Wow. Going here at nighttime is seriously breathtaking. None of my photos can do any justice for what the eyes actually get to see here. Best view of Seattle hands down. This is an amazing spot for selfies, cover photos, family pictures, scenery, and so much more. Definitely a great spot for any photographer, I definitely recommend this spot if youve never been, you wont regret the drive out there. You can also go down the hill and park on the side of the road for a more ground-level shot. Amazing views all around.P.S. If you are a Seattle-scenery kind of person, Kerry Park is another great spot to check out, it is only a 25 minute drive and will get you an amazing view of the Space Needle and another perspective of the city

Small hidden jem of a park. Nice view, but its little more than a strip of grass with some parking. When the beaches are packed and you want to show visitors the view, take them here.

The view alone makes this park a ten! It’s breathtaking to see Seattle from this side of the water. If you haven’t been, I highly recommend it.

Unfortunately it was closed when we pulled up, but we have been here many times over the years and it has some of the best views of downtown Seattle across the Sound that you can find. Especially at night.

The name says it all. This is a pullover park offering an elevated vantage point of the Seattle skyline. You can stop, snap a few photos, and be on your way. Quite a bit of trash caught in the chain link fence. The waterfront offers similar views and would be a more likely place for a walk or quick lunch.

Very beautiful but theres no one enforcing the mask mandate in this park so theres usually a dozen groups hanging out any day of the week without masks. on several occasions ive had to avoid unleashed dogs. I wish there was a security person wandering around correcting bad behavior, i tend to avoid the place now.

I live in the neighborhood. When I need to drive to some place, I make a pit stop here, usually around sunset. I park there and just enjoy the view for a few minutes before I go my way. Another thing I do is park my car here and walk/run down to Alki and then up to the viewpoint for some exercise. This park is small. This is a lot like the Kerry park, but I prefer this view. It gives you an expansive view of Magnolia, lower Queen Anne, downtown Seattle and the ports!

OK, this isnt a park. There are no swings, slides, or restrooms. You dont want to play Frisbee here, and youre not going to be barbecuing a chicken leg either. Its a long, curved parking strip. You can get out of your car and have the best view of the Seattle skyline you can possibly see without renting a helicopter. People typically park here for about ten minutes, snap a few pics, then continue down the hill to Alki Beach. It really is a great view. And thats all.

A great place to relax and enjoy the views or watch others watching the views. Also this park is an excellent spot during the fourth of July to watch the fireworks or ferry boats gliding by.Below the park is a winding road that will take you to the water taxi, boat lunch or follow it around to Alki beach, another great place to relax.

Do you ever just want to sit in the grass on a warm day and admire the most beautiful city in the world framed by the sky and the Puget Sound? This park is so beautiful with tons of space, and shade if the day its too hot. If Youre an early riser the viewpoint offers a very romantic sunrise view with the sun playing peekaboo through the colorful buildings of downtown Seattle. Or in the evening you can see the shimmering glass and relaxing, sparkling water as the sun sets. This park is a definite must for tourists and locals alike.

I love this park. Great view of the cityscape and I always take my out of town family/friends here for their photo ops. We actually watched 4th of July fireworks from here. Get there early and park in the neighborhood as it gets busy fast! Plan to have a picnic there some day soon.

This is one of my favorite places in Seattle for many years. It has a terrific high up view of most of the Seattle waterfront. For those of us with dogs and I mean a dog who needs to exercise and loves to fetch and will reliably return the ball this is a great Park to wear them out. Part of it is quite steep and has a copse of trees at the bottom tossing the ball down is no problem. But if you want the ball to come back and your dog doesnt bring it youre going to regret it walking down to get it.I have read that once upon a time this park was even mentioned in Playboy Magazine as one of the best places to kiss in North America. I suppose or imagine that that would be the night-time View. When the Waterfront and the city Sparkle on beautiful evenings, and the ferries Glide Across The Still Waters like floating cities in the night. Inspiring flights of imagination. When I work swing shift and got off very early in the morning I would drive here and sit and watch these beautiful beautiful visions before finally cruising on to home and a good nights rest. That was before various hijinks cause the park Department to put up barriers that close the park at 10 p.m. now.Between Hamilton and the related Park a little bit east of the area on Admiral, youll have some of the finest photographic views of the city.
