Seriously the CLEANEST trampoline park I’ve ever brought my kids to. It was spotless, mats were clean, smelled fresh, not a speck of dirt or trash on the floor or anywhere in sight. They have so much to offer, too much to list... the music is appropriate, awesome playlist for all ages and they have the friendliest and most attentive staff I’ve ever encountered. The pizza is absolutely delicious! Great prices and sooo many different special events!!! Glow nights are simply amazing, the ENTIRE park is glowing like nothing I’ve ever seen. This is the only trampoline park I will EVER bring my kids to. This park is the BEST in San Antonio hands down.

Was debating on where to have my sons 8 year old party at and finally decided Ground ControlMan it was the best decision ever! The staff where great there, my party host was amazing she made sure we had everything!! Employees where walking around and sanitizing all the equipment, it’s a very clean place and the pizzas where great Thank you Ground ControlTime to plan my daughters party here!!

Its ok but beware alot of people werent wearing mask. We attended a birthday party which we did like the host was attentive and when we arrived early it wasnt too packed the children were scattered but for a party venue I would have thought they would have had employees spraying and wiping down the play areas since so many children use them. Once it did start to get packed there wasnt any social distancing at all and children and adults alike were without mask playing saw adults jumping with regular shoes or no shoes at all. The restrooms were decent looking like theyd been cleaned before hand but I arrived early so not sure how they were later in the evening.

My 4 year old loves visiting Ground Control. Very clean, not crowded lots of space to maintain social distancing.Staff are helpful and friendly.My only recommendation is pay and sign waiver online before arriving.

Had a birthday party here a month ago and everything was perfect! The kids and adults all had a great time and talked about it for weeks after. The pizza was tasty too. Thanks you so much for making all three of my kids have a wonderful birthday experience.

Wow!!!! Just wow!!! The staff was so very friendly and seemed to very much enjoy their jobs, it was clean and well kept. My son and husband enjoyed themselves so much and the prices were good! Definitely should go!

Went today with kiddos. Want packed which was a good thing. We all had a blast and it was a great workout ! Lol. Will definitely refer and return. Wonderful staff as well. Manager was very down to earth and welcoming.

Very reasonably priced trampoline park on the far west side of town. This facility was previously a soccer club. There are numerous jump sites for all ages and a decent amount of parking. They have a small snack bar, too!

I am in town visiting my sister and brought our 4 kids . This place in beyond AMAZING!! The kids had such a great time. The staff was super friendly and the facility is super clean. If you are looking for a fun outing with your kids your search is over.

Great concept but their lack of consideration for those around them really says a lot. You can hear the music outside of the building and its been keeping my family awake at night; Ive tried contacting them to see if they could address the issue, but to no avail. I would love to go and have fun there, but I cant bring myself to do so if this is the way they handle problems.

Very, very clean and they have reasonable pricing for what you get. My 5 year old daughter and I had a great time all by ourselves on Sunday, June 14th. The staff was super friendly and even helped me entertain my kiddo. They have a 3 level ninja like course as well as 5 rock wallish climbing things as well. Without a doubt I will be visiting this establishment again.

First time here and we got to see a very family friendly environment. Extremely clean and appealing to the parents that want to feel comfortable letting their kids run and play while they socialize. The staff was extremely attentive, and this is the perfect spot for a birthday party! Their virtual reality is included in the price, that was a really cool surprise! Highly recommend you give this place a try!

First time here, great place, reasonably priced BUT the only down fall is poor customer service. The girls working the front and snack bar need an attitude adjustment. Both acted like they were bothered to even do their job. To the owners and management, please teach your staff proper customer skills. Not a very good first impression.

Loved to see the cleanliness and prices are good. Family fun is great. Night time is really fun lighting is cool.

It is a cool concept and we were very excited to try going here. Unfortunately this business doesn’t care about surrounding homes. The bass is played so loudly that it vibrates in our homes constantly, and they console us by saying it’s only until 11 on weekends but tonight it’s still going at 3:00 a.m. and they said it’ll last until 6:30 am. We’ve tried calling and meeting with them several times seeing if there is any way to lower the bass but it never does anything. I guess we’ll just stay up all night at their discretion for the next year, hopefully we can then sell our home because this is horrible. :(
