Went ziplining this last weekend with 4 a group from work. Had a great time! Guides Aaron and Jaron (Sorry, I dont remember his exact name) were amazing. They had us laughing the whole time and they had amazing photography skills! Definitely would go back there again!

Coming from New York to Michigan the slopes just don’t compare but I have to say I was happily surprised - I took my niece and nephew for their first time and it’s a perfect place to learn how to ski with a great bunny slope. It’s set in somewhat of a ravine so you can do a loop from one side to the other and just keep going all day. That made it unique and a fun experience. THE CHICKEN WINGS WERE TO DIE FOR!!!

Mt. Holiday was super fun. My family was visiting from southern Michigan about 4 hours away and we wanted to zip line. They were booked for the day, but our guide Nate squeezed us in! He was very helpful and super fun throughout the day. He made sure we were all having fun and were comfortable, super laid-back and a great leader for our crew. Also, please donate to Mt. Holiday if possible-so this awesome park can stay running!

Mount Holiday is the place I learn to snowboard the staff is very very cool and very chill great Mountain and highly highly recommend

Awesome time! Went here as part of a weekend away for the kids. We love the traverse area with all of the wineries in the leelanau & old mission peninsula & the restaurants & bars in the area. Ended up staying at great wolf and doing a 2 hour tubing at mt holiday. All 16 of us had a great time! The kids said it was the best part of the weekend. The guys do an awesome job pushing you down from single rides to a linked up group of 16! They make it as thrilling as possible (definatly tip them, they are a big part of the day)! Definitely worth it, so many memories, we all laughed, screamed, and had a blast!

The guys at Mt. Holiday (John and Nate) running the zip lining were amazing. Very Accomodating and super friendly. Minimal walking from zip line to zip line and you get 7 runs in about 90 minutes. We will be coming back for the tubing and skiing in the winter!

Im 77 & it was my first time. I an scared of Heights plus verdego. The young. Men that work there are AWESOM. They made me feel so good. Couldnt help me enough. So RESPECTFUL. YOU need to give this place a try. Like I said they get a 20 star rating. No matter how scared you are they will make you feel TOTALLY SAFE & COMFORTABLE. Mt. Holiday is #1 for Zip lining.

Went for a fishing tournament but very beautiful space

First of all the mountain was great. Tubing was fun and the staff out there was great. The problem is inside. Not built for a lot of people at once. The restaurant was a nightmare. No wait list. People mostly just sitting there on their laptops not even eating, just warming up, so people that actually wanted to eat could not get a table. Food was average at best. Took almost an hour to get a burger after my order was lost. At least I got a refund.

I love this little hill. It has a great ski vibe.

Great place to take the whole family!!! The guys on the Tube run made it a great experience, friendly staff inside the the T-Bar lounge had great food at affordable prices. Definitely worth checking out. We will be back for sure!!!

Had a good time ziplining (my first time). The guides were friendly and informative. First time so I have no comparisons but I thought it was well worth the time and cost.

Had a group outing @ my.holiday ski We had a blast tubings. Friendly staff and great location, minutes from downtown Traverse City.

Not a skier, but I love the tubing hill. Ive ridden it as late as early March, though this varies, yay Mother Nature. I enjoy their community events as well. Like the Halloween/pumpkin race, the human and puppy dog costumes were great fun.

My binding fell of my skis,and my aunt said a worker couldn’t give her the right size for her boot,and my cousin fell and someone said “ get up you big baby.Half of us couldn’t get up the toerope. But we appreciate the full refuned we received.

We had a great time zip lining! Our instructors Branson and Kier were professional, safety conscious, personable, and fun. We highly recommend Mt Holiday for zip lining and plan on going back in the fall for the autumn color change.

First time visiting Mt. Holiday and tubing. Had a group of girls up for a visit and thought wed try something new. We had a ball! The staff was amazing and added to the excitement of the day. Well definitely be back. Highly recommend for people of all ages. You wont regret it.

Where to begin. I planned a whole trip to come and ski at mount holiday for new years eve this year. Its a 3 hour drive for me to come up here and the weekend before they closed and nobody answered the phone. But they were open on monday and tell me that they will be closed on NYE due to not enough snow... at this point i couldnt cancel my hotel arrangements and not get charged so we decided to come up anyways and now they just got 7 inches of snow fall in one night and still refuse to be open today when there is plenty of snow on the mountain to skii. Yet all the surrounding ski snowboard resorts in the surrounding area are open today. I will never be coming back

Ashley and John were amazing guides. We had a fantastic time ziplining. They were great guides and super informative on what to expect. We had 2 children in our group and Ashley and John were terrific and patient with them. Great time!

Kids had a fantastic time. 8 zip lines. Just under 2 hrs. John was great with our kids. Even took pics of them on the course.

I loved this ski hill for beginner/intermediate learners. Private lesson did just what I needed, got my son (10 years old, 3rd day on skis, first day trying lift) on 2-person ski lift and confidently navigating easy hills. This place is just the right size for learning and reasonable price. The bar restaurant was cozy and packed due to ski school for littles and ski team, but still food was good and could see slopeside.

The tubing was very fun. Great place for kids.

We took the whole family tubing for an hour on a very, very cold day & it was absolutely worth every penny! All the staff are friendly & genuinely want you to have a good time. Already looking forward to going again next year, or maybe even sooner!!

Fantastic day in the snow. The small hills are great for newbies. And the tubing hill was the highlight of it family trip. Lots of space in the lodge to warm up and watch the kids on the slopes.

Havent hit the slopes for skiing or boarding there, but the tubing was fantastic and $11 per hour was very fair. Had a blast!

This is a good place for skiing in Traverse City. Close to the city and our hotel. The cost is reasonable for rental, classes and lift tickets. There are only about 8 runs that skilled skiers will care about. They are not long runs but still fun.Perfect place for those who want to include a couple of days of skiing into their trip to the Traverse City area.

Me and my friend ordered a simple burger with American cheese and the other one with pickles both with fries what we got without the staff members telling us was a giant burger with chips and everything included it when we went up there to ask for our order they said they could not fix it and they did nothingI do like the sking but the service could definitely better

My 6 yr old daughter and my husband took several ski lessons there this year. Friendly staff, fun place for the whole family to ski. They even have tubing which is a blast!

Great for learners. Its small, affordable, & charming with friendly people. Had a great snowboard lesson with Matt, Id recommend him! As a small establishment, they ran out of rental gear sizes, so dont bank on renting if its a really busy day.

Went tubing, reasonable price of 11 bucks for an hour. Only two tubing lanes were open but it was still a good time!

Great family ski hill. If youre looking for a small, close to town place to ski with your family you will enjoy Holiday. You wont pay Vail prices so dont expect Vail skiing. Also has a nice little lodge where you can warm up and get basic fast food (burgers, pizza, fries, pop). Kiwanis partners with them to offer an inexpensive ski school each year too.

What isnt there to love about a neighborhood ski hill! Its a great place for the community to collect for skiing or local events. We need more places like this to keep our kids healthy and enjoying where they live. Thank you to all who have made this place special!

Fun hike to the top for a summer sunset!

Fun little ski area. Its only a few minutes away from our house so Ill be spending a good amount of time there teaching my young kids how to ski. I wish they divided up the bunny hill a little better. Its kind of terrifying for trying to teach somebody how to ski with all the punk little park rat kids cutting across the slope multiple times and not looking where theyre going.

Wow.Thats the one word I had to describe my experience. The tubing was great. A little bit cold but its like that everywhere in Michigan. I absolutely loved it!!

Fun times tubing but quite pricey. Tow rope pulls you up. $13 per hour per person on Saturday. So if you have 5 kids maybe try the park nearby for free! Would have spent half the day here but too expensive. We only went for an hour and it was a nice treat.

We did the zip line course here. Instructors were friendly and unrushed. Gave us time to enjoy the scenery and were fairly knowledgeable about the local area!

I like the atmosphere of the restaurant.

After doing the Mud Sweat and Beers race in the past watching it as a fan and racer-supporter changed my perspective of the resort. I enjoyed the views from up the hill, and the respect that the locals and racers had for the area. Hopefully the spirit in early May translates during the winter.

Its the end of season and theres only a few runs open. For the runs that are open, they do a great job grooming them. The hill is a not for profit and the workers are very nice.

Mt. Holiday is a great place close to town for the entire family! This hill has lots to offer whether it be winter or summer. They have just installed a new 10 station zip line that will knock you socks off. Aside of the zip line there is a new walking/ running trail that will whip you into shape and give you killer views. During the winter they have a tubing, skiing and snowboarding with multiple rope toes and 2 chair lifts. I grew up going to this humble little ski hill and was thankful for the family environment and outlet it gave me. 25 years later i still attend this quant little hill on a weekly basis for their great food and music.

Restaurant food was high priced and poor quality. Recently had a fish fry. One fist sized piece of fish and two small (like chicken wing size) all over fried for $14.50. Sad to say, but we wont be back. Menu said it comes with a choice of cole slaw or salad and we were informed that we could only get a salad. No french dressing, so had to settle for ranch. French fries were shoe string out of a bag, however they were done properly. Had four minutes until happy hour was over, but were still charged full price for beverages. $40 later, we walked out disappointed with what should have been a great date night.

Mt. Holiday is great for family and friends, provides a nice cafeteria for the kids and a dine in area for dinner afterwards. Youll find something for everyone here.

Zip line is a ton of fun! Best tubing hill around Michigan. Terrain park is also my favorite in Michigan! So many fun lines

I visited Mt Holiday during the summer with my family, to participate in their Zipline course.It was 10 ziplines, of varying speeds, some getting as fast as 40 MPH! The guides were very friendly and helpful even on a hot day.My family and I had a great time and will definitely be doing it again!
