This is a nice place if you are renting one of their mini paintball like guns, but if you bring your own gun, the bullets are mangled, and there are barely any bullets. Me and my friends went here, the bullets jammed the guns, and some would just fart out of the gun and go like 3 feet while I was fully revving my gun. Fun for gun renters, otherwise, pass.

This place is so much fun!! The gentleman assisting us was amazingly friendly and so helpful. Highly recommend coming here and checking out the games. The VR was a blast! Will definitely be back.

We always do virtual reality games for my 6 and 9 year old. Staff was very polite patient in teaching my grandkids. They LOVE it and we come back each week because it is fun you get discounted the more you play and they love it. Thanks to the GREAT staff.

This was honestly the most fun I’ve had with my friends, it was at the spur of the moment and we ended up getting a good deal on all 4 of us to play Air-soft for 30 minutes and VR for 15 minutes. So much fun, definitely recommend it!!

My daughter absolutely loves coming here to play VR. Every time we have come to play the guys that work the store are more than helpful. Its clean and just an overall comfortable environment. They have given my daughter extra time at no charge. She has a blast and it keeps us coming back!!

Virtual reality was really fun. The staff were friendly and very helpful for both of our recent visits. The price was fair given the experience, and frankly 15 minutes was a good amount on the VR goggles. I recommend making this a 4 or 6 person family date, you wont be disappointed!

Incredibly helpful staff! They ensured my first vr experience would be all it could be! My only suggestion would be to use a microfiber clotg on the lenses, if you can, Im not an expert when it comes to vr

All out Zone is a really cool and awesome place where you can compete against friends and working with them to fight off enemies in vr or the combat room

The staff at ALL OUT ZONE was so helpful and kind! They helped us find the right guns and showed us the ropes... Great place for a fast paced get together for a group. My son recently discovered this virtual reality arcade and is now obsessed. Great customer service and friendly staff!

Well, very pricey but its unique here in Albuquerque so they have the market. We arrived at 12pm as thats the opening time they have listed and they stated they dont open until 12:30. So they sent us away until then. We return and they now have a sign up that theres a private party and we can come back at 1:40. After speaking with manager we are assured we will be allowed entry at 1:40 with a discount. At 1:40 we are admitted and play for an hour. It was fun and unique. The customer care isnt so good. Even the discount was negligible at that point as we spent close to $75 for three people for one hour. I would return but am skeptical.

I booked a birthday party here for my 10 year old daughter and she said it was the best birthday ever! My whole family got to participate in the nerf battle and everyone had a reall good time. I would highly suggest having your child party here. The price is by far worth the amount of time we got to spend in the private room compared to any other arcade that offers birthday parties.

Fun experience with friends good party time

I liked this place. I didnt do the Nerf Gun area, but I did do the Virtual Reality which I really enjoyed. The Nerf Gun area looks cool and they have a large selection of Nerf guns to choose from. The setup they have for their Virtual Reality is really good. I believe they use the Oculus Rift and its comfortable and very emersive. The price isnt bad. Its roughly about $1 per minute which is a little pricey, but the more you spend, the better the deals get. The girl that was working there was ok. She seemed to be a little out of it, but nice. She wasnt the most attentive with some of her guests, but she wasnt terrible. Overall a cool and fun place to go. I would recommend going here.

Sitting in here now it took a long time to get help even though it’s spring break and the mall is packed yet there is 1 person working who obviously can not handle it! And it’s way overpriced for most guns that don’t work and they have to pick up their bullets off the ground when they go in after their time starts.We read the steps and never did we sign a waiver not we’re we explained to about how things worked.The worker is flustered there needs to be more than one person working some people have waited a long time just to be checked in. I know when I was choosing and paying she told me to hold on at least 4 times while she helped someone else. I paid at least $50 for 3 people and guns that they had to come out and switch because they got jammed and waited like 10 of their minutes to get a new gun.

Its nice to have an arcade but everytime I come something is broken or missing.even the change machines.go but bring your own quarters if youre smart and dont play shooting games the guns are all no good.

My kids loved this place. After a long day of shopping it was good to know this place was here to reward the kiddos for being patient. The young African American gentleman that was working at the time provided the best customer service, he was very patient with my exited kids and their million questions about the nurf guns my kid is a fan, also very friendly with me even thought I was having a bad day.

They weren’t open at the scheduled time they were supposed to open at. Waited over 40 min to open and there was nothing.

Came as a camp counselor, drove with 20 kids for 45 minutes to get here, and then had to entertain for an hour because it wasnt open at 10, and didnt open until we left an hour later.

GREAT games to play.

I regret ever coming to this place. My 5 year old son was dying to try it out. I arrived and I as given options on guns. I picked a $4 gun. I paid $30 for us both to play and was handed my empty nerf gun and told bullets were inside. Inside meant I had to pick all bullets off floor. After trying to scavenge 40 bullets from floor now was time to have a nerf war.... wait the guns didn’t work. Bullets only flew 3 feet if they didn’t jam. Switched out guns with employee same results. Stayed for 13 minutes total. This place ruined my day my kid was disappointed and I feel like I threw my money away. This is really the worst place ever.

All Out Zone provides good value, great fun and excellent customer service. My family and I are in Albuquerque on vacation and were at the mall waiting out rush hour today when we noticed all out zone and decided to let the kids give it a try. It was a weekday night so it wasnt very busy but they still had a great time and burned off some energy. The staff was extremely accommodating and helpful, and the price is quite a bit cheaper than the only other Nerf battle arena weve been too (dart warz in Denver). We would definitely be back if we lived here (and we might be back later in the week if we need an easy kid pleasing activity)TLDR: My 9 year old sons review is this place is awesome!

Sitting in All Out right now and waiting for almost 20 minutes for them to get things started. People have walked out. The young woman working the front is trying to get everyone through by herself even with malfunctioning equipment. Im not going to add a name in respect for her privacy. Ive read the owners responses and I dont want/need an apology, it means nothing without change.
