Beautiful place to visit. I never been to elf night seems fun but way to many people for my liking.

Just beautiful every time I visit!

Dorothy B Oven Park hae been one of my favorite places since I was a little boy. Christmas time is my favorite! Generally, its just such a beautiful little gem tucked away. Even a great venue for parties, weddings, etc. I may even get married here in the near future!

My favorite little hidden place to walk or picnic in the spring, so well kept up and friendly, knowledgeable groundskeeper and clean restrooms on-site

This place never disappoints. You get the option of driving through it but if you really want to enjoy the lights, you need to park next door at the church and walk like 20 yards. Does not cost anything. Church never charges for parking and visiting this place is free also. They are open until late also. Great place for all family members.

Great Christmas lights display for drive and walk through!

Lovely! A tranquil, lush little park to meander through for a peaceful half hour, or you can sit and spend an afternoon by one of the many water features or sweet little bridges. Hardly a soul there this afternoon, dog pick up bags and trash cans at the entrances, and plenty of parking. I suppose it could get busy during peak periods but there are lots of spots where youll feel in your own separate park.

Really beautiful little park with lots of great features and a historic building. Would be nice to spend some time but a fair amount of traffic noise spoils some of the effect.

Wow, this park is gorgeous during the day and so special during Christmas season. We loved all the lights and music. If you are in the area you need to visit this park during Christmas season.

I came here with a friend to see the Christmas lights during the Elf Night event. The parking wasnt that abundant, but we were able to park in the church lot right next door and walk over. The entry way was nice, very bright and decorated with blue lights. Obviously it was night, so getting an image of the park as a whole was a little difficult, but from what I could tell, it was a nice, quaint place. I enjoyed it, and if you have a family or a significant other that you would like to take out to do something, this would be a great choice to make! Its not too big of a place, and youll finish up in about 30 minutes or so, but make a few laps around and enjoy yourself for the evening.

Went to an arts and crafts Fall Festival 2 weeks ago with my daughter... and the event was really done nice. Of course... its the Christmas lights that everyone goes to see, and its always first class. Very nice place to visit. With Thomasville Road Baptist Church next door, parking is never an issue. Highly recommend.

Staff at the house and on the grounds are all so helpful. This place is always kept on beautiful shape. I plan to visit again. Christmas I would love to bring my son to see the lights set up.

Its a gorgeous small park with camellias and azaleas and huge trees. Today they were having a craft fair. In the evening after Thanksgiving, there is a drive through Christmas holiday display. Its short but sweet.

Absolutely a must-see Christmas lights location! You can drive through or park and walk. Our family visits every year (usually more than once) and drive through then park and stroll for maximum experience. If you need the holiday spirit, this is guaranteed. Also a nice little park year-round.

Went here over the holidays with my parents that came from Arizona. Was nice evening out to look at the beautiful lights. We will definitely be back next year.

The city of Tallahassee did a great job this year. The display is the best Ive seen in years. Its a family tradition to walk through and enjoy the sights and sounds. Great place for family photos too.

A wonderful walk or drive through light show. This is a nice park to come to year round but in December the park is all lit up with holiday lights. There is much to see here. You will find some parking onsite or at the church next-door

We popped in after family Thanksgiving dinner and thoroughly enjoyed the winter wonderland! The music and lights created the perfect ambiance!

This place is beautiful! Its one photo opportunity after another. The walks, the greenways, the swings, the gazebos - they all provide the perfect backdrop for photos and events. The house/cottage is available to rent for events as well. Ive never been inside it, but the outside is cute. I love the park any time of year, but I especially love it when its decked out for Christmas. The whole park isnt decorated, though, so I like to go in the daytime any season so that I can roam the entire grounds.

Great place for lunch and a nice walk down by the lake. Plenty of beautiful water features along the many park paths. There is even an neat old forest tower in the middle of the park. Very unique

Great venue for a wedding with intimate gazebo, multiple areas to set up a DJ and inside the house for serving food to guests who can eat just about anywhere can enjoy the space

It is nesseled in the middle of town but when you get in the park it is secluded. The Christmas display was brilliant. Nice little piece of Heaven.

This place is beautiful to walk thru. I went last December for Christmas lights, which they already have some of up. Beautiful. I went a couple days ago to hunt painted rocks, I found one. Just really beautiful trails.

Super cute date spot. Its open till 11PM. Theres also a house you can walk through during the day. The lights are super cool. I think it would he better if there were more lights.

Great place to take your dog for a little exercise. Our two favorite times are Spring; everything is blooming, its beautiful! During December, it is lighted, very cheerful, everyone is in a good mood! It is not huge; it is lovely, peaceful, and you can make good memories!

Very nice place to take your family! During the holidays they have the whole park lit up with Christmas lights and decorations. Every year me and my family go there to walk around the park. Even when it’s not the winter months it is still a great place to walk around and enjoy with your family.

Its a nice place to visit. They have so may water bodies around. Have not been inside the house but it is available for rental. They also do great Christmas time lights here.

At Christmas time, there is probably not a more beautiful place in Tallahassee. Any other time of the year, it remains a beautiful and peaceful place to enjoy a respite.

Prettiest park in Tally. Small but nice and super inviting...lots of activities and picture taking during milestone event seasons such as weddings, reunions, homecoming, prom and the holidays. Gets super crowded during those times....best time to go is a random week day during work hours for a sweet serene quick getaway if youre nearby.

Visited to see the holiday lights. Its a nice area to walk around and has a couple of swing benches. Its pretty small, and you can walk the whole area in about 30 minutes, but if youre in the area, its definitely worth a stop. I suppose youd have to wait until next year to see the lights, though.

Dorothy B. Oven Park is very beautiful all year round. The hidden lake in the back has a stream with a bridge that goes over the stream. It is a very serene place to sit and relax and chat with a friend or loved one. The kids love running up and down the hill. Christmas is spectacular! The lights are a tradition I hope continues for decades. Turning into and out of the parking lot is busy. Parking is extremely limited. You can rent the building for parties and special occasions. Its a clean park with a few picnic tables one of which has a checker board on it with huge oversized pieces. I love going there. Its a lot of fun.

Beautiful and well kept gem inside city limits with a surprise feature around each bend. A great usage of space.
