Love Planet Party. Had an adult birthday there and we had a blast! The place is very clean and the staff was practicing great sanitation precautions which was very important during Covid!

Had a birthday party there last night for my sons 15th birthday and we LOVED IT! Very clean and spacious. The hostess was very nice and helpful. The best part was after our guess finished eating we turned out the lights and had glow lights on to make it feel more like a teenage party. Our guess loved it and loved the fact that there is something for all ages to do. Highly recommended this place and so happy we found a Party place like this in San Antonio. I will definitely be planning my daughter’s 13th birthday here in a month.

My family and I loved it here ! There were so many things to do and not enough time to do it , but we truly enjoyed ourselves ! It was a no contact reservation, so the manager gave me the instructions and the itinerary, and we went from there ! There were things for all age groups ! I definitely recommend!!

I just want to say how RUDE my host was. The only reason we booked here was because we recently had my other daughters party at Planet party in June at a different location with a very nice & respectful host & the venue was much better. She had a rude face on the whole time, she was aggressively cleaning up throwing everything away without even asking. She didnt say not one word to us during the cleaning up either. We also called when we arrived & she was also very rude over the phone so from there I already she was disrespectful. The fridge never got cold so my guest had HOT DRINKS the whole time & all she had to say about it was i dont know its probably frozen OK well we paid full price for full services. This isnt what I was expecting when I booked my party here in months advanced. First I was expecting the other venue, second I was expecting the nice host we had last time or someone in the same sporort

Just left from having my daughters 4th birthday here and I just wanted to say we enjoyed every moment being at planet party, I highly recommend this place! Nice and clean and very respectable host! Thank you for y’all’s time so glad we chose this place !
