For bowling game, you don’t have to par until you play per game for per person, until you felt so satisfied with your time to play bowling then you can pay them. It’s so worth of your time! I love this place! Such as friendly staffs and no stress at all! Highly recommended! You can bring your friends and family to spend together and share amazing memories! I will definitely come back when I visit Traverse City!

Stopped for a drink and some silly fun with my husband and bestie. Bartender was great. Funny, fast and accommodating. We played some laser tag ( definitely worth the price) killed it in the arcade, came home with some stuffed animals. All around great experience!

We go twice a month. The glow bowling is epic, seriously...big word, so true. And the arcade is our favorite. Spend $30, get $12 bucks. 42 bucks and its about an hour and a half or 2 hours of unbelievable fun. By the time you leave youre content on the rest of your day being boring to be Frank, thats how great it is

The arcade and environment were awesome. Exceptional wait staff friendly and fast. The bowling attendant cashiering is a different story. I have never taken my family somewhere Dropped over $300 and been treated so poorly. For some place that is family oriented Customer service and report should be a requirement of the job. Not only was she rude to me She made a snide comment to my 11 year old. She was snippy to the people in front of me. I was disappointed to have drove an hour to spend so much and be treated so poorly. A mistake I do not intend to make again.

A great family friendly place to go. Bring your family to bowl and see who gets the best score. Go to Lazer tag and shoot your friends. Multiple vending machines to provide drinks and quick snacks. If you dont like vending machines then you could order a pizza from the front. The only problem is that from the street you wouldnt be able to see it you have to know where your going to get there.

The place and atmosphere is awesome really nice staff and have a vip lounge with bowling and lazer tag and a game room . I came from out of town and I can say I been bowling all over and it is one of the cleanest bowling ally I have been to

Had my hands full and walked in by myself to get a lane for my family. Older woman here immediately gave me a not so nice look and said no outside food. No problem, but I had my hands full and a locked car so I asked if I could get a lane first get adjusted then take the food back out to the car. She was extremely rude about it, didnt hear a thing I said, and said I couldnt get anything until I took the food out. Incredibly rude, I will never return.

Really had a great afternoon at Lucky Jack’s. Friendly staff, variety of beer on tap, plenty of open lanes mid afternoon. Clean and CoVid compliant.

We had so much fun! Two of our group members had never been bowling but had a blast anyway, and then we hit the arcade and had even more fun! The prizes are silly and fun and we definitely want to come back once the Lazer tag is open!

Had an awesome time they promote social distancing by having every other lane bowling and their team sterilize the table and ball return as well bowling balls. Buy a passport and you pay $1 a game for the month

We had a birthday party with 8 people and it turned out great! They were very flexible with the arrangements and the service was fast and friendly. The pizza and fries were very good, but the burgers were only so-so. The bowling was really fun, the laser maze and bumper cars were fun, and the lasertag was a blast! We played everything multiple times. It was all very fun for little kids, teenagers and adults. Even the arcade was pretty cool, although the games were a little pricey at a dollar a piece. You do get tickets for almost everything, so you can turn those in at the end. We found pretty much all of the games were full operational. It was a great time and worth the money.

Clean family enviroment. Bowling, ticket games (Like Chucky Cheese, but better) they have Laser Tag and Bumper Cars too. We went for a birthday party. The pizza was actually pretty darn good. I expected rubbery and was pleasantly surprised. They had a full menu available too. Glow Bowling and regular bowling too. Staff was helpful and friendly. We continue to return regularly!

A little bit hard to find. The building doesnt really have a sign. You go in and it is not clear where to go if you dont want to bowl. The window to order food is hidden..Good pizza, fun arcade. No music in the lazer tag so it is super weird but the course is cool. The bumper car area was neat but one of the cars didnt work. Go on a Thursday for 4 hours of unlimited play for 4 hours...not including games with tickets to prizes.The staff was great with the exception of the old guy. He couldnt be bothered.

Great service. Started bowling never had to worry about anything else. They came and got our order on the lane and brought us everything. Kids had a great time bowling and playing vin the arcade.

Kinda glad this place is closed, went in for an interview last winter after I was laid off and I told them I needed a job badly. I was interviewed and it went well and he said I should be getting a call and never heard back from them. You don’t waste people’s time with interviews and then not hire them or atleast tell them that they are not hired, especially when they don’t have a job or income.

This place is family friendly. My kids & nephews really enjoyed bowling! Adults can join in the fun too!! Host was friendly and always checking in if we needed anything.

We went on a Sunday night and it wasnt busy at all. The lanes seemed pretty well maintained, but Im no professional bowler. Either way, we had a fun few games, then played some of the arcade games, which were alright. About $30 for 3 rounds of bowling, shoe rental and a pitcher of beer, and another $20 for a bit of fun in the arcade.

Good service but a lot of their games in the arcade didnt work and only 2 of their bumper cars were working.

I used to work there I always tried the best to my ability of helping every single customer I had. I always tried to be fun and having the best experience with every single customer. Currently I dont work there anymore but they will always show you a fun time.

Took my 6 year old daughter to the Arcade part and we both had a blast. Fun games, very small but perfect for my 6 year to some time on a chilly, cloudy day.

Staff was wonderful, went out of their way to make sure we had a good time. Very accommodating for young kids.

Just went into the bar to shoot pool. A group was already playing. I was told we cant because they are closed. One young man said he was helping his dad. They had plenty of room for us to play. So basically you cant shoot pool there unless you know the owner Ill go to incredible Mos where they have the best staff in town.

Bowling Lanes are good and my daughter loves the game room. Only complaint is that they listed open bowling on a Sunday and had only a few Lanes open. The rest were league play and it was packed. Unfortunately, super long wait to bowl.

Bowling here is fun and the arcade is a good team for the kids. The last time we went though a lot of the games were broken or in disrepair. The other thing that would be nice is if they had a waitstaff that came to your lane. Last time they told me they had a waitress coming but she never showed and we ended up going to the counter to get our own food and drink. Ball selection is decent and the dark bowling section is fun for the kids. Also, I love that they have the auto bumpers in the lanes so you can bowl regularly (no bumpers) and your children can be in the same lane with the bumpers up.

The staff was so Kool. Always there to help. We had so much fun finding out how much we suck at bowling. We will definitely be back. Had a marvelous time.

The shoes are much better than incredible mos, and so is the bowling experience all around. This is a good old bowling alley. The pins get stuck sometimes, but all you have to do is go and ask and they will come and fix it right away.

We went there on s Sunday afternoon to celebrate a 75th birthday. The food was good and the deserts were very good!

A bit on the high price side. Paid $27 for 1 game for 2 adults and 2 under 5. We were the only ones there, that was nice.

This place was a blast. My parents and younger brother came up to visit us, and we were looking for something to do later at night. We opted for bowling and found Lucky Jacks. We picked glow bowling which was a lot of fun. The lanes were great, and the music was fun. Very family friendly and reasonably priced. We also decided to play laser tag afterwords (no judging. Every now and then a group of adults just want to play laser tag. Ha) and let me tell you, that was the craziest fun we all have had in a while. We had a bit of time to kill prior to the game, so we decided what the heck and did the bumper cars too, if you get sick on spinny things I wouldnt recommend, but they were a lot of fun and really geared up our competitive side for the battle that was about to go down. The laser tag room is awesome. It was perfect for our group of 5 with plenty of barriers to hide behind and run around. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. The staff were amazing as well. Very nice, nerdy and accommodating.

Bowling, Arcade, and Laser Take, its hard to go wrong with all this fun! The bumper cars were closed when we visited but we really didnt miss them with all the other activities. The bowling lanes are very nice. The food was good also. We had fries, pizza and cheese sticks. There are many vending machines with different beverages like Gatorade, juices, water, fountain drinks and they serve adult drinks. We will be back soon!

Bowling is super fun. The bar was under staffed and the floor was sticky. The bar was kind of chaotic.

Very fun place to go with your family and your kids. They have a variety of things to do like bowling, glow bowling, laser tag, arcade, and bumper cars. And yes they also have a restaurant to get food and cocktails.
