Great location and wider than average selection of foods at concession stands inside. Lines can get long givin limited number of ticket dispensers outside. Theater seats are okay but are soon showing age as other theatres around are greatly improving their seats. Otherwise movie experience is enjoyable.

This AMC is...fine. Theres nothing wrong with it, but at the same time if given the opportunity to go elsewhere I would try to find a different theater. Major downside: there is only one popcorn line so it tends to get quite long.

I was plesantly surprised that AMC still offers matinee over the weekend. The seats are small compared to Regal but its a good compromise with the matinee price.

We like this theater but we always seems to end up in the smallest theater with the old style seats. I believe they reserve this theater for the Senior Citizens and/or the more serious crowd. Theres nothing wrong with it but it certainly isnt special. We choose our movies carefully and have never seen a bad one in this little space. At the same time, each of the movies we have seen here has either been nominated for or won an oscar.

Saw The Gentlemen with a work friend n had an awesome movie trivia chat with one of the concession workers. Smart kid with an exceptional grasp of film n the industry. Just a great nite all around.

Great location downtown and theyre improving the mall as I type. Nice staff and smaller sized movie theater. They have several and tend to have more foreign language spoken movies with subtitles than other theaters Ive seen.

The staff is pleasant and helpful. Theater is comfortable. Sound is TOO LOUD; bring earplugs. Feature starts 20-30 minutes after posted time, but seats are reserved.

Very quaint little movie theater with friendly staff. Like to go to this theater for low-key weekends, as there are not many other attractions around. But, this is good if you want to stay out of downtown.

You want fancy schmancy movie theaters? Go somewhere else. You want a quintessential, pleasant, movie-going experience? This is the place to be. Admittedly the theater is a tad behind what other high end ones offer (assigned seating, fancier foods, etc), but that’s kinda why I prefer coming here rather than, say, the Regal a couple of blocks away. The seats are comfy, the staff is super friendly, and the theater has always been clean. I don’t understand the hate but I had to write a review to give this place props. Keep up the good work guys! You have a big fan here.

What with the construction going on there, I am highly unappreciative of almost zero signage directing movie goers safely through this chaos. I left the theater at 1030pm last night and got shuffled around by construction workers and it took me a good while to get my bearings and find my way around as there was more construction on the streets outside so the sidewalks were closed. Very unsafe. Especially at that hour of the night.

The seats arent particularly comfortable, especially compared to the recliners many other theaters have, but otherwise its a good clean theater with pretty standard pricing

For what they offer they do a great job. Getting tickets, confessions, maybe a drink (adult drinks too) is well laid out. The flow from start to finish (even paying for parking and getting out) is really smooth.

Great theatre to go attend for a casual movie night. Their facilities are clean for the most part, and their theaters are nice and big. Plus, their ticket prices are quite reasonable, while some can be under $12!

Not all theaters are updated. We had worn out seats. But we were able to reserve so I guess that was nice. If you are in theater 2 k6 and k7 were the seats

This AMC theater is a great place to watch a movie. It has a bunch of good things to eat and drink, and the theaters themselves are in great condition. The seats have a lot of legroom and recline. Look into getting the AMC membership to get huge discounts if youre a movie lover.

Its ok. Seats arent especially comfortable. Only one concessions stand, which makes trying to get popcorn at peak times very time-consuming. The process of buying tickets online and skipping the ticketing process was nice though.

This AMC is in desperate need of a remodel. The only AMC in Seattle without recliners. The Regal 16, two blocks, away has better seats and usually gets better movies. I have an AMC subscription though so I often end up here anyway.Oak Tree and Factoria are both far better. AMC South center has IMAX etc.

Liked the theater. Normal seating. Clean. Friendly staff. Wish it had the upgraded recliner seats and such.

Great place to go. The gf always likes to go to the discount tuesday movies. Like all the time. This last time there was an usher that was excited about the movie we where watching and said stay for the surprise at the end! So my group and I waited thinking this employee had given us the secret! Nope he just had a good laugh as the end credits were just the main actress saying she was giving a secret to whom waited this long. And she was cut off by the movie. So the employee just trolled us..... not how I wanted my moviegoing experience. I really just wish they fire all people and just replace with kiosks and like 3 people to run the show. Snack bar cant be that hard to do. And cleaning is easy enough to outsource. Anywho. Just stay at home/rent and dont pay to have staff ruin your movie experience.

Nice looking theater in a great area. There are also a few spots in the building to grab a bite to eat before your movie.

The AMC theater is good, but could improve in terms of cleanliness and the ticketing process. One of the advantages is that it is quite close to all the downtown places.

We got there early, so no line, clean , and lotta seating. Parking was easy, in same building, take elevator up, staff was great, friendly.

I think this AMC is wonderful. It does not have those big chunky dream loungers that I personally dislike. This movie theater has a different theme then most AMCs. I like it cause it’s not generic and provides a new experience. I have A-List so the price is not bad. If you don’t this theater will take you for a ride.

Skywalker on Christmas day. Nice setup downtown and very close to our stay @ Fairmont Olympic. Seats need a bit of improvement though.

I only go here because its a quick walk from my work and an easy place to meet my babes for date night. The seats are terrible, the arm rests dont go up, the bar upstairs is rarely open, theres constant construction to Pacific Place itself and thats annoying. Go to Regal, its just around the corner and its muuuuuch better experience. -_-

This theater is getting old. It is ok. Never seems to be too busy. But the seats are so uncomfortable. I do not have great knees and was in pain for an hour during my movie. They really need a remodel.

This theater needs some love, the bar never seems to be open, no assigned seating, standard seats with no recline and locked arm rests. I love AMC but the Regal a few blocks away makes this theater look like its a dinosaur.I love A*List but Ill be cancelling it now that Regal has entered the market. If AMC decides to invest in Dolby, quality seating and premium food options here in Seattle Ill come back in a heartbeat.

Seats are getting kinda old, not very comfy. The theater we were in, seemed like the screen was smaller than it should have been, we were expecting it to widen out. Customer service was totally fine, but comfort and age of the place takes the points off.

The location within Pacific Place is somewhat unusual and inconvenient. Unless you plan on parking in the garage, good luck finding a decent spot. The theater was clean during my visit and the staff minded their own business.

The theatre needs to be updated (auditoriums and seats) and run by people who actually care about the customer experience.

Saw IT Chapter 2 here. Worst movie theater experience of my life. Seats are comfortable, screen feels too far away from the seats, and our movie got interrupted 3 times. 3 times during the movie the screen went black and they had to restart. The third time, there was no sound so we had to watch the movie without sound for 10min. Ruined a climactic part of the horror movie. Will never be back here again.

Seats were uncomfortable and the screen was meh compared to other amc theatres. Our theater was upstairs and the concession area was closed so we had to go back downstairs, then wait in line, to get our food. I ordered the mac n cheese bites and had to wait at the concession stand for 10 minutes to get them (whereas other amc theatres bring it to you) and barely made it to the movie. The weirdest part was when the movie was over at 9... The lights never turned on. Everyone had to use their phones to search for their possessions in the dark. When we finally got out there was not a single employee to be found. It was a bizarre ghost town. Concessions was closed, no one at guest help, not even someone by the door. It was 9pm! Then we walked out into crazy construction and had to wander around workers actively building to finally be directed out a single door by a security guard. Every other exit was closed because they were actively welding. Would not recommend. Go to AMC 6- huge reclining seats, big screens, they deliver your food, and the employees turn on the lights when the movie is over.

Nice theater, though the seats were the old style cushioned seats with cup holder arms. Mine was missing the arm. Screen was a bit small. Overall quite clean.

Seat arm rests dont lift up and are pretty aged. Exterior mall is under heavy construction. Decent place but if youre looking for comfy seats dont set the bar high.

Went and saw the lion King yesterday because I had a promo ticket. I bought popcorn which was very good but when I went to get a refill they denied me saying that I probably took it out the trash. When I showed them the recipt they told I probably took that out the trash. I have very high social anxiety and so I didnt want to argue with them and make a fool out of myself. But the theaters were very clean and tidy.

Big chairs, bar, hot food and great movies. What elyse could you want?

Amc could improve their sound quality, I see movies often in other theatres and the sound quality in AMC is not the best. Their concession stand has variety of things you can get.

This theater is pretty outdated. Hopefully it is on their list for planned upgrades.The theaters do not have reserved seats or recliners. The seats are not uncomfortable, but there is minimal leg room so it is a big inconvenience when people need to get up during the movie. There is an ample amount of seating in all of the theaters, I have not had an issue finding a seat before.The projection and sound is great. They offer 3D, but do not have any premium formats like IMAX or Dolby Cinema. There are a lot of screens here, so they usually have a decent selection of movies.The bathrooms are quite dirty.

So once again amazing experience! and I am going to recommended all my friends ,and family members, and anyone who might be looking for a fantastic cinamatic day in town with delicious food and beverages at the concessions, super kind staff ,and clean through the entire place

Theater in the heart of downtown Seattle. Located on the top level of the Pacific Place building/shopping center. The building its self is under renovations and I hope the theater will soon follow. The seats are old , soda machines could use a good deep clean so could the carpets and sticky escalator steps.

The mall is being renovated now so getting up there isnt straightforward.

Seats are not as good as Regal but the screen and sound system are better

I love that so far I am the only person.in the theater. That is PERFECT, and exactly what this nerdy introvert was hoping for.But the water for hand washing in the womens room is off, so this germiphobe isnt buying any food or touching anything in the theater, and is scrubbing with sand and bleach when she gets home! ️

I enjoy this AMC, although its not set up well to handle large crowds so be sure to leave extra time for exiting the theater when you go during opening night of something big even if youre there to see a different movie. I give it four stars instead of five because the 3D doesnt work very well from the front rows and the seats in the middle of the rows in at least one of the theatres there are worn through and need to be replaced.

Clean and comfortable. Lots of construction going on in the mall, but the theater seems nicely setup. The movie projection is good. Seats are not the reclining type, but comfortable anyway.

Its a fine theater, but rough around the edges. The self check in experience is clunky, the seats dont recline, and it feels like it could use a general refresh. Prices are better than Regal, especially before noon.

Viewed a Seattle International Film Festival viewing of Banana Splits. Movie rating of 3 out of 5. Acting was good but too many holes in the plot line.

Buying tickets online was very helpful - specific seating assignments are effective way of securing good seats.

A long time customer was treated like a degenerate because I only use 1 card a d their system failed. Took my card for tix but declined for food n soda. The manager let me walk away dissatisfied and disrespected. Long time stubs premiere member. Happy till my needs were dismissed belligerently. No excuse to let walk away disappointed.

Huge theater, quick service, and clean theaters. I’ve seen a couple movies here now and I’m pretty impressed as someone who used to manage a movie theater. My only one complaint would be more for the chain and the not actual location: 20 - 25 minutes of trailers is a bit of overkill.

Not as good as hoped for. Had free invite but they had way overbooked. There was no sign to tell us where to go upon arrival, so we were in wrong place (& only one person at window that took way too long with each person) - did get a promise to get another chance for a free sowing in couple weeks. will try again..

Not too bad. Pacific Place is undergoing renovations so its a bit messy and confusing in the courtyard but the theaters are fine. The seats are not large and super comfortable like the reclining ones at other places but they are decent. At least the theater shows films that no one else does, and they have underground parking. I came over from Bellevue to see Midsommer, somewhat of a freaky movie, not offered in many places and certainly not everyones cup of tea. Friendly and helpful staff, very clean throughout including the restrooms. Overall a good experience

I just saw a movie in theater 4. After buying the ticket online, I arrived to find my reserved seat is an old cramped uncimfortable version. I am most disappointed. More reason to stick with the Regal Meridian. awblock away

Big Screen, Small Chairs.Popcorn tasted like cardboard.The theater was dirty and had not been cleaned.They have a beer/wine bar but it was closed and the employees couldnt say what its hours were. Didnt bother me that much but it seemed strange.At least the projection and screen was done well.

A solid, no frills theater. Bar upstairs is rarely open, and since drinks cant be taken inside - largely pointless. Seats and screens show their age, and the whole place feels very aged. But ultimately, it does the job.

Popcorn was not hot or fresh... Movie was good and screen was clear, seats could have been a little more comfortable. Next time Ill go to Regal for recliner seats and hopefully fresh popcorn.

Theatre is nice enough, but the concession stand on the top floor is closed for the late evening show, around 9PM. Pacific place mall is under construction, so not much to comment on it for now.

Older theater, serves alcohol sometimes, bathroom stall doors are almost all broken, traditional theater seats. Screens and sounds system are fantastic.
