This park is pretty cool. Very fun for all ages. My son, wife and I had a good time. You pay per person for 1 hour of play time access. Kind of like bowling. I think you can buy 2 or more hours but only did 1. Staff is friendly. Restrooms could use work. It was kind of hot and muggy and smelled like feet.

We love toddler hour! Less big kids and my timid four year old adores it!

Kids love it! Fun place, great way to let your kids burn off their kid energy. Affordable but make sure to check because they often have specials on prices for certain days and times. Also check on Groupon because you can often get packages to significantly reduce price! You can bring your own drinks and stuff but they have drinking fountains with cold water. Different trampoline areas for variety. Your kids will love it and *you* will love that theyre going to crash hard at bedtime!

Nice place for kids and youth to hang out and have fun throw a birthday party eat and go bounce and have fun again... the only bad thing about this place is trying to find it on Google Maps its behind the mall and Google Maps takes you in front of the mall you have to drive around around until you find it, but other than that I was satisfied

We had a bday party here and it was a hit! The staff was attentive, the facility was clean and we loved that we could bring our own food. We will definitely be back!

Its super small so I was surprised as a result of all the reviews saying it was huge. Looked clean enough but smelled terrible. Were not given the option NOT to buy their grody socks but when we complained after seeing others without, they refunded and gave us $5 cards toward another session. Watched other children jump with toys, food, and drinks. When a toddler vomited on the surfaces and the staff did not disinfect it, we left because that is just nasty. The manager was too busy shining the laser scanner in his face to do his job.

Our favorite trampoline park. Its so clean, they take great care to keep it spotless and in excellent condition. When my son and another kid knocked heads, they brought us ice, too. We love this place.

This place was great, my son had an awesome time. The place was rockin with awesome people, more activities to discover next time. Every child dream including myself, thats if I was a child.

If you dont buy Sox they let you go barefoot. Is that a good thing? 4 s because the twins loved it and the staff were very pleasant.

Nice place, seems smaller than the other trampoline parks but it has a two-level obstacle course and a warped “ninja” wall that the kids loved! It wasn’t too crowded on a Saturday evening so there was plenty of open space.

It was OK smaller park..I wish these places would allow you to drop off your child and you be able to go and shop at the mall...that would BE SWEET!!!

It has such great reviews and I dont know why. It is tiny. The staff is rude, doesnt enforce the rules, and doesnt pay attention to what happens. A toddler vomited on one of the jump areas and the mom cleaned it with a tissue but the staff was too busy staring into the laser scanner to disinfect it.

Meh. Overpriced for birthday parties - you can only be in the room but 45 minutes for $250. Might as well hire and attorney or pay your car payment for that price - use the $ for something worthwhile. Rent a jumper and head to your local park!! Don’t waste your money here like I did.

I love this place. It’s fun for the kiddo (also to tire him out) and for us adults too. It’s always really clean and have always had great experiences with staff. The trampoline is in so much better conditions than Gravity Park. Their prices are amazing. Paid $6 for my two year old and I to jump. It’s awesome. HOWEVER, my complaint would be that they have been closing early. Time says nine, but we get here and they’re closing at 8? I called earlier in the day to confirm they were closing at 9pm and told me they were. We get here just after 7:30 and there’s a “Closed” sign. I would appreciate consistency and honesty. It’s also not the first time it has happened. I’m here multiple times a week to bring my two year old. I get off at 6 and it’s kinda our thing. Other than that it’s a wonderful place.

Angelica was rude to all of our family (two parents and five kids) since we arrived at 5:00. I mean if your having a bad day I get it, but trying to kick us out because its 6:00 is totally wrong. You need to give people a grace period to put their shoes on. Im disappointed in the way she treated my kids and us. We were gone by 6:04 enough time to get my indents shoes on and kids. Oh yeah I didn’t appreciate her being mean and giving the kids attitude and making them feel guilt that she was still there because of them. Lady relax, I hope you have a better day tomorrow... We usually like it there. All the other staff was nice. The only own fall is that they don’t have an area for little ones.

I bought the passes on groupon and Im grateful I didnt pay full price. Its small, packed with small children running wild. Theres minimal supervision compared to cool springz or gravity park. Perched near the 2 story ninja course, which is why we came, I can only see 1 employee that is watching the gate. Im hoping i can sell my remaining passes before i leave here bc I dont think Id come back. At least the music is decent.

Im SO disappointed in this place now! We used to regularly enjoy playing here but now they stare and blow whistles at you for everything,even supervising your own child! I miss the old Fallout I wont be back

Fallout has terrible management. It is the worst place I have ever worked for in my life. They gossip about their customers parenting skills based on how their children are acting. They are very rude to costumers when things go wrong and customers call them out on it. I don’t support this place because of how bad the work environment is.

You know honestly I got to say I typically love coming to this place with my boys ages of 8 and 6. But this time it wasnt that great one of the staff members named Austin was very rude and cocky to my children. Just because of that action I dont think were going to be coming back here anymore!

If I could give zero stars I would. I have a discount that I get through my employer and every time I have gone it has being honored and it is a valid discount. This last time I went Angelica one of the workers there at the time stated it was a mistake and she would not honor the discount. I could careless about the money but more about the inconsistency provided by her. Fallout needs to educate certain of the employees of process and I would actually like to be contacted by a manager or higher if possible. I have posted a screen shot of the discount

Poorly ran business, the manger forgot to book my grandsons birthday party & didnt rerurn my daughters call to confirm. The 2 employees did theyre best to set up the party rooms on such short notice from the mgmt. The worst thing was they billed my daughters debit card twice for $250 each time! Overall not worth the money you spend..

Love this place, I took my grandson and he loved it. First you have to sign a waiver on the computers they have on the wall, pay for one hour then you get a wrist band and let the kids go. This is a good place to get all there energy out and you get to keep there wrist band.

Its a fun place for kids and the staff are very friendly.

My 2.5-year and I have a blast here almost weekly. It never gets too crowded that he cant jump and the variety of play places keeps him interested. The staff remembers us and is always attentive without being intrusive. Typically my Monkey meets friends his age or even better ones that are a little older who are happy to play with him and encourage him to try new tricks. The biggest thing that I like is that the music isnt played at rave decibels and its always age appropriate. We went to another trampoline park in the area and between the lights and the music I went back to my college days... and not in a good way. It gave me and my son major anxiety.

I recently had my daughters birthday party here. The party planner Emily was wonderful! She was easy to contact, enthusiastic, and very helpful.Unfortunately my experience w/ Fallout Staff the day of the party was the complete opposite. My party host- Jade provided very poor customer service during our 2.5hr reservation. Our cake, sides, and drinks sat in the warm office until we were let into the room to decorate. I was under the impression that our party host was going to be a help to us during this event, but instead she seemed bothered by our questions and didnt help aside from a rather poor job at putting on a table cloth. She was hard to find most of the time or preoccupied w/personal devices behind the reception desk.The room was clean and seating was adequate for a party of 10 kids. The freezer in our party room was broken so that every time it was opened, it needed to be specifically handled to shut correctly and the sink area was lacking paper towels.My main dissatisfaction is with the staff who were too distracted with their ipad games at the front desk to help in monitoring the jumping area and/or assist with the party. I didnt get to enjoy my daughters birthday party b/c I was playing host, which if I remember correctly is the whole selling point for Fallout when they suggest throwing a party at their venue- have it here so you can enjoy your party with your child and well do the rest.I could have paid significantly less money and had the same experience at a public park!

This place was great. I was reluctant because of the other reviews I read. We went for a birthday party on a Saturday and it went pretty smoothly. The kids jumped for about an hour then had pizza/cake then jumped for another 30 mins. The staff seemed helped and cheerful. Overall, we had fun and Id most likely throwing a party here.

Pretty fun place. Not a ton of real estate to play around, so if it gets busy, kids may not have much freedom to play.

The place is fun but they need to replace the foam cubes in the pit areas. The foam is starting to break down from being used and is causing small foam dust particles to go everywhere and in peoples eyes.

Best trampoline park weve been to. We go about twice a month and its never been too crowded or dirty. Make sure you go to the kiosk and sign in before you get in line to save time.

Limited staff during weekend event, could not locate when guest child got caught on hook in trampoline in the rear part of facility that was holding a netted bag that hung. Had to jump in and un hook the girl. Booked event, constant nagging and reminding, fully informed with rules and regulations, staff behavior made the experience regretful! Dont waste your time or money to be rushed and reminded and uncomfortable. Apparently new ownership, unreasonable, and horrible customer service. Party guests-numerous children sick within a couple of days of virus, I say because of the uncleanliness.Take the extra 10 minute drive to Elevate. This very unsatisfied customer put in complaint to BBB. Think it needs to be Red Flagged! Guest Child saw cockroach in pit.

Fun had a great time there its a great place to bring the kids and let them run wild or even go to get a good workout and let your inner kid out either way its a win win

I took my girls and they had fun. I would have given 5 stars but the customer service from the two young ladies up front was lacking. They didnt even tell me what the wristbands were for. And when we left they didnt even say anything. Its nice to hear thank you, come again or something like that. It would be nice if it felt like they cared about having our business.Update:The owner contacted me and invited us back to try it again with a free pass and it was a lot better with the customer service. I have to say to its always clean. I really appreciate them wanting to make it better. Thats great customer service!

Cheaper than sky zone, and thats always a good thing, get to save some money. Clean and got atmosphere. Its impossible to get up the warp wall tho :(

My little girl loves this place. I myself and not a fan of jumping around in a pit full of sweat from others but I am also not 8. I want to express my gratitude for the staff that stopped everything to search for my daughters tooth that fell out as she bumped heads with another kid. I do wish that some of the staff would stop chatting away with one another and pay more attention but overall I am very happy with Fallout.

Took our kids here passing through. They had a great time. The building was very warm for it being a 90 degree day. It was very clean and well kept. The employees at the front were very kind and helpful answering all our questions. Next time we come through Albuquerque we will be stopping here.

I take my kids here every now and then. Staff is polite. Place is clean. Good music. Punch cards for each visit, tenth is free.

Came from roswell brought the older ones to the mall this place was so perfect to bring my 12 and 11 y/o for a couple of hours I didnt have to hear the whining of walking to dumb stores and give the teenagers a time frame great place and perfect spot thank you wonderful lady that was there today so cheerful

Fun time for my kids. Great for parties

We had our daughters 7th birthday party here. The staff we amazing and so helpful. They would stop and ask if we needed anything multiple time in 2 hours we had the party. Kristie who helped me set up the party was the best. She talked me through everything. She recommended that i do a privet party and the park would be closed for that party. We had over 70 people come and jump and didnt have to worry about the place getting to crowed. Thanks again Kristie for all of your help.

Two girls that worked there were rude and u cant wear socks nd the party room is small the whole place was small should b cheaper for partys but other then that it was cool its more less for just something to do to take ur kids some where for the day or whatever good work out lol and its more for like older ppl my opinion

Lots of fun for the little ones. Got to be in shape holy smoke I was tired right away. Phew. We went during the week they have a special they just charge you for kids under six parents are free. A good couple have hours later it was time to go. We will go back again for sure.

Took my four year old the other day. First thing I didn’t like that they let people/kids jump with no socks on. My sons feet were black after his time of jumping. Also, staff were just standing around on their phones instead of watching. Staff was also jumping on the trampolines with their shoes on. Music wise I think it was very inappropriate for little kids. They were pretty much playing “club music”.

Very fun but its a little small. However, there is still a lot to do! I would suggest going at a time when a lot of people arent there because then youll have to wait for a ball for the basketball hoop or to jump in the foam pit. The warp wall is very fun and also the ninja course is challenging and fun!

My daughter really loves Fallout but when all your customers are 15 and under I dont think you need to be paying hard gangster rap. I would wear headphones but I like to watch and listen for my daughter.

In a great location in the west side at the cottonwood mall this trampoline is a good size and fun for all ages. Multiply foam pits with enough foam to feel comfortable in. Also different obstacles to test skill . Get your flip on!

Nice place for kids

I went here to have a good day with my cousins. About 30 minutes in, there were some kids with a bit of an attitude without any parents in the lower section of the building. Long story short, after getting hit with my ball while horsing around, this kid and his brother (Im guessing) began ganging up and swearing horrible words in my face. I left, and avoided them. They were occasionally looking over at me and my cousins as some act of indimidation. (Which made themselves look pretty rediculous.) The supposed monitors did nothing about it when it happened and even after we talked with the monitor with my family, all they could do was have a talk and have the eventually leave but the monitor didnt seem like she was going to do anything besides goong over to them and say something like stop. Obviously, that wont help my situation or any other kids that get bullied. This was very disappointing I dont think I will EVER return.

Fun place!

Just was at fallout and they did not watch the kids in the foam pit. There were 2 boys bullying my girls. At one point he grabbed the 2 year old by her face and threw her down. This area should be monitored a lot closer as I was the only adult watching. Not work paying to have to deal with bullying the whole time!Not happy, kids did not leave happy either.

Very dirty and lots of trash just laying around. Also upset that there was not staff watching the people jumping. My child got hurt and no one was around to help. Not to meantion that the staff is very rude. When I checked in or when I asked any questions they seemed to be very botherd by me. All in all it wasnt a good experience and I wouldnt recommend it.

Just left there it was very fun but i recommend having everyone wear socks because the foam pit really stunk but i would go there again and the socks they sell are really comfortable.

My son had his fifth birthday party here and everyone one was awesome the whole way from setting up the party to the day of.

We come a lot to fallout, and enjoy going on Tuesday or Wednesday due to the extra hour jump for $1.00. We use groupon whenever it is available to save money, and just came last month and they always let us use Groupon and the $1.00 extra jump. This time we came on March 21ST For my daughters 12th Birthday and they said the extra jump would be 12 dollars because of the groupon, I explained to her we were just here not to long ago and they let us do it and her response was not everyone does it and they are trying to get everyone on the same page. Very disappointed. It should be specified better. So after that about twenty minuets later my daughter went to ask the person who called her self the general manager if she could turn off the lights and she told her really rude no its not dark, I think she was really rude to her because of the situation that happened with me and her, asked for the owners contact info and think she gave me what i think was a false email because I still have not heard back from him. Also bought socks and the groupon says they are $3, but was charged $5.00.
