Has alot of stores in it and plenty of local shopping around as well. It also has lots of snacks and boba tea. Also restaurants all over around within a mile. Nice area.

This shopping center was the best! My family and I truly enjoyed shopping because you have everything that I wanted and at a reasonable price. The staff was very accommodating, professional, and nice. Besides, the place was stylish, modern, and new to look at. We even treasured every moment that we were in your mall. Till next time!

I enjoy and really like the ambiance of the mall nowadays because it is not crowded anymore. You have far more room to feel comfortable walking pass people. I like that many stores have a capacity, which makes it better for safe shopping. Ironically, the parking lot at the main entrance is still often full during the day and early evening.

This place is amazing for shoppers who look for some budget shopping. All of their products have the best quality. Since my elder sister likes fashion dresses, I chose this place immediately. When I gave it to her, she was excited to fit it. She also asked me where I bought those dresses for all of them have nice clothing. Visit here and shop!

Customer support in here is universally garbage. I dont care to be pampered like a baby but please dont treat me like a burden and at least pretend to be nice. Its that simple. Never returning. Just order whatever you need online and save your time

I would be proud of telling you guys that all of my fashion dresses were bought from here and I was using them for two years already and until now it still looked new. No damaged nor torn. I super liked the quality! It was worth paying for! I also liked the staff who always nice to me. I will recommend this company to everyone.

Always a great experience when going to this mall. Its very clean and all the staff, for the most part are super helpful and nice.Definently different since covid-19 is in play. Seems like a much different atmosphere without the buzz of all the people that would normally be there.

I didnt go inside because Im not suicidal. I just want to leave a 5 star review because I dont think its taking care of customers to have benches or tables inside a mall right now. What would be taking care of customers is not only removing benches, but installing a lot of hepa air filters to help remove some covid air the customers are exhaling into the place. Most asinine to believe malls are still a thing. But with the holidays upon us , I guess its a temporary distraction to browse ones favorite stores in hopes that a sale is worth being exposed to Covid-19. I say with upmost respect to security and staff that operate a well organized facility.

Love the mall. Just havent been here since covid though.You use to be able to play pokemon go here. Phone cant get a signal half the time now to play. This started in 2019. Sort of annoying I would occasionally find stuff to buy too.

Date of visit: Nov. 19, 2020. Im tired of businesses eagerly taking my money but unwilling to take care of my needs and using Covid as an excuse. Sitting is not allowed, anywhere! You may not sit at a table, chair or bench. You may not sit on a ledge, You must keep moving says the security guard to a couple of seniors with mobility issues. There is only 1 wheelchair available but we need 2 if they wont let us sit and rest. Keep moving. The businesses in this mall will GLADLY accept our money but we cannot sit down anywhere and rest or eat. Mall management should be ashamed of themselves. If they refuse to take care of their customers, customers will happily go elsewhere. Hire more cleaning staff instead of cutting customer service. That is a vicious circle of poor management decisions leading to bankrupty. Perhaps it is fitting for this mall. I was disgusted to put it mildly.

The pizza was good but I could not go to the movies because they was closed because of covid 19 I would like to know when they open

As I get older I find myself spending less and less time at any store and more and more time online buying things period that being said I grew up in the 90s when going to the mall was still kind of an event or an excursion. And being as old as I am now having seen so many malls fail theres always a sort of Damocles feeling at most of these stores. Perhaps its just me but most of the time the air smacks of a quiet desperation and a pandemic has not helped the issue. While there are the usual chain stores and anchor department stores theres also the harboringer of a death knell in the off-brand stores and Dollar store type shops that have sprung up like mushrooms seemingly overnight.Now with all that taken into account it is a bright clean seemingly fresh Mall. There is a broad spectrum of stores to suit almost any want or need. A more detailed customer map in more strategic locations would definitely help. Or perhaps Im just showing my age.

Out of all the different malls Ive been to in Washington, this one is my favorite so far. 3 levels with over 200 stores with lots of new styles and top of the line gear. I enjoyed the time I spent here.

A fascinating place to shop! Large electronics section with lots of iPhones and accessories. They are all cheap but all of them are of good quality. They have brand name shoes, clothes, and bags. They also have lovely jewelry and they even had furniture. Im not a big shopper and dont care about brand names, but if you want Coach, Gucci, Kate Spade bags, they all have it. You will enjoy the shopping.

Beautiful mall. Very tragic that they dont have new stores. The stores they have are over 10 to 15+ years old. Needs updating for this century.

Its a very nice mall. I enjoy it. They appear to all be properly social distancing. Although there are always going to be the people who dont consider others and wear their mask below their nose

The amount of people I see here not wearing a mask INCLUDING STAFF is shocking. Do your job and make sure people are wearing their masks or ask them to leave.

Lack of maps is frustrating for 1st time users but mainly I didnt like the manager at the Finish Line who wouldnt let me pick up my raffle win because the middle name on my entry didnt match my drivers license (which doesnt have a middle name on it at all). Very annoying, drove 30 miles for nothing, and suspect she is backdooring those shoes anyway for a profit. Anyway be forewarned...if you see a Latina manager, about 5 tall, just turn around and leave if theres anything questionable about your FL raffle wins, she is definitely ruthless.

Its disappointing that only some stores are staying open until 9pm. Its definitely not the whole mall though. Plan accordingly friends and stay safe

Theres absolutely zero reasons for the mall to extend its hours during covoid. There are more important things than profit during a pandemic. 7 pm was a good time to close the mall, but as the night goes on shoppers become reckless and do not follow covoid guidelines . Shame on you Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield and Westfield Group

A mall that need some character.Its a big roof with many store and no theme to tie the together.

BJs restaurant for lunch. too dark, staff in All Black (looking like Draggers from the 84 movie Ghosts) Had the Jambalaya and my first Dark & Stormy. Both were well prepared. Prices just above reasonable. Standard Mall otherwise.

Many different stores here which is good. However, it is normally very busy and a lot of people around. Many different ones not wearing masks or having them pulled down. Ample parking, but close spots may be harder to come by during peak hours. Noticed multiple bums hanging around and such. Not the cleanest mall Ive seen. Would possibly return, and would maybe recommend.

There is a kiosk labeled as MGK. Theyre shoe cleaners, do not trust them. They will go on about saying their product costs 200$, then theyll say that employee discount is about 100$, and theyll give you another discount to bring it to $70. You can actually get their product for ~30$ - 60$ online via amazon or even their website. DO NOT BUY IN PERSON UNLESS THEY CHARGE YOU EXACTLY 60$ FOR THE MVP KIT.Other than this kiosk, the mall is fantastic. Variety of places to shop at. They even have a LEGO store!

Went to the movies! The mall was very empty, it was kind of strange. You walk through the door and they have sanitizing stations. Up the escalator by the movie theater ticket window you will also find sanitizing stations. The theater is really taking precautions for covid. They hand out individual sanitizing wipes and have a new system in place to order popcorn and beverages, using a kiosk. Then you have to stand in line to get your order. I think its to minimize cash transactions. It feels like instead of a safety precaution for the public its more a safety precaution for the employees. It was really great to get out of the house and have a movie night though, regardless.

I liked the layout and ease of finding things. I went with the purpose of having dinner. I ate at BJS which is one of my favorite places.

Stopped in to find something my granddaughter might enjoy for her birthday. A little strange to see so many people in one place, but the crowd in general seemed to be practicing social distancing. Ill go back soon.

Hardly nobody there. They took out all the tables and chairs out of the food court.I guess be my last time going to the mall, stores, and out to eat.Im done with it. Inslee, you can keep this state closed.No more deliveries. No nothing. Destroy every business.

The mall is always a great place to visit. n shop around.their prices are expensive.but we know that. and were looking for what we want sometimes. But you can great environment for food and walking and enjoying.

The mall was nice. I enjoyed visiting the stores that are not in my city especially shopping at the ones with great sales. The food was beyond delicious. My friend and I thought the food court couldve been a little bigger in perspective of restaurants/food vendors. There was plenty of sitting space but the number of food choices could have been just a little bigger. Overall, I enjoyed visiting there.

Compared to a lot of other places. It’s very clean. Lots of sanitizer everywhere. Bathrooms are sparse considering how big the mall is. There is no paper directory. All digital so navigating through the app first time is an experience.I’m bringing my daughter because it’s one mall that’s a need to check out. If you have favorite brands or merchandise they def have specialty stores here!!!

One of the best malls in Washington State. Very centered in the heart of Tukwila. Ample amount of parking with A1 restaurant nearby. Wether you are on a budget or trying to spend this place has you covered.

When I come to Seattle I always enjoy going to Southcenter mall. This time I got a really cool Pikachu hat as a gift for my son.

A place to chill out with friends. After a day of shopping, feeling tired is not uncanny. The food court is what that you need at this moment. Take a bite and start your shopping again. You can be sure of getting the best assurance from staffs. A clean, spacious and good number of shopping options! What do you want more?

Fantastic big place. Has very nice and top stores in the country. But its on the expensive side.

Really nice, chill place. A lot of people right now so it can be a little difficult to walk around. I recommend having a map with you and remember the area or just have fun with what you find as you go. I got a tad lost here and there.

It was nice being out with Covid taking over our lives. Im glad to see businesses making money again. Sad to see so many stores closed.

Its just odd being in the mall and not feeling like it is truly open. The mall was clean as always, well stocked stores, but the overall energy has changed so much. It will be better when Covid is under control and a sense of normal returns.

This is one big mall, lots of stuff and lots of people. If you like Malls ,you will love this one. Be sure to check out the specialty stores..lol.

BE CAREFUL! 7 cars broken into in mall parking lot last night right in plain view of Bahama Breeze. Mall security took half an hour to respond after being informed that 7 CARS HAD BEEN BROKEN INTO! Will never visit this location again.

Feels vacant and declining but good closeout deals abound despite limited stock.

It was a massive mall that had every store follow all safety procedures for covid-19. It was quite impressive but I would warn caution as the stores have a specified limit of people allowed in so if you go on a busy day then prepare to wait.

The pandemic mall experience is unnecessarily restrictive. The Lego store only allows 7 people in total. The food court has so many tables and seats blocked off so theres barely anywhere to sit and eat.I get trying to be safe, but this is unnecessary. Buy online and save yourself the infuriation.

Awesome. Only thing was you wanted to eat at that jollibees place but the line was humongous.

It was strange going to a mall during quarantine, but we went in for the Magic cards that one of the vendors sell there in a toy storeWe got some directions from someone that worked at Hot Topic to get there but malls are very maze based. We could not locate a map or information on the website as to the precise location until we asked someone that worked at Build a Bear on the same floor.

I shopped at the Body Shop and Soma. I love the B. Shop. 1st time at Soma.

The parking lot near JcPenny’s and SeaFood City is too dark at night.

The people at Olive Garden were very friendly and the food was fantastic.

Bad experience, no security at the parking lot or even around. Took over 30 mins for the police to arrive to crime scene. Someone just broke my friend’s car window and took my backpack with valuables in it.
