Really good service! The service is always quick and the food is really pretty good. The seats are comfy and the table trays are large to put your food on there. Its so convenient to push a button and a server comes to you to place your order, and they also deliver your order. I love this Place. Im always going back here!

Great movie theater with reclining chairs and movable table to hold your snacks. They have a huge variety of snacks and a bar, which your able to take your drink with you while you enjoy your movie and snacks.

First time visiting this theater. I must say, I was pretty pressed with the ticketing process and the layout of the premises. The individual theater rooms were cozy. The seating consisted of relaxing recliners replete with manueverable food trays. I havent been to a movie in years and I was truly in awe of these changes. The staff were most accommodating. Be advised, the cost for popcorn and drinks is a bit excessive which is the reason for a 4-star instead of a 5.

Ever since this place was renovated a few years ago, it has really stepped up its game. The leather seats are ~fantastic~ they recline and have extendable tables. So, even if youre packed in a full theatre, you still have plenty of room to breathe.Didnt think to smuggle in boxed wine? No worries, theres now a bar! You can get lightly-smitzed for like 12$ a pop, but lets be real, thats standard Seattle cocktail prices. The cocktails are even themed to the latest releases.They also serve more meal-style dishes now, before it was only popcorn. I dont personally eat theatre food, but if you came running here straight after work, you could in theory, get a slice of pizza, etc to tide you over.

This Regal serves alcoholic drinks now! Im not sure if each movie room has them but the seats were comfortable and had a side arm charm table to set my popcorn and cocktail. It was a great experience

Love the reclining seats. Concessions are so much better. They offer cocktails, beer & wine. I also love that they have kept actual fountain soda instead of the create your own which tastes awful

Some of the employees didnt tuck in their shirts. I know basically nobody cares about that, but the uniforms look so much better with nice fitting pants that the shirt tucks into. Regal should have uniform pants for every employee too.

The seats are so comfortable here, I prefer this place for movies over others. If you book your tickets online, youll have a reserved seats. Also, there is a sitting area upstairs and I like to bring my sandwich and eat it there before the movie. I only order candy at the theater because everything else is too expensive. Also, if you wan to save money on water, bring your own reusable water bottle and they wont say anything.

Friendly staff.Clean. Good popcorn. Did not give 5 stars because upstairs concession was not set up for the matinee. For $24 dollars a ticket I shouldnt have to walk all the way downstairs for a soda refill, butter refresh, or napkins. Also there was only one station set up with napkins downstairs for the matinee.

Very comfortable chairs, reservations are recommended as its assigned seating. Friendly staff,can get water, food,beer to bring into the theater. Only downside for some is there are lots of stairs so of youre not favorable to climbing potentially 3 flights Id go somewhere else. So far its favorite theater in the city.

Since it’s remodel in 2018-2019, they upped my rating for the theater. They now have reclining seats, a 4DX theater and a bar. Theaters are kind of small but that’s ok since you’re in the heart of downtown Seattle.

Great spot to see an early movie! I went to see the 12.20 showing of starwars and there was hardly anyone there! Very quick and easy to buy tickets and concession alike! Extremely friendly and helpful staff. I absolutely recommend this regal location for anyone in the Seattle area. It is a 30 minute bus ride but very worth it. The large seating and reclining chairs is amazing and the 4x movie quality is unlike any other Ive been.

I come here very often. The staff is super friendly. The theaters are very clean and the chairs are comfy. I am a big guy and have no issues with these seats.I once had my movie cut short by the building having a fire alarm go off. The staff was very polite and made sure everyone was taken care of.

Nice theater, very comfortable seats and a bar. I like the reserved seats feature. The bar policy is a bit weird since you cant get more than one drink at a time, meaning the person youre with also has to leave their seat to get their drink or you have to make two trips. Didnt make much sense

The service was fine for what we used. The configuration of the theater is pretty bad. The stairs and the restroom location relative to the theaters is just bizarre. Getting lost during a quick out in a long film, means major missed plot points. Dont buy drinks. My biggest issue was the theater my movie was in was clearly above the 4DX theater. My seats shook while I watched my movie.

Had a good time as always seeing movies. And the lovely Phoebe helped me get my ticket, plus was a wonderful lady to have conversation with. Will come back many times not just for Phoebe, lol, but for the wonderful seats and movies.

They didnt have the movie I wanted to see at the time Google said it was. I feel like if they are going to show movies they should show them at all times not just evenings and nights. There prices are very high. AMC is cheaper

Nice audio and great seats, but acoustically you can hear every crowd reaction. Also, since the seats arent elevated, one person standing in front can ruin the immersion. Lastly, the bathrooms are on a awkward half floor which can be confusing (and disorienting if distracted) as well as cause a viewer to miss a large chunk if going during the films run time.

It was date night! So we went and saw Hustlers. The theater is extremely outdated ️ the seats were not comfy and if u aren’t skinny u will be very uncomfortable because the armrest don’t move up for more space. The screen felt so far away from us, and our seats weren’t that far (our seats were in the middle of the theater). Movie was great and surround sound was also not bad. Just wish I wouldn’t have felt so fat, while sitting in those seats.

Whats the positive about this place, the seats are reserved so you never have to stress about where you going to sit. And they lean back rather far on the very comfortable that got drink holders and food holders and everything you could possibly want. Your experience of sitting there watching the movie is divine. The problem comes in, when You try to go to the bathroom. There is like one bathroom in the entire building and you got to go across multiple floors to find it. So anytime you have to go to the bathroom while watching one of your movies, you better spend like 5 minutes locating the bathroom and then making it there and back again. And thats just Transit time, not including the amount of time you have to go. So its a great comfortable place to watch a movie. But its a terrible place to have to go to the bathroom. And by the way on the topic of the bathrooms, they are quite dirty.

Would have rated a 5 if the location of the restrooms wasnt as inconvenient. But the seats and movie experience are top notch. Especially their deals with Costco make the prices really very enticing!

Went to go see GLASS in 4DX. It definitely was an experience that I would go and try. Once in awhile. The seats... they got pretty uncomfortable after awhile. Great unique experience.. great movie.

The seats are AMAZING and make the ticket price worth it. Just note that if you do self-checkout, the map is flipped so first-row seats appear to be last-row seats on screen. I thought with the reclining seats it wouldnt be bad, but I still got a pain in my neck from looking at the screen from the first row.

Saw birds of prey on release night in 4DX for the first time!! It was amazing!!! The smells, the action packed moving, the rain! Cant wait to go again!!

Went to go see bad boys yesterday and I really enjoyed the movie and the theatre.. I love the new seats but the concession stand prizes are ridiculous... The only reason why ima keep it 5 stars is because of the group of employees that work upstairs at the food stand.. They were all very funny and kind.

The experience was awesome! We saw the new It movie and the movie was great and 4DX was cool. Some people thought it was distracting at times and it was but over all, it made me feel like a kid again. Would definitely recommend.

Cool experience at a 4DX movie for the first time. The reactive seating worked well for the most part but could be distracting at times. I dont recommend it for a date but should be fun with kids or if youre a little tired it will keep you engaged and awake. Also, be careful with your margaritas....

Kids love coming here (just wish they had 1-2 healthier eating options).

Great theater to go to if youre in downtown Seattle. Theyre always pretty chill, not super talkative but theyre almost always busy so its entirely understandable.They have some beer on tap for people who are 21+ which is a pretty nifty accommodation. Theyve also got 4DX and have it for a while, its pretty weird and fun if you like to be all immersed into the movie. Almost like a Disney ride. Great place.

I think Ill like 4d better in a few years, when it better matches whats happening in the movie. Still, it was fun, and Star Wars was the perfect movie for it.

Before it was upgraded the theater was so bad that I gave it 2 stars. After the upgrade (dont remember when that happened) this is one of the best movie theaters in downtown. You can reserve tickets which is great. The screen is good (not better than the IMAX screen) and the 4D effects (although experienced it only once or twice since I dont watch too many movies here) was fun.

Most comfortable experience Ive had watching a movie at a theatre. Their chairs are THE BEST, by far. And the 4DX is definitely worth trying out at least once, but I will most likely be choosing from time to time... Maybe more, who knows?

This cinema is nice but restrooms are always dirty; this is my second visit in 2 months and there hasn’t been any improvement, it’s a shame. Consider this before buying a giant soda.

Best theatre seats in Seattle. Very comfortable, and makes the experience enjoyable.Never had any issues with other movie goers either, everyone quietly watches the movie.Only downside is that the bathroom is on a different level than theatre rooms are.

I really recommend to see a 4DX-3D frozen II here. I mean not any film could be more suitable for a 4d version! So Great experience!

Hate to say it but this was definitely one of the worst experiences Ive ever had at a theater. First, prepare to pay full price for parking...The popcorn was FULL of kernals, so bad...The seats worked great however there is hardly any cushioning at the bottom so its just super uncomfortable to sit there for any length of time... just didnt feel clean and the set up is bizarre.. worst of all, and i understand this happens, but there were 4 kids under 10 sitting there alnoe talking super loud and everyone else had to get up and ask them to be quiet... super irresponsible for the parents but it seems this should have been noticed by staff... 0 out of 10Steer clear from here youll be way better off

Comfy chairs put your feet up... pull over table. Watched the movie Mustang, it was very nice short but to the point. Wonderful well needed Program not just for inmates but for our service men and women with P TSD. Really enjoyed the movie. The main Actor was beautiful!... not certain who he is, Im going to look him up for sure. His acting in visit with daughter brought me to tears. Im sure soon I wont be looking him up,He will be known. He was great!!

Its a great theater seats are comfy and recline all the way back plus a food trey. Theres also a bar plus a wide selection of food. Also try the 4d theater.

There is no warning that 4DX is not safe for pregnant women. Nothing on page for buying tickets. No signs at the movie theater. Nothing so I went with my husband who had no idea thinking it was light movement which is was not at all. Saw “bad boys” and I was terrified the entire time so I googled it afterwards and sure enough it is absolutely not safe for pregnant women. I am 27 weeks pregnant and luckily my baby girl is okay but this could’ve ended horrendously and I could easily have sued your company for negligence as there was no clearly labeled warning anywhere. The popcorn at this theater is stale so don’t bother getting any. The regular theaters however are great with very comfortable reclining seats.

Really nice movie theater! There are several floors, you start on the ground level, where you buy tickets...then go up the stairs to the concession and bathroom level... Which also has some theaters. We continued to the third level to see a movie in one of those theaters. The chairs recline, there are trays with drink holders that swivel from the arm rest. I would guess there were 30 seats or so in the particular theater we entered for our show. It was very intimate and small compared to the Midwest theaters we are used to visiting. And, backpacks and other bags are no problem to take inside (this would be disallowed in the Midwest, so Im mentioning it in case it helps any other out of town visitors). The place was clean and well maintained, and the bathrooms were decent as well.

Great theater, and while people taking our seats isnt their fault, I still wish there was a way we could of have gotten an employee to move the guests out of our reserved seats. We ended up having to stand the entire movie because all of the seats were taken.

We tried 4D this time for Zombieland. Interesting experience but I wouldnt repeat it. I dont need that experience in a movie theater. Seems like an effort to attract mostly men who play video games. Meh. I can leave the rocking and shaking to amusement park rides.

With the right movie, the 4DX is a pretty wild experience. Id recommend it for an action film mostly, but we did see the Lion King in 4DX and had some pretty funny surprises (primarily with the scent feature). Made the movie memorable and entertaining.

The bathrooms are in an awkward place so if youre in a hurry you better leave early at the same time the place is very dirty the employees are not doing anything cleaning would be a good idea they do have a bar great but just to come out from behind the counter and clean something once in a great while would be a very good idea the handrails are sticky and so on you get the idea

Have been there multiple times. One of the best theater available in Seattle at reasonable cost. Most of their screens have recliner chairs and we have also been allowed outside food several times which you can enjoy on your recliner. Also tried endgame in 4DX here but it wasnt that great but partly due to the movie wasnt probably suitable.Definitely recommend and would definitely try again !!

If you havent seen a movie at this theater since the renovation please do. The experience is pretty awesome! With roomy interactive seating, upgraded sound system, and a larger curved screen, it makes going to the theater a truly enjoyable experience.

Better than average theater, staff was helpful and none had that “I an better than this job” attitude. Comfortable lounge with great view, 5 star experience. (4DX is a fun gimmick but will not add much to your movie experience, save your money)

Due to my experience I wont be visiting this theater in the future.After buying my ticket I was asked to reveal the contents of my bag. This was done by the ticket checker and no signs were posted stating that bags will be checked. I watched as several other people entered with bags, none of them appeared to be checked.I also didnt see any signs pointing out directions to the restroom. I asked the same person that asked me to open my bag, instead of saying the restrooms were on the third level, he said see that man looking down on us from the balcony? To me his tone of voice sounded as if he was saying that to a child.

Watched a movie (Zombieland II) in the 4DX theater for the first time. It was a really awesome experience that kept my adrenaline pumping the entire time. Even if you go to a regular theater, I love the fact that they have fully reclining seats. The food is actually descent ad we love ging here for movies quite often!

This is a surprisingly good theater that is much more spacious than you would assume based on where it is. The seats are pretty comfortable, and the screens are a good size. The concessions here are even more expensive than theaters outside of Seattle though, so be prepared to spend an extra dollar or so per item on stuff thats already overpriced. Still, this is the best theater in downtown Seattle.

Visiting and decided to check out a movie. This was a very clean and large theater. We bought tickets at arrival and were able to pick reserved seats. The seats were clean, comfortable and had lots of room between rows.

I went to see Toy Story 4 tonight. The chairs were comfortable, they have the fancy electric recliner buttons, and very good tray tables (rather than just a cup holder). The projectors are of good quality, good sound levels, etcMy main gripe is that the theaters are very flat, so you will almost certainly have seats in front of you occluding the bottom of the screen. Thats just bad (or greedy) design, especially with reclining chairs.Prices for concessions are nuts, it cost me $7 for a small icee... But thats probably standard across movie theaters, even outside of Seattle.

Reclining, reserved seating maker for an exceptionally comfortable movie going experience. Theres not really a bad seat in the house though I prefer to always sit closer to the back. The stairs are a little Escher-esque, getting to the right floor can be like solving a puzzle.

Yesterday I watched here Terminator: Dark Fate in 4DX.The price of the ticket worth it. I like popcorn and clean rooms. The staff is always friendly. I like to come here to the premiers.

They have reclining chairs, burgers and fries, and now a bar. Busy in the weekend but pretty easy to get a good seat during the weekdays. Spicy chicken sandwich and waffle fries were good. Its got its issues but better then your standard movie experience.

Its fun, nice atmosphere, good seating and being able to purchase your own tickets is a plus. Pretty clean.

4D was so much fun! If you like 3D and you want a little more to bring you into the movie, check this out. Dress for wind and sit a bit too the outside of the row.
