Our family enjoys going to Urban Air 2-3 times a week. This place is always clean and maintained well. David the manager is always super friendly and keeps an eye out. He has built a great team and keeps the experience super awesome for everyone. Christine the Cafe lady always delivers fresh food quickly to the customers and is always super friendly and keeps her cafe clean. Thank you sooo much!

We signed up for the membership back in September on a whim... the park had just opened. We have not been disappointed! Best money spent for my kids. The staff is always really nice and the equipment is clean. Another great thing is that the bathrooms are always clean. Which is greatly appreciated being that you walk around the place in socks. The food could be better but it’s still good and fair priced. We try to come once a week which the membership is worth it at that point. Great fun!

Our kids love Urban Air and so do we. The venue is really clean and the prices are really fair for everything you receive. The cafe offers some great food and the staff is very friendly. We like coming here for fun at all ages.

First time Ive taken my kids here and it was amazing. My oldest rode the skyline fifty times I swear. They had a blast and we will definitely be going again... staff was friendly, all the activities were clean, the snack selection was nice, all around five stars.

Took our 9 year old daughter and she absolutely loved it! Pricing was pretty good for what you get. Im not giving it 5 stars only because I felt the food was very poor for the price and wait. Not expecting gourmet but what we got was terrible. Also certain areas really need better supervision from the staff as some people just let their kids run wild, which causes issues trying to use equipment. Over all I still highly recommend checking it if you have a preteen.

Urban Air was so fun! Best place to take your kids if you want to have a great time! The wind tunnel was really exciting! Make sure you try it. The thing I appreciated most was that a parent pass is only $7 so I could follow my kids around AND join in on the fun if I wanted to. I really recommend you check this place out.

This place is great! My 7 year old twins and I loved it. We spent a good 5 1/2 hours here and my kids still didnt want to leave. I recommend going Monday-Thursday as it is cheaper. I also recommend getting the package that includes two one minute indoor skydiving flights.The staff were all very friendly, and they let the kids PLAY (they arent always interfering and telling the kids to stop doing stuff). We went yesterday, and Im feeling very sore, so be prepared to play with your kids and get a workout in.If sitting on the sidelines is your thing, theres free Wi-Fi, a cafe, and plenty of seating... But do yourself a favor and get the parent pass (cheap) and play with your kids.

Awesome place! I cant imagine how busy it must get during the weekend. Lots of stuff to do and for a great price. Had a little bit of an issue with the locker but the manager resolved it in a timely manner. Great place all around.

Its a great location for birthday parties. I would recommend calling to confirm your food order numerous times before the party, and know exactly what is included in the package you purchase, so you know you are receiving everything. It was a good venue and the kids were happy. I would also definitely recommend booking a private room where the adults can hang away from the noise, its worth the extra money. The owner, Brian is very responsive and quickly addressed any concerns that may have arose.

My daughters 5th birthday at Urban AIr was amazing. We had the pleasure to be hosted by Carlos and he was a huge focus in how I felt about how smooth things went. First of all, Urban Air is exciting and chaotic with all the little feet running everywhere as it is, but with the busyness of a Saturday afternoon, Carlos always managed to be extremely attentive to my guests, helping us with whatever we needed. He was fast at being available for different guests that came at different times, he was always checking in on us to see if we had enough drinks and utensils and he always had a good attitude about it. My guests event shared their compliments with me about his work ethic. To be honest, I havent had an amazing host like him in such ALONG time. He just made me feel like he had my back and cared about my partys success.

My family came down from Texas and we decided it was a good idea to come to Urban Air because my nephew really enjoys jumping. In the front desk where we got our wrist bands, my brother let the lady know that my nephew has autism and he doesn’t like wearing it (it bothers him) so my brother told the lady he wears it for him but she demanded that she needed to put it on. It was disrespectful! In other urban air trampolines no one has ever had a problem with that since they understand that he has autism. Further on as we were on the trampoline, my nephew feels secure having someone hold his hand while jumping, a guy that works there came to us rudely and said only one person could be on a trampoline. He clearly saw that my nephew needed assistance. We kept helping my nephew and the guy kept staring at us and murmuring something to another employee. It made my family and I feel uncomfortable. We didn’t appreciate it! So inconsiderate!

Pros: I took my three girls there and they had a BLAST. We spent 4 hours there and they didnt want to leave. Lots of tables for parents to sit.Cons: The place is expensive. Thats fine, but at $29.00 plus $2.50 for jump socks, I spent over $100 for my girls only to see after I paid, I could have bought a monthly unlimited pass for each girl for $15, spending half the price and being able to use it a month. I asked if I could get a refund and do the month pass (I had literally JUST paid) and was told no. I sort of felt that should have been offered as an option from the get go and found to to be a bait and switch. Either way, we enjoyed ourselves.

My family came here for a birthday party. We had so much fun. The food is good too. Would definitely go again and might even have my sons party here.

Me and my daughter made our first visit yesterday and considering we have been to almost all the trampoline parks in Albuquerque as well as the one in Rio Rancho and I doubt will be going back. There are a few reasons why the first would be it was extremely hot in there like as soon as you walk in you just feel this heat wave come over you. I also didnt like how far the bathrooms are away from the recreation area. If you have little ones and they have to go to the restroom all of a sudden they might have an accident. The one thing I did like was how they had a parent package. What that means is you dont have to pay full price to interact with your kid and share the experience. I did pay 30 some dollars for my daughters past for about 2 and 1/2 hours. Also you have to pay for your own socks there which was a first for me. All the other Parks Ive been to give them to you for free. Its definitely something new to do in Albuquerque so give it a try

My kids and I love this place! We have so much fun! Every time Ive gone I feel like a kid again. Its a great place to have a birthday party and a great place to go in general.I think everyone should try the wind tunnel at least once, Id like to go enough to get good and fly solo.You can definitely walk away with a black eye from a few different things but its worth it. Haha

This place is amazing for little ones. They have everything from trampolines to zip lines, and massage chairs for those of us who want a little rest. The staff is awesome as well. A great spot for a family outing!!

A must to come if your looking to have a blast for both parents and kids! Great place to go for a date too! Best of everything! Better than any other trampoline arena in town! It is pricey, however worth it!

This is a great place! The price is very reasonable considering all of the activities. My kids are 7 and 13 and they had a blast! We will definitely be back.

BEWARE! Parents Night Out is not secure or regulated at all! Took my 2 kids and 2 of their friends to last Fridays “Parents NIght Out” where you can drop your kids off and leave. Was told that the environment was secure and the kids would be watched by background checked employees at all times. Here are my issues with this place:1- At drop off, I was only asked to show my email code for payment. I was not asked about who I was dropping off or if waivers were filled out for the kiddos. The girl behind the counter marked me off the “parents night out” list, and put wrist bands on the 4 kids, myself and one other parent (who actually ending up staying to watch the kids because “parents night out is not secure as they claim). The Urban Air employee wrote the same number on all 6 wristbands which she claimed is how we would check our kids out at the end of the night. They had no idea who the kids were that we left in their care. If a kid gets injured how do they know who to call???? What about allergies...they are feeding the kids at this event as well.2)The kids are allowed to run around freely with no direct supervision and the place is still open to the public!!! Strangers can interact with your kids and their employees would not know if it was the kids parent or a stranger! NOT Acceptable!3) The bathrooms are not monitored so strangers can enter the bathrooms when your kids are using them. And there is an emergency exit door located close to the restrooms which would make an easy exit if someone wanted to take your kid.4) THE FINALE..... my kids 2 friends left the building with their parents and NO ONE checked any wristbands! One parent didn’t even have a wristband on to match the kid he took. My wristband was NOT checked either!! All 4 kids left Urban Air without being checked out!!! They could have gone home with anyone!!!! The teen at the door was busy chatting with a friend and wasn’t even watching the people who were coming and going.

Our kids lived this place! It was a ton of fun. Everything was great except the snotty attitude of the girl working the climbing wall, she definitely needs Customer Service 101! All in all, great place!

Absolute best place by far!!!! Sooo many things to do and for a fairly great price! If youve got kids with super high energy or youre a kid at heart this is the place for you.

Joe is super amazing!! He was great with my kids. My youngest son was scared to do the sky diving. Joe talked him through the whole process and was very patient. My youngest only trusted him. If your child is scared joe is the best!!

It was fun. Wish they had more days and longer hours. I hope they make it through this covid-19 deal because I do plan on going again.

My kids love this place! And the staff is nice. One guy tried so hard to find my kids plastic ring, that came off a cupcake, after it fell in the ball pit. Super fun. Next time maybe I’ll jump

I absolutely love this place! I took the time to look at other reviews and saw some comments about the sock prices. I went to other parks and they charge $3.00 for a pair of socks whereas urban air only charges $2.50. Their prices also dont compete with other jump place prices because their prices are for an ALL DAY PASS. Other places charge by the hour.

Love this place! If only the food was better and the staff was cleaner. The young boy who served up was sneezing and coughing all over the place and handling food.. when I confronted him he said “I wear gloves”.. didn’t attempt to wash his hands... super gross..Enjoy the jump, but won’t touch the food again!

The place is really huge with lots of activities for kids and adults. Prices are reasonable and the place is well kept. Staff are nice. The kids loved so much.

Place has everything! To respond to Maddox brocks comment about leap of faith. That is a separate attraction. Its called the leap of faith and jump off platform and if you miss the target you Bounce right back up! Pro zone area trampoline is something different.

The staff is so nice and friendly. The man who does the sky diving thing was so nice and made my kids feel safe. We went on Friday night and it was very quite so I would suggest that time.

Soooo fun. I have a 5 year old and a three year old. They both loved jumping and the playset with the slides. I will admit that the grown-ups might have had more fun than them. Very reasonable pricing too. Next time I want to try the indoor skydiving.

Clean, a ton of choices of things to do, lots of tables for parties. Just a bit loud, because of the sky diving wind tunnel thing. Kids loved it! They don’t know they’re getting a workout. They are sweating up a storm. Bottled water is $1.95, so bring your own water bottle. I like red baron frozen pizzas, that’s how the pizza tastes. A bit pricey, but no more than cool springs or gravity park and with way more choices of things to do.

So fun tons of stuff to do for every age!!! I even did the glider thing was so fun!! Will definalty go back

Horrible customer service, bad food, too dark, too loud.Bought a package then wanted to change it and they wouldnt, then it was loud and dark, then ordered food that took a bit too long for bland food. To finish the night we were all rushed out, some employees ran out obviously with more important things to do elsewhere...ugh just a bad experience, why would we go back...Spent good money for a HORRIBLE experience, Thanks

The best jump/ skywalk/skydiving/jungle gym in town, or in New Mexico ( or Arizona, the one here is bigger and nicer than the one in Phoenix). The membership is the best deal for kiddos, even just for jungle gym area, you can play daily without hot sun , rain or snow.The price beats any other trampoline park in town, I chose $11.99 for my little one because some activities have height restriction, it’s such a awesome price! I only need to pay once a month, not every time when I visit.I only wish they got toddler time (10am-2pm)as another place, but maybe later when they have enough customers so they can have that option.THANK you for opening this great place for kids!!! ( and teens and adults)

Our first time there and the skydiving wasnt working. There were lines for all the good attractions with groups of kids cutting in line. Wish we would have waited...

My son came home crying from this place because his friends all had memberships and he just had the basic pass so he couldnt go on most of the things they did. The kids had fun.the only bad part. this young girl by the name Mariah at the front register didn’t bother to greet us.her first words out of her mouth were did you signed the waiver.i was like no it’s our first time.Then she’s like well you have to go over there.im like where over their.learn to greet your customer and ask if they been here before.

UNSAFE UNSAFE UNSAFE....Now that I got that out of the way. The teenager staff are all on social media and their phones the whole time. We thought it might have been the first time we went. But our second visit was even worse There were metal wire shavings I stepped on and now can hardly bare weight on my foot the next day.The pizza for 4.50 a slice was worse then Sams club 5 hour old pizza it was dry and gross hardly any cheese or sauce toppings were lousy.We were not impressed but the Acting MOD (Manager on duty) seemed disconnected threw away our 90% full ice drink and soda thats 10 bucks there folk just in the trash.First visit hes hiding out in a party room watching the Patriots play off game on a saturday they were slammed. Last night I didnt even see him leave the counter or engage his staff or customers. Being a ex District manager and now Director this gets to me a bit. To have a successful shift and respect for management you have to engage staff and clients always that your job.Also they had led lights strips in the Jungle Gym like course that have metal brackets that have broken and are hanging down. Very easily can scalp a child trust me I almost did.With the dangerous Wires that penetrated my foot due to their shoeless policy and obvious lack of care when they have contractors in to do repairs. The bracket we dont deem the place some for anyone adult or child.Food quality sucksStaff are untrained, not friendly, and just sit on their phones the whole time. Dont believe me I can post pictures and videos.Like this review its a true one and will save you pain, discomfort, and possible a visit to the E.R.Love to talk to a GM or Owner. Google Urban Air accidents. Little scary how many kids have fallen off of their zip line due to employees errors.You can also tell that they do not care about the guests by their answer to the reviews. No accountability. If they can not see what they do wrong than how can it be safe?

I thought it was a fun place over all, but I dont think that place is epilepsie friendly with all of those flashing lights. My son was there playing having fun until he started getting a bad headache I was also experiencing a headache due to the lights flashing.

DO NOT SIGN UP FOR MEMBERSHIPS, they charge you for 12 months. Not one employee said that to us or gave us the time to read anything on the iPad on 3 occasions when we signed up our friends and family for a month. I have more to add and will if they dont refund the money they took in December.

I payed $20 to do the trampolines I was told I can do anything that has trampolines. I come to find out I can’t even use the euro tramps worst part was the employee was forcing me to get off the top box with 3 children below me! First off that is super dangerous to even have 3 children on a euro trampoline at the same time also to have an adult jump down on top of them! Very disappointed with my first visit won’t be coming back

Was super hyped when I saw the pro zone trampoline setup. It’s the only setup in Albuquerque with a ledge around it and such good bounce. However, after jumping on it for a bit, my friends and I were informed by a staff member that we weren’t allowed to jump onto the wall and use it to do tricks. I was surprised because it’s called the “Pro zone” and on the website it says “Take a leap of faith, then bounce right back up. The ProZone Performance Trampolines attraction is the local landing spot for all the best acrobats, stuntmen, and daredevils.” Sounds to me like it was meant for what we were doing. Plus on the sign in front of it it said no such thing. I would really have liked to get a membership here just for that trampoline so its disappointing. However, honestly I’m not sure if that employee was just mistaken or not. I hope he was. If someone from Urban Air could get back to me on this issue that’d be great.Called the abq location and was told that they’d be getting back to me by responding to this review. Still nothing and it’s been around 5 days since I called.Edit: it’s been a month or so and still no response

Very unprofessional staff. Behind the counter, at the different activities... almost EVERY employee I saw was on their phones. So make sure youre keeping an eye on your kiddos, because they sure arent.
