My girlfriends and I came and did the Jurassic park theme and had an amazing day time, it’s challenging but so much fun! I would come back and recommend to anyone looking to get out and have a blast also, they disinfect everything which is amazing ️ Thank you for the memory!!!

We did the bank heist. We had lots of fun! Cons: some items werent working too well, there werent a lot of background music to make you feel into it, some clues you had to do the same thing (more variety would be nice). Pros: staff was great, we were late but they still let us continue, overall experience was great.

Literally the BEST escape room I’ve ever been to!! It’s so insanely immersive and high-tech, you really felt like you were in Jurassic Park! Our guide Haley was so sweet and we had such a good time that we did another room right after!! We can’t wait to come back and do the rest! Thank you thank you thank you!!

This is a place where bringing friends is helpful, choose different talents to achieve success in escaping from the room in the hour allowed. The are four rooms and several locations, with new storylines coming soon. We had a blast escaping!

While its a little on the pricy side, its actually worth the money. Ive paid about the same for way lesser quality. My husband I did The Dig one per many raving reviews. We technically didnt pass in time but figured it out about 30 seconds after time ran out. We are sure its doable for most people. Even just the two of us were so close! We will be back. *ALSO - it smelled and looked very clean and someone was sanitizing as we came in*

My wife and I booked a room last minute and then ended up leaving a bit late. We got a reminder call and the staff was super understanding and helpful. We loved the experience and our puzzle masters, Kay and Lane, were awesome! They made it difficult and made sure not to give too much away unless we were really stuck. Great experience! Ensure that you arrive early as the business has a strict policy of not admitting anyone who arrives late. Other than that, “thank you” to the tall gentleman (sorry we didn’t catch your name) that helped us get ready for our Escape the Room experience (we arrived on time, but not early).This was our first experience and we had a blast. Funny how fast an hour can pass. We do plan on returning and trying other rooms. Our group would definitely recommend the Escape the Room. We had a great time! Thank you to the entire staff!

We visited the bank heist room several weeks ago for my sons 18th birthday. This was during the pandemic and as far as I could tell they exercised all recommended precautions. We have visited 2 other escape room business in Albuquerque, with this being our 5th activity. This room was a little less imaginative in decorations and puzzles. Overall I would say we had an average experience. In the future I would probably choose another escape business, but wouldnt rule this one out.

Had such an amazing time for our annual Christmas team building event!!! We did the hardest room they had which is the Submarine room. The staff was amazing and helped us when they saw our team was struggling a bit. Hailey was our clue master she was so helpful and patient!! Definitely recommend this place!! Will definitely be coming back with our friends!

Super fun and good for team bonding. There was 6 of us from age of 20 to 65 and we all had fun doing the bank heist. It was just enough of a challenge to keep you entertained but not getting you flustered! Definitely want to go back and do it again!

I really enjoyed the experience. I had a great time being with my family and actually spending quality time with each other and working together to reach our goal. It was interesting and got you to use your brain. Its a bit pricey, but I havent had time with my family where we talked without the cell phone always in the middle in a very long time. We worked together and helped each other. To me, THAT was priceless. It was really cool.

Would give this place all the stars is if I could!! My friends and I came in last minute here and they totally got us our own private room. They were so friendly and helpful. We never would have solved the room in the allotted time if they hadnt helped us out. Cant wait to go back. Thank you!!!!

We went with a party of 3 to do the Submarine Escape Room for our very first attempt, and of course we picked the hardest one!We had a whopping 16 seconds remaining of our hour by the time we were done, but it was awesome and I will absolutely be coming again. It was so much fun and so much care has been put into the design of the rooms!Everyone we met was extremely courteous and friendly, we felt very welcome from the minute we walked in to the minute we left.

This was an amazing time and alot of fun!

It was pretty much what I expected, though MUCH more difficult! The clues we found were awesome and the clue master helpful when needed...which was more than I’d like to admit. They definitely went deeper on problems than I expected and it was, overall, fun, challenging, and a well spent evening with friends...who I’m pretty sure I failed regularly throughout the escape.

We went for a friends birthday and had so much fun. The clues were clever and we had just a blast running around trying to solve the puzzles. We succeeded with the help of our helper Lane. The workers are awesome and I would recommend going to it!

I came here for my sisters birthday and we had an awesome time! We did a dig style one and we were able to escape the room! Would definitely recommend if you’re looking for something fun to do with your family or friends!

We did the Jurassic Escape room. There were just three of us. It was a challenge and had a few startled moments to add excitement. We did manage to complete our task with just a few seconds to spare. We had a great time and will certainly try other escape rooms in the future.

Im from out of town. My wife, two boys, and two nieces did this spontaneously when we drove by it in the mall. So much fun. Staff was extremely nice. We did the submarine room, but died. I recommend checking Groupon we were able to save money doing that.

We have done several rooms at Escape The Room and its always lots of fun. This time were did the Heist. Weve always had a food tim . I think my favorite is still the Dig. Our clues were very helpful when were struggled a bit. Thanks for another fun experience!

The Jurassic Escape room was fun and exciting! I went here for my birthday party and had a great time. For this specific room there was no visible timer or screen for clues. It made it difficult and more stressful to deal with than just having a clock or screen. I was more worried about that than escaping... I still had a great time!

Had to miss our first booking and they couldnt refund us. However they gave us store credit for another game and we were able to book a new time slot. Marcellina was a fabulous clue master. We will be returning!

It was sooooooo much fun! I was there with 4 other people and I think that was the perfect amount of people. I think any more than that would have been too crowded and too many people looking for the same things. We had a very fun experience and we will definitely be back soon!

I would have rated lower if I could. I brought my wife there for her birthday thats what she wanted to do. So we brought the children went to have a great time. Well in the puzzle 2 things were not functioning properly. Therefore we were not able to complete the puzzle in time. We were not informed that the puzzle was broken to reschedule or maybe go into another room. At the end when we failed we were told about the non functioning parts. These parts made so there was literally only a lucky guess could beat it. There was no attempt to make it right but they definitely took $32 a person before tax. Again no one has tried to make this right. Its like going to a restaurant and paying but not getting your food. Consumer beware.

We’ve completed two rooms and loved them both. Our groups have Agra’s 5-60yo and everyone contributed and had a great time! Definitely worth it.

I got the chance to experience this place with my wife, brother in law, and sister in law. We asked the hosts which room is best for first timers and they were very helpful. We had an absolute blast and will definitely be back again. I recommend to anyone who loves a challenge.

I would like to know the rate that people fail these rooms, because neither my group nor the group before us managed to escape (The Dig). Maybe this is a sore loser kind of rating, but maybe these should be designed for most people to succeed. The escape rooms that tend to be more fun are hugh quantity of puzzles and lower difficulty/more straightforward solutions. That way everyone contributes something and it is a fast-paced problem solving game. While the rooms at EtR are flashy, the locks are not internally connected to what they trigger (so if you get the combination to some locks and the person on the camera does not see it it will not trigger what it needs to trigger), the clues often cannot be worked on simultaneously by groups of people, and ultimately we were disappointed with our experience. We had previously had more fun at a more home-made type of venue.

Had a party of 9, was very accommodating for the amount of people we had. Harder than we thought it would be, but very fun! Would recommend for both larger and smaller parties. Figured it out with 7 minutes to spare.

We beat the clock by 3 minutes. Carly was super helpful while we were choosing our adventure and answering our questions. I totally recommend this place and will be going back.

This was a really fun experience for our entire family. My kids are 5, 10, & 16 years old & we had a blast! The cluemaster did a fabulous job at giving us clues when we got stuck. She allowed us to make our escape in just enough time, but didnt give us clues every time we began to get stuck! She let us really problem solve & brainstorm the answers. It was awesome! A bit pricey though, at $30/person, so although Id love to do it again, I probably wont do it for awhile due to what it costs.

Had a great time. The submarine was a blast and definitely a good challenge. The building was very well decorated and the rooms was decked out and very interactive.

I did Submarine, which was a well themed room with a decent linear storyline. There were a few times when the puzzle answers seemed rather arbitrary, which is to me a huge turn-off with escape rooms. (Everything should be completely logical, IMO.) This was a challenging room, but close to doable even with two people. A few pieces became repetitive. Our room started over ten minutes late, but at the end our puzzlemaster kept trying to escort us out right away even as I was actively asking questions about our unsolved puzzles. There was another group waiting for the room, but it was frustrating to me that because THEY started late I was penalized.

Highly recommend Escape the Room in Albuquerque!! Randy was our Clue Master and he got our group in a room last minute and was awesome and friendly to work with. 10/10 would do again! Rooms were super cool and well put together.
