melts in your mouth it was to die for good pizza. People if you havent been I urge you to go and get your piece of heaven here on earth.

I eat here a lot since I work in the area. I have to say their customer service is always fantastic and they keep the place well organized consistently. Rates are reasonable and they serve sizeable portions.

Went for a team/family event and the service was great. Pizza was good too, a cauliflower crust for health options was a plus. Kids had a great time on the games. We still need to come back for laser tag.

Have celebrated my all my kids birthdays this year.In March,August, and most recently in December for my daughters 14th. We have also gone for others birthday celebrations.it gives the kids things to do like the arcade and their most favorite,Lazertag. Very affordable,great food and good place for the adults to spend time chatting away. No matter how full or empty it gets, the atmosphere is great and inviting! I will continue to go their up until my kids tell us not to....

Good food and friendly service! We had cheese pizza and boneless chicken wings/popcorn chicken. The chicken was for the kids but it was delicious! Fun arcade games even for younger kids. Our 3 year old and 5 year old had a blast! My son cant wait to play laser tag when hes a little older. Clean bathrooms which is always a plus! We will be back for sure

Fun place to bring the kiddos the arcade is great I dominated in the little kids racing game my daughters had a blast. Also nice place to for parties the have a few salons all different prices but affordable. Good food lots of selection, clean over all 5 stars. Good Job Luigis pizza will definitely be going back soon.

Delicious pizza! Great place to have a party.

We had our daughters first birthday party on Oct 26 at 3:30. Usually they are awesome. But, unfortunately they messed up our reservation and double booked. The manager was sorry and waived our fee. But, I had ask for pizza and pop for our convenience. He agreed and later gave the kids ice cream sandwiches. But, it was disappointing since it was my daughters first Birthday. They need to revisit how they book parties. It just seemed unorganized.

This is the worst place to celebrate a child’s birthday. First of all, where are the hand sanitizers? I was told on the wall, scarcely around anywhere. Secondly, the employees there care nothing about what is going on with any of the parties. It’s like pulling teeth trying to get any help from anyone. I’ve been to other places that offer assistance with catering to the party, example ie providing plates, knives, napkins, cups etc We had to get them ourselves. We asked for a refill of soda pop, answer “ we are busy right now” we will get to it when we can. It wasn’t busy. Lazy workers, not motivated to serve. We would of loved to give someone a great tip for helping us out. Instead I will give this you this tip, dont waste your time or money. Pizza is horrible! Go somewhere else, please...go where the service is great and your child’s birthday will be memorable.

HOT! Do not come here on a summer day thinking you will beat the heat with an indoor activity. The laser tag is not air conditioned and was hotter than outside plus you had on the laser tag equipment which just made it more miserable. We left really hot and it detracted from the fun. The laser tag was still fun, but we would have done more if it was properly ventilated. Pizza was surprisingly decent for an arcade/fun center. I would come back in cooler weather.

Always have a great time, even as the kids get older. They have tons of variety in the arcade, different options for laser tag, and fantastic food.

Our taco pizza was not cooked thoroughly and they somehow forgot to top it with the lettuce and chips??We also ordered mini tacos and an order of chips and cheese. They slopped the tacos and the chips all in big box and we got no cheese for the chips?? We got all the way home before we checked and had to go all the way back for a refund. Dont bother with this place.

Great place, great service!! I usually get carry out, and they always get it right. The pizza is delicious, and they have awesome apps. We usually get some curly fries, fried pickles and mini corn dogs too. Awesome place, check them out!

Luigis is a STAPLE. Everyone knows them for their ability to have such a diverse menu, while maintaining exemplary levels of quality. Aka, the food is GREAT. They just so happen to have cool games and bowling and laser tag and all other things fun. The real reason I’m here though is to mention that their pizza is always delivered so FRESH and I appreciate that. It’s no coincidence that Luigis has been around as long as they have. There’s levels to this pizza game. Now if you’ll excuse me, I have a super 7 well done to attend to. Cheers.

This place is old, and not super clean. The food is mediocre. The fun was in the game room. That too was old and dusty, but happened to be what we were looking for.

My son loves going to Luigis. We take him there for dinner and the arcade once in a while and its his favorite place to go. The food is good and its a nice family place. We like the special they run where you can pair dinner with a $10 arcade card for $13.

Love this place, have been coming for years! Owner is a great guy, and this business is an Aurora staple! They often run deals for Spring Break, etc but prices are super reasonable otherwise. Laser tag, mini-bowling, arcade, bar, pizza, etc, all good! Highly recommended!

Used to be much better. Pizza was greasy. Mac and cheese was ordered it was soup with very few noodles. Establishment has gone down hill.

Went in to play laser tag. The place looks cool and the representatives who helped us were awesome.

My family and I have had several excellent experiences at Luigi’s. We attend for family pizza nights, holidays with Santa or the Easter bunny, and hosted my son’s first birthday at Luigi’s. The food is good and the price is the best around! It has many fun games to keep the kids entertained. They beg to come back. Our birthday guests said it was better and cleaner than Chuck E. Cheese and that they will have to come back again soon. Perfect family venue. I also love their commitment to the community

If I could give zero stars, I would. Expect us to wait 2 hours for a pizza. We call about an hour and 10 into this fiasco and are told, please hold. Its almost there. Call back 20 mins later when we still have no pizza. Joanne tells us that it must have been a new person that said that and ours will be the next out the door in a little bit. Like its normal. No apology or anything. I was told by this person ok, fine when I said to cancel our order. Until I pointed out that after an hour and a half later with NO FOOD, that she could at least apologize. Come on people. Im tired of this places ineptitude and elitist attitude. Not Wethe first time something like this has happened. Weshould be greatful they allow us to order from them? Will not step foot in this place again. Will not eat from this place again. Will trash this place anytime it comes up.Update: I added a star from 1 to 2 because the manager took the time to reach out and offer a method of resolution. At this point, we havent returned or called. The self-proclaimed long time employee Joanne pretty much made that a no-go in our book but thanks @ the owner for trying.

Great gluten free pizza!!

The pizza is good, you can tell that they havent renovated this place In years. The arcade is decent. Its a good place if you want throw a childrens party. You can bring your own cake and ice cream and they will store it for you in their fridge. The staff is very friendly and the pricing is reasonable.

Wonderful time with my children. The laser tag was great for my children, ages 7-10. Everyone loved the arcade especially the four-person air hockey and Halo game. The kids loved the cheese pizza!

Fun place with lots of games but dinning area is packed and nothing special to eat there.

It a great place to take your children and the the gameroom is separate from the eating area. So it much quieter than Chucky cheese.

Always spend more money than I want to because its so much fun. My mom also spends my money playing for big tickets!!
