The kids had a wonderful time! Its very clean and the employees are attentive and helpful!

Great place to take the kids as well as have a little fun for the adults. If you going as a spectator, make sure you brought good shoes to stand in because most seating areas are full. Overall, this is an inexpensive place full of fun and a way to get your kid off the electronics.

Love this place! They have great prices on admission, you can even upgrade your time for an extra 1$ or 2$. Staff is very aware and friendly. Very spacious and enough room for everyone to have fun even of its crowded. Main room has a snack bar with lots of seating for parties or hang outs. They have about 5-6 massage chairs. They have 4 TVs each on a different Chanel. Last time I was here they had some classic cartoons on! I come here about ever other week!

I have spoken with the General Manager since my last review and i must say she was professional and understanding. She more than took care of my issue and we will continue to do business with them in the future. Great to have some one listen and the customer service was excellent!!

Seriously an amazing experience!!! Staff was amazing! First with a phone call with Shawn, extremely knowledgeable and friendly, to a very warm welcome from Gage making the chaos of checking everyone in easier, to an awesome ending from Gesus! The facility is fun, entertaining and keeps everyone occupied, but for my experience the staff made the difference for us! First time there, but will definitely be willing to go back!

Had a fantastic birthday party for my grandson yesterday, the staff had great customer service. Debbie was amazing , checking to make sure everything was going well. The park itself was fun for children and adults. Thank you so much for making our celebration a success.

Great family place to take the kids to jump around and play games. Cool snack bar with pretzels, pizza, nachos, and funnel fries. I brought my 8 yr old here for her birthday. They have good birthday packages. I always use the massage chairs while I wait for about 15 minutes. You can relax in the massage chairs and watch television. Nice and friendly staff.

I went there today to have fun with my daughter and cousins. And it was so expensive ! They dont even charge you the 1 hour $8.99 they charged me & my 6 year old daughter $12.99 each!! Because we were to tall?? I felt that , that was very rude. Since when do people charge by height? What are they going to do next weigh people and say that they have to pay more because there fat or skinny??? I was super upset about that. Ive been to fallout trampoline at cotton wood mall and it is way more cheaper there than this place ! Dont waste your money here. All the workers looked miserable and unhappy. If you dont like your job get a new one !!!

Very fun for all my kids from age 6-16. Could use more employees to help with harnesses and things. Several attractions were out of order, which was a bummer.

I have been to cool springz several times with my 2 and 5 year old. It is one of the only places that I will bring my children during flu season because it is cleaned daily. I have also received great service from the employees. Since I also have a 4 month old baby strapped to me while Im there the employees have been more than happy to help my 5 year old with the climbing walls. They have also gone out of their way to recruit other kids to play laser tag with him. We have had nothing but great experiences here and will continue to keep going back.

For the price and attractions this place is great and the children have fun however when did the sock policy change? We’ve visited Cool Springz for years and never once were told that the children needed to use their grip socks much less borrow some if we didn’t buy there their own. Isn’t that a sanitary issue? I’ve reviewed the website and there is no where on it discussing the sock issue or policy if one actually does exist.

Great group rates and plenty of fun activities for the young and young at heart.

Kids had a blast our 1 st time here

Walked into this place expecting something like Hinkle but was blown away by its uniqueness. This place is amazing. Ninja warrior course, trampolines, laser tag... What more could you ask for? My son loved it. The staff was fantastic, friendly, and helpful and the facility was very clean. I would totally recommend a visit!

I would of give it 5 stars, everything went good at first the employees were really nice and got my son birthday setup quickly but I dont know where the miss communication went but when I put my depost down they told me kids jump for 2 hours and than when they brought me the bill for after party they told all kids that it there passes are done and when I talk to the lady she told me its only 90 minutes and I told her the girl other day it was 2 hours and she was nice enough to let the kids have 20min more so everything was awesome till that point but overall a good experience

They werent very helping to people that were there for their first time and when I did ask them they were very rude. Staff needs to be more polite. Other than that great place to play and take the kids.

Overall a clean facility. With plenty of rotating supervision. My kids were safe.

This place is great for birthday parties! We just had such a great experience. The facility is clean and lots of fun! The staff was great and I would like to personally thank Vanessa for her amazing customer service at the front desk.

My kid loves this place, but I got annoyed with the nickel-and-diming here. It’s $5 for a locker for your purse. You have to buy their special socks just to jump. There are vending machines that charge and arm and a leg for water meanwhile the water fountains barely dribble out warm water. The only place we could sit to take our shoes off were these massage chairs that shriek at you if you don’t pay. Meh. I recommend Gravity Park, it’s close by and has way less of this nonsense.

It is a fun place for both adults and children to enjoy. This was my second time and still a lot of challenges and excitement.

My kids love this place. My main issue is that there was an extremely rude worker there on March 7th who needs to learn how to talk to people when theyre at work. The front end people are all aces though.

We’ve been a few times when visiting our family in Albuquerque. It’s become a bit of a family tradition. Really love this place and my kids always beg to go. An hour is usually the perfect amount of time for them to exhaust themselves and take long naps after.

Today was our first visit we will be going back our 2&3 year olds loved it !! Very clean and awesome set up. We didnt like being stared at by employees , was akward as they followed behind us at every movement. Wouldve been better if they greeted or interacted instead of staring in annoyance of our overly excited special needs children . . But well give them another try !

This is a better one of these type of places. The noise is high, but you dont have to scream to have a conversation. There is enough variety to keep kids busy for an hour. The pizza is fairly good, too. Id choose this over Urban Air or Main Event for a lower assault on the senses.

We went on Tuesday 2/18/20 for my daughters 3rd birthday. Just me, Hubby and my daughter. We got there at 5pm. We had to fill out the waivers for each of us (which you can do ahead of time online) they took about 5 min each to fill out, if even. The lady checking us in was very nice as this was out first time there. She explained that they have lockers ( the small ones are $3 and the larger ones are $5) and you have the option to open it only once OR multiple times during your time there. You also set your own code for the locker but you need to do this with a credit/debit card. The lockers have phone chargers in them, which was awesome. We got a large one and I could fit a small diaper bag and my purse. They also have lots of cubbies to store your shoes/jackets etc. All around the place. You can either buy or use their socks ( if you buy they are $3 per pair, and free if you use the theirs) which the lady made clear they are washed ( I would hope lol)We got 3 pairs of the socks ($2.99 each), 2 adult jumpers ($12.99 each) and one little jumper ($8.99) for and hour which came out to $47.40. They give you a wristband and I guess each family gets a different color. So when your time is up, they call the color over the loud speaker. To head to the lobby.We got to jump from 5:30 pm - 6:30 pm and this was a Tuesday and when we were leaving it started to get crowded. We basically had the place to ourselves for most of the time. Their is staff all over the place which is nice! The place has a food court/ snack bar. We went to eat after so Im not sure what they have or if the prices are decent. They also have very clean restrooms and a family restroom for the moms and dads who need to change their little one, they have the fold out diaper changing table.My daughter loved it! They have music playing and I had a blast! We all were super tired after so an hour was perfect! The staff was super friendly! The only thing I can say is that I thought it would be a larger building from pictures. But its a good size and bit overwhelming! Its a bit pricey (not sure if they have some sort of plan where you pay X amount of money per month or year to get to go whenever)But all in all it was a fun way to get our while family active. And our daughter slept super good that night! Will definitely be going back!Sorry for the length but I put into in there that I had to ask the awesome community questions about. And that may be important for you.

Pretty fun establishment.... Ninja Warrior obstacles are a nice change of pace from the trampolines. Daughter really enjoyed the laser tag as well. The staff was friendly when helping us with the rock climbing aspect. Except the guy named Tyler at the front desk. He clearly was hating his job since he sighed & rolled his eyes on numerous occasions when dealing with my daughters B-day party. I see this far too often, an employee who seems so miserable working when its obviously such simple tasks.

Really neat place to take kids of all ages. The two hours is way more than enough time the kids play until they are completely all played out. There are birthday party options here. And a small place to buy drinks and snacks. You will need to purchase grip socks for 3.00 a pair if you do not already have a pair. There are games and trampolines and a obstacle course. There is staff walking around and monitoring everything and benches for parents to sit if they are not jumping. This place is fun and the kids always ask to go back. My children are 13 and 10 and love this place I have seen older kids and adults jumping also very small kids jumping in a designated area with their parents. There are massage chairs if youd like for a fee.

We have been here a few times, pretty fun! This visit we had 3 adults, and 5 kids. 2 of the kids were under 3 years old. A staff member named Courtney was really awesome! She was helpful with our 18 month old and 2 year old. Our 2 year old was jumping everywhere and Courtney made sure other kids didn’t knock her over or run into her. She was very nice and made sure all the kids were safe. She really stood out from all the other employees. Thanks, Courtney!

Took my kids age range 1-8 yrs on a Saturday and was WAY to crouded I had to hold my youngest the whole time. Maybe will try again on a weekday. I did like the younger kids section with the play area and foam pit.

Cool Springz is COOL! I actually did the electrical work at this building and I got to see this place go from nothing to something. Something very COOL! Families are going to love going to Cool Springz together. There is fun and entertainment for the whole family. The manager Debbie is great and she is so excited to have her doors open now to be able to give Albuquerque, Rio Rancho and all surrounding areas an experience to remember. You also have to try the pretzels in the snack bar. They are delicious! So to all who will be reading this, go to Cool Springz and have a blast and dont forget to thank all the team there for all of their hard work.

A great place to go for kids and adults. The employees were great in handling the line that included some of the 60 people from my volunteer group that attended that day.

I dont really do trampoline parks but I took my son it was his first time the staff at this place super friendly very enjoyable place awesome Vive good music as well I will definitely go back again and recommend all of my friends there good job Cool springz

My 2 year old had a blast. He enjoyed jumping. This was his first time ever being on a indoor trampoline and he loved it. He had the best night sleep afterwards.

It was our first time going and we all had a blast! The staff was informative and friendly and the different areas are great for all ages. The staff does a great job of keeping everyone safe and enforcing boundaries. I would have given 5 stars except there seemed to be only one changing station and when youre there for only a certain amount of time its hard to wait 10 minutes to change a diaper. We will definitely be back though!

This place was awesome!! Fun for all ages and no shortage of fun. The ninja warrior course is great also. The warped wall, is like on TV, tall and not easy to get to the top. Good challenge. Timed rock climbing wall, bouncing areas, a hoop you can dunk, jousting, and more. Next time I’m in town, I’m bringing the kids back here for sure!

Cool layout. Disappointed with all the attractions that cost extra. 19 credits to climb a wall or play laser tag. It feels smaller with the areas designated for various things and the open jump area is pretty small. They put in a little food bar. Thumbs up. Ninja Warrior stuff might be the coolest part. Overall, its cool but looks like gravity park might be our new go to.

So much fun for all ages! The employees are so nice. The area is spacious and comfortable for spectators. Good parking lot. Totally dont mind bringing the kids here!

So I will start by saying that I was impressed with the size of the new facility. That is all the positive I have to post at his time though. I was not happy that a day out with my kids and niece and nephew turned into the kids all being sick with the flu within hours of each other and within a day of our visit. I am sad to say that there are so many attractions and so many dirty mats and surfaces that I am not a bit surprised that they got sick. Sadly I had the same experience in the old facility. My kids visited the old place and all of them were sick within a day or two of visiting. Not too sure what type of sanitization is used if any???. I gave it the benefit of the doubt against my better judgement and here we are out $15 per person and sick... again.... hmmm. I can honestly say that I will not visit again and I dont think I will be recommending this place to anyone any time soon. I will not refer to it as a clean environment either. Too many bare feet and germs for my liking.

Officially our favorite trampoline park now! Cant even really call it just that, cause there are so many other things to do now! The manager, Shane, was very professional and polite, and just overall great! The other staff too...they kept checking in with us, asking how everything was, if we were having fun, or needed anything. Who does that?! There were alot of staff throughout the whole facility, which I really liked as I am a parent, because you dont usually see that at the trampoline parks. They were helping kids out and checking on them, even helping take care of them if hurt. I was just really blown away by how awesome the staff treated us. The place is huge and there are many fun things to do besides jump. DEFINITELY 5 STARS!! For customer service and fun!

It was fun for the kiddos however, for what you get for the price... Well, in my opinion its not worth it.

My daughter loved going to Cool Springz and could not wait to go to the new location. The staff was friendly. We arrived about 10 minutes past the hour, the clerk did not offer to start our jump time in the next 1/2 hour, so we lost jump time. Then they announced our jump time was over and we still had about 5 minutes left. We were disappointed at how small the trampoline area is. The old location was so much better for jumping. They no longer have the large tumble track so my daughter found it hard to practice her tumbling. The attractions look cool, we didnt try them because they cost extra. We will miss the old location.

This place was amazing. What a great place for any age to work out without the feeling of dread that you wont fit in. Great time.

Cool place for the kids and really nice that they have snacks, massage chairs and Netflix. Disappointed in the lack of customer service. Waited at the desk for 30 mins while 6 team members stood there and talked.

It was fun until more people showed up and have very little room to do anything. There is no point in going if it is packed and not so safe for little kids because everything is meant for kids that are taller. The kid area us as small as an apartment room. It was fun when there wasnt much people but once the capacity reaches over 70 then there is no point in being there.

The trampolines really nice but it wasnt until you paid in that you get in if they tell you the VR is broken. That was sneaky. Very sneaky and not cool.

This place is so awesome! We go to Cool Springs when we are in Albuquerque for my daughters Specialists appointments. It is a nice sensory treat for my kiddos after having to sit in a waiting room and doctors office. It is also very clean! I highly recommend this for the whole family even the adults! We all had a blast!

Staff was very nice no complaint there,but our party was to be from 3:30 to 5 the kids got to jump for a hour we didnt get into our room until 4:45 by 5:15 they were kicking us out. My guest didnt get to finish eating or get to see the birthday girl open her gifts. I do not recommend anyone to have a birthday party there. But my kids love to go jump there other than that. It was very expensive for 30 minutes in the party room. The owner needs to come in with a more reasonable party plan for families.

Cost was not bad approximately around $8.00 per hour. The customer service was very good when it came to satisfaction. I was not that impressed with one of the virtual games and I was provided compensation but I didnt accept it because it was not their fault. It was still nice that they wanted to make it the best experience and it was.

Kids (and my husband) had a blast. Clean facility, lots to do.

Probably the best venue for the price for kids in Albuquerque. its one of the largest trampoline parks Ive seen its probably about 50 thousand square feet. The reason why I love it is because its safe for all-ages other trampoline parks have very dangerous multi-level structures not this one its all around story. The icing on the cake is that there are massage chairs refreshments and vending machines in the staff is very friendly and helpful and we do frequently run and vending machines in the staff is very friendly and helpful and they do frequently run specials. Recommended for kids age to 18 must visit
