I love coming to Hinkle. We always have so much fun as a family. It has been sad not being able to visit Hinkle since the state shut down. It frustrates me that they are not allowed to open just their out door attractions like mini golf when similar business have already been given the go to open. Seems like the NM government is being very unfair, picking winners and losers. Im happy they are actually standing up for themselves unlike other businesses and suing the government because of this unfair treatment. Small business lives matter. I am looking forward to your reopening and will be bringing my whole family for a day of fun. We miss you Hinkle and dont listen to all of the haters negativity, they dont understand the how hard this time is for a entertainment business. Keep hanging in there. :)

I have loved this place since I was a kid. Always turns a bad day into a good one. A bit pricey, but the fun is worth it. If youre going to play Putt Putt, I recommend the Lake Route during the Summer since the waterfall keeps you cool along with the large amount of shade.

I just saw the news story of you guys suing the city for discrimination. I completely agree. Your outdoor activities can still open with the state regulations abided by. The zoo is allowed, the botanical gardens and ppl can go into the mall... there is zero reason as to why your outdoor fun activities couldn’t. It DOESNT MAKE SENSE!

As much as I used to love Hinkle for my kids I’m giving them one star for coming after taxpayer money during a pandemic. There is nothing this family won’t do to justify a special handout from city funds . Shameful.

Took our Children Over The Weekend And We had A great Time. Its Worth The fun we Will Go Again Soon.

The mini golf was very simple. There wasnt any turning windmills or anything fun like you would expect from a mini golf. There was a couple waterfalls that were nice to look at but it didnt add to the game. You can tell they didnt put much effort at all into making the mini golf fun. Just green grass and holes. I was disappointed because I was hoping we could take our son there regularly but I doubt we will be back.The arcade games were also not that great. 70% of the games were about taking a chance at getting tickets. Like a spinning wheel and stuff like that. There were only a few games that you could actually play at a regular arcade. We stood there looking around and it felt more like a little casino for kids because most of the games were that type.We are hoping to find a better place to play mini golf and arcade games here in Albuquerque.

Loads of entertainment for my 6 year old boy and I. Laser tag was his favorite. Staff is friendly and well trained. Highly recommend for fun.

My husband and I really enjoyed playing mini golf. It was a little more expensive than we thought, but the course was well-maintained. We will be back!

I have been coming to this place since it opened. Its a great place for the whole family. Go carts, bumper boats, miniature golf, laser tag, paint ball, arcade. My favorite is nickel city, the games are a little cheaper so your money lasts a little longer. All the staff are always courteous and willing to help. Here are some of the thing I have won using my tickets.

There are two 18 hole mini golf courses. We loved the holes that had spin challenges. Decent pricing. Fun visit, we had a great time!

This place is the bomb. If you don’t want to go a sports bar entertainment like the other arcade places. This is the place to go. Family friendly atmosphere. Lots of things to do. The arcade is my favorite. And they have TWO arcades.

Quite expensive, especially the arcades. Went with company and we spent 5$ in about 10 minutes with nothing to show for it. The Ski-Ball costs almost a dollar now! The games are almost all lottery spinners/cranes too meaning you barely play at all, just press a button once. Everything costs too much for only minutes of enjoyment...The Putt-Putt is pretty good though!

Went mini gulf with hubby and our little one. It was fun and prices were okay but could do better. Had fun until it got crowded.

We bring the family here on a regular basis. The putt putt is a lot of fun. Some times they have discounted games, two for one. Generally busy, but not so busy we have to wait for others to finish putting. Two courses to choose from (lakes or rivers). Discount for putting both. Free parking and entrance. Lots of ticket giving games provide opportunities to trade tickets for prizes, but this is not the reason we go. My kids have been invited here for birthday events that provide pizza, games, putt putt, gocarts, and bumperboats. If your interested they also have a laser tag play area and paintball course.

This place is so clean!!! The employees are friendly and my kids had a blast. Literally I always saw someone cleaning in every room. It was great!

I used to come here as a teenager playing at Nickle City every weekend. My brother and I used to dominate at laser tag also. Then we got old. And we were owned. Still, brought back good memories from nearly 20 years ago.

I took my 2 little boys to Hinkle a few months ago. The staff was amazing. They were having difficulty with their card reader. & After running 4 different cards to no avail, they ended up giving the $75.00 worth of activities we were going to purchase to us for free. We had a blast. The arcade prizes to buy with tickets are awesome. Not mention totally reasonable ticket prices for the prizes. We love it here and visit often. They have so many different things to do. Whether it be mini golf on 2 different courses bumper boats, go carts, the climbing wall, nickle city, bumper cars, arcade games, etc etc.... there is something here for EVERY ONE!

Amazing as always :) friendly staff, they have a TON of patience. Price points are just right. Great value and had a blast. Love the new VR, but ya may need two associates working in, poor guy was pulled every which way.

I used to take my kids here quite often because it was fun and affordable. We hadnt been here for maybe 6 months. We bought 50 dollars worth to play and were finished in 20 minutes or so. They need to change their name to 5 dollar city. A lot of the games were 100 credits, which is 5 dollars, outrageous. The cheapest was 16 credits, .80 cents, that was to try and win a itty bitty candy worth maybe a nickle. The claw games were impossible to win. The claw wouldnt shut all the way. One was 100 credits, 5 dollars, and had these cheaply stuffed animals, worth maybe a dollar. My kids use to play for a good 2 hours before and actually get prizes from the claw games. This time they were very displeased with the visit, as was I. Well be taking our kids to chuck e cheese or Peter piper pizza instead. This trip was an absolute waste of time and money for the price. Use your money elsewhere. Dont be enticed to frequent this establishment by the name. NOTHING IS A NICKLE AT NICKEL CITY.

This is one of my favorite places for fun to take my kiddos here! Its not only a great price and great group deals, its also locally owned and has grown since the time I was a little girl. Great memories!! Also.... one very huge thing, is the that the staff is a young crowd but they are the best young crowd running business around Albuquerque. It is very impressive! Always a fun place to pop by, but still a little pricey. The package deals are OK, but the unlimited play isnt really worth it. Lazer tag is fun there, mini golf is always a win and the courses are nice. We did try the newer 7D ride which was actually pretty cool. The selection of games is OK, as its more carnival, ticket winning games. Customer service is for the most part on point, some are a little more enthusiastic then others. A fun way to spend with the fam!!

Great miniature golf course thats very scenic to look at as well as great indoor games!

Family and I went here on Mothers Day and had a blast. The staff is very young, but exceptionally attentive and professional. They were also constantly patrolling the area with disinfectants and cleaning, I was impressed at the cleanliness. Plan to spend around $100 for a family of five. They were handing out free flowers to the Mothers that day and her putt putt was free. We did not get to go carts since it started to rain but the games were a lot of fun too. I spent $20 on a game card and that was enough for 3 kids to each have a lot of fun on the games.

Havent been here since I was a teen. I recently took my son and we had a blast! Definitely want to return in the future. Its kind of small but still fun.

Having been to this place for a few decades now Ive always appreciated how they do put $ back into the place to keep it up to date. The staff is usually high schoolers so while they are not the best at trouble shooting situations on the fly without a more senior staffer they are all friendly and make a solid effort. Ill be back again with the kids Im sure.

I love this place! My family and I always go here. Staff is also nice, good deals on the attractions and arcade points. Fun arcades! Both the main building and the building past the paint ball! We also have a fun time here.

When had a blast playing laser tag with my daughter went downstairs to enjoy a little snack in the snack bar play the arcade games downstairs its a must try if you havent gone already we will be there again and again and again

Took my family here and they had a blast. I highly recommend purchasing the unlimited pass. Its a little more pricey, but well worth it if your kids want to try everything a few times. Tip: bring extra clothes in case they get wet with the bumper boats.

This is a great place to go with friends and family to have fun and make memories. Its for kids and kids at heart. Theres miniature golf, bumper boats, go karts, rock wall climbing, a trampoline, paint ball, laser tag, bumper cars, virtual reality and my absolute favorite, the arcade! Lots of fun and challenging games that wont break your wallet. Then when its time to exchange your points for prizes, you can get some really great stuff. Everyone is a winner here!

Whether your racing around the track on the Go Karts, having a splash on the Bumper Boats, playing 18 holes on either of the Miniture Golf Courses, or enjoying some Video Games in the Arcade, youre sure to have an Awesome and Exciting Time here at Hinkle Family Fun Center. Snack bar is available. Theres also Lazer Tag, and Paintball action near by.

I liked Hinkle because of the Go-Karts and the Lazer Tag. Basically, those are the two main attractions. As for price, it is a bit expensive for the limited variety of stuff to do, and the all day ride pass doesnt include any of the arcade games that make up half of each facility. It really peeves me how much they govern the Go-Karts, they are great and full of potential, but nobody is allowed to use that full potential. The track is more than big enough to allow the riders to go a bit faster, and honestly it is kinda boring unless you are in a grouped up few cars and it is a true race. I think it would be good for business if you guys implimented an 8 car race of ungoverned Karts, only for people over 16 with a valid license, every hour or so. It would also be good to have a more competitive style of Lazer Tag, rather than the typical everyone goes to their team, then when it starts we all basically go to each others base and destroy it and its pretty much whoever kills it the most wins, very sub par.

Hinkle is a great place to take the family for an awesome day. Staff is all very friendly, and the rides are fun. The special after 6 for half price all attractions is well worth the money.

Lots of attractions now. small golf course, paint ball, arcade games, go carting, lazer tag game room. Once played this lazer tag long back, full of fun and entertainment and felt like going back in childhood, must try on your visit here together with go carting. Overall well time spent here. Just a note, their in house eatery is costly.

I visited Hinkle Family Fun Center with my mom and brother on a quick weekend trip. Due to rain, we decided to kill some time here. To be perfectly honest, my expectations were not super high.We were warmly welcomed by Sal, who helped ensure my brothers birthday was appropriately celebrated with a pin. We opted for the Thursday night special which gave us unlimited access to bumper cars, lazer tag and virtual reality. It also included the XD Dark Ride. We paid a bit extra for arcade credits and then set off to explore.Holy cow! This place is certainly more than meets the eye. We were so impressed with the quality of everything - especially the XD Dark Ride and virtual reality. Another standout were the two employees on staff: Cynthia and Sal. At no point did they appear frustrated or bored - even when my brother insisted we do the bumper cars multiple times in a row! They were friendly, helpful, and made us feel like valued guests. Thanks for giving us an experience that surpassed our expectations.

Fun games for my 2 & 4 year old girls. They had a good time. Last time I went 3 months ago, the games gave out paper tickets for winning. Since then, they now load the tickets on your card. This isnt a huge deal, but it took away from some of the excitement.

I brought 8, and was told this special must be purchased in advance, and used between 5/1 & 6/1/19, no exceptions. Great place to take the family for a day or night of fun. They have go karts, mini golf, arcade style games, paintball, laser tag bumper boats and cars even a place to grab a bite to eat. They also have good prices and seem to care for the customers. Well maintained property for having so many kids in and out and we all know the messes they can make.

A really cute minigolf course! Takes about 2 hours to get through 36 holes, good date or fun family outing. The staff are friendly and helpful. 10/10 would recomend.

Very disappointed that I didnt get do the VR that I paid for. Maybe they should let people ride the new motion ride instead but nope. My son wanted a prize that 700 tickets but he only had 690, and they wouldnt let him get it. Just an overall bad experience..

Fun place to adults and for kids! A little on the pricey side, but they have paintball, go karts, laser tag, and nickle city, just to name a few. I enjoy coming here!

Recent upgrades to their game room including new system along tickets to cards instead of physical tickets. I only saw 1 game out of order. Food was decent for the price which was not unreasonable considering the venue. The ground have been nicely refreshed. If you havent been for awhile or stopped going because of its age and games not working, youll be pleasantly surprised with the facelift!

Well everything was great for the pizza thought I was at a pizza parlor not what I expected the pizza was excellent 4 a family fun joint I would say the best time to go would be when theres not that many people dont have to wait in line to play games and the games were fun as always thank you Hinkle !

Even though it could use some updates, like in the restrooms, it is a quality facility ran by courteous staff. The family always enjoys themselves every time we go there. Glad to see it is still fun family entertainment for all ages. Thanks for the memories!

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Went there with my family trying to have a good time and people were smoking weed! Doing illegal stuff in plain sight and management did not seem to care. I asked for a refund and I was not given the complete refund. I talked to the general manager and I was told basically that I left because I wanted to and I couldve done something else to get away from the people who were clearly smoking marijuana. He also stated that I shouldnt have even got a refund because thats not how the run their business and these words were from the general manager. THIS PLACE IS A JOKE.

The staff here are amazing! They are high school aged but so patient and so polite! It took my kids 20 minutes to pick out prizes with their tickets and the staff was so patient and enthusiastic. It made all the difference!

Great place for family fun we took advantage of the summer night discount of half off unlimited after 6pm and had a blast. We ate before we came but the food looked amazing, will definitely be going back in the future.

It is a great place if you have hyperactive children. Make sure you bring lots of money because, everything here is extremely expensive. Even the soda pop is unreasonably overpriced. The tables were extremely gross. Other than that it is a great place to let your children run off energy, and burn off their sugar high. By the end of the day they will be sleeping much better. It is a little bit loud, so it is a little difficult for grown-ups to have conversation while the children are at Play. The pizza reminded me of Chuck-E-Cheese Pizza. The food is not exactly the best. The pizza tastes like public school Pizza, and the drinks are very expensive. Next time I will bring my own food. They can come down on the price for the games and whatnot. They have so many people going through there they can afford to bring the price down just a little bit...

Last tag, go- carts, video games, Rick climbing, putt-putt and so much more. Kinda pricey but very family oriented

We took our sun for his first time playing mini golf, he loved it! We played some games inside too. I love that once your done with one golf course, theres another one to play. Well have to do the bumper boats and carts next time. Always a good family time going to hinkle!

It was a really fun place to go two the go karts, Laser tag, Mini golf, the games there were all fun. I would just expand or take away rules from laser tag but that is not really a complaint just a suggestion. Overall its a fun place.

Fun entertainment, but the way the prices are structured its designed to get you to pay too much. We were told our son could drive the boat himself but after waiting in line and being told he wasnt tall enough, we went back to switch his ticket to a passenger. Too bad, we were told, no refunds. Even though they gave us the wrong information. Their response was Well, from the counter here he looks tall enough. Lets measure him....oh, whoops sorry. So I feel we were ripped off. If they simplified their price structure and didnt have unempowered teenagers running the place Id give it a better score.

My brother,sister and I had a blast mini golfing and playing in the arcade. The staff was helpful and let us get a card 14 minutes before closing and stayed late so we could finish counting our tickets

Visited location around the snow storm. So the voyage to get in the building was a little rough due to all the ice and snow left unsalted around the entrance way. Staff was polite and attentively. Interior of the building was really clean. The pricing for food is really overpriced. $8 for a drink, is a little crazy. Had an updated gaming area, which was great. Would comment regarding more yet only went for the arcade to be honest.

Disappointing The wait for passenger carts is 3- 4 times longer than single carts, so about 1 hour to 1 & a half hours. Staff will push single riders ahead of passenger carts. Be prepared to explain to your child several times why people keep getting pushed ahead of him!Also, the area is poorly structured, as several people/families were jumping the railing and not having to wait.

Too expensive for limited attractions and not enough time to enjoy them. I was soo disappointed!

Super fun and nice place to take kids, esp on a warm day. Loads of arcade games, nice laser tag arena, decent putt-putt course, fun (though short) go cart track. Food is really expensive and mediocre, but otherwise pretty great place to take kids.

Attended my grandsons birthday party there the staff was very helpful and pleasant the pizza was ok and all the soft drinks you could want so that was good , the reason for the 3 stars is there were so many kids it was very hard to walk it sure looked like it was beyond capacity so that was the only negative and I know it a kids joint but over crowded .

Still the best place to take your family in Albuquerque. Inexpensive great fun not too crowded. You cant beat it. I hope they renovate the the puttputt soon but still its the best value and family fun venue in town, by a long shot!
