What an amazing afternoon on Traverse Bay! Captain Dave was a gracious host. His knowledge and experiences are self evident, and you can tell right away that he is a great teacher of sailing!. This was a first time experience for our family, while we boat regularly on Lake Erie its never been on a sailboat, and Dave left us with a long lasting fantastic memory. You have to go sailing with Captain Dave. He made our birthday sunset sail the best everwe were so safe relaxed and he was so friendly. he taught us about sailing. he is very knowledgeable. the sailboat was very nice and comfortable. we highly recommend captain Dave for your sail.

My husband and I were celebrating our 25th anniversary and thought a weekend getaway in Traverse City without the kids would be a fun idea, and it truly was. On our first night we booked the sunset sail tour and it was just amazing! Captain Dave was extremely friendly and offered to take our picture for us, so we have some great pictures to keep of our wonderful adventure. Only a few boats were actually cruising through the bay, so it felt like we had the entire bay to ourselves. We actually booked a non-private cruise, but lucked out as it was just my husband and I. Captain Dave kept us laughing and did a great job sailing through the bay. If you are considering this tour, you will enjoy it!

It was such a smooth sunset cruise, everything you could imagine and more. The crew was very informative and made sure to take care of any needs. My gf & I just had the grandest time and I cant wait to revisit again in the summer! Highly recommend it

Jake was such a fun & relaxing guy to take out us on his boat! He let us roam all over the boat & offered the music choice up to us. We went for the 11-1:00 sail and it was the perfect amount of time.
