Absolutely loved it! It’s a great spot especially early am.. sadly people with dogs are lazy and do not pick up their pets poop... there is literally poop all throughout the parking lot and sidewalk close to the water .... yes the parking lot and sidewalk!! It would be such a clean environment had people not taken advantage of COVID and used it as an excuse to be lazy and inconsiderate. I will be coming back but people please be better humans. I mean at some point the park will reopen and someone has to clean it up

Nice if only for the lack of parking. Would be nice if there was a food truck. Kind of a nice little spot that makes one feel a bit affluent.

Nice beach, they have supervised swimming with multiple lifeguards. Some lifeguards are on shore and one on a boat in the farthest swimming area. There is a concession stand which was out of everything despite opening minutes ago with no customers. On the opposite side is a typical outdoor bathroom real gross, with spiders and spider webs everywhere. Also the water in the sink streams so close to the dirty moldy sink that your hand brushes up against it just to rinse.

Im a bit tired of working from home. I grabbed my WiFi hotspot and laptop, hopped on my bike, and found a picnic table here, instead. It was so refreshing to write a little bit, make a call our two, and answer a few emails near the water...

Its always been a postage stamp, with only one covered shelter. I suppose now thats not such a bad thing because gentrification has moved the many families that used to crowd the park out of the city. Of course Im one of those who was displaced, so I dont really have a reason to go to Madrona on a regular basis.
