This place is awesome! It has all the mainstays of a typical trampoline park plus a lot of extras. Great vibe, and I love the massage chairs for the adults!

Omg where to begin. This is an amazing kid/adult friendly place. The staff are like young teens. Really cool ppl. The music here is ALWAYS so freakin cool and really gives the place the beat. There has been changes. Though we miss those big clear balls u can get in and tumble around in, it still a good place they have more foam pits w obstacles to go thru. I absolutely love that they thought of the babies. They have a spot just for them. A huge ball pit and a jumping castle. I wish they can sell food but totally understandable w the covid going around. Its a must go place for good memories. Hockey tables, claw machines, party reservation available, diving board into foam pit, playground, a whole entire huge trampoline area. We miss the Tuesday special 4 ppl for $24 for an hour. Now its just $12 for an hour and like $1-$2 more for an extra hour. Super way to have fun n exercise.

Kids love trampolines. They had a super, super time. The music was enjoyable but tootooo loud. Several people tried using their phones but without comunication it didnt do any good. Hopefully nothing was an emergency. Parties were handled very efficiently. Everyone had fun.

It was great. Brought my 9 year old and 12 yr old nephew. They had a blast. Today they a special for 1 and a half hours for 13.99. It was all they needed before they were exhausted. I watched and chilled on couches. Food available and arcade games and massage chairs. Would definitely come back again!

My kids and I love coming here, its a great place for my kids that are full of energy. We also love how there is always new things to do, always changing it up.

I took my kids and thought it’d b another cram em in and let the parents do our job place but from the moment we walked in the staff was friendly and explained the different pricing deals they had and the different deals they got are great and worth the cost. An hour into the fun my youngest started to have an asthma attk and come to find out I left the inhaler at home so I thought I was going to have to take em out n lose the rest of the time slot but an employee who worked the floor without asking saw him and started taking him through some breathing routines and coached him to calmness and get him breathing normally. I profusely thanked him and he told me his little brother had asthma and he learned those techniques. I wish I could remember his name, but he was a god send. So I highly recommend going here and be treated fairly and honestly.

Came here on a Saturday night with friends and had an amazing time! the staff was super nice and friendly and the environment was super fun!

Its a great place for my kids to have fun and play get some cardio in and keeps them off of the technology . Some good quality time is always a win

Terrific staff! I purchased a two hour time period and my granddaughter had an asthma episode after we were there for 30 mins. The management allowed us to return the following day to finish her bounce time. They were wonderful and she had a great time! Were looking forward to playing there again!

I arranged a month in advance for a group of 50 high schoolers on a two day college field trip to come in for two hours. The facility was already closed when we arrived and I never got any notification. I also emailed the woman I had arranged everything with, and she never responded.

It doesnt have a lot of trampolines for my kids.....they were disappointed after being there for only 10 minutes!! But the snack bar has good food !!

Ridiculous ! They charge you then want to sell you their own brand of sock. Slip resistant but yet still post signs Jump at your own risk, Then dont sell me your socks!

Just had my twins party there today. The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because we had to wait longer than the time we were previously told to set up our party. Also, the party host wasnt as attentive like I thought he shouldve been. They had him working the whole facility. Other than that, the kids had a great time.

One of my kids favorite places! A lot of fun and different activities for the kids. They have a separate area for the toddler age kids which is great for my youngest as it isnt safe for them to be bouncing with the older kids. The only complaint I would have is that in the foam pit, the cubes rub off a residue that you can easily inhale which I only realized after I got in and felt it in my throat/nose after a little while. We still go and the kids have blast- we just stay out of the foam pit.

I went with my cuz for her b-day and i was the best time i would go any time but prices are little high but that’s not a complaint because it’s for a whole party and like a lot of places where you go is probably going to be expensive so and the give you socks! I would go again any time i recommend It for everyone!

Went for my sons Birthday party, the attendant was always there for us and the kids took full advantage of their 2 hr play window. its always good when the kids get worn out. Lots of fun

Kids had a great time. Different activities are offered to do along with arcade games. Basketball, hamster ball, dodge ball, and other various trampolines are available. Only down fall is that they want for guest to purchase their grip socks, if not, the guest needs to take off their personal socks. I can understand for safety purposes, but even if you have grip socks from outside, that is not a option. Sodas and popcorn are cheap. Pizza is like the pizza they serve at schools. Kids will love it.

The staff is friendly and very helpful. Kids and adults of all ages have a great time. Specials and promotions are available on certain days and they even off a special rate for the little kids under a certain height! The whole family loves it here!

Affordable, lots of places to jump around, plenty of space for all to avoid over crowding. Out of all the times I have taken my son not once have I met a rude or discourteous worker. Everyones been helpful and kind.

Love taking my granddaughter and grandsons there to Flipz. The staff has been great especially Ms. Deserae, I believe she was our party planner and we chose Moe to be our party host. HE WAS amazing as well. As long as you keep competitive rates low, this place will always be full of kiddos using your facility. Thank you Deserae and Moe and the workers that keep this place kept sanitized and clean also. I have been to this place more than 2 dozen visits... I have never once seen management get involved with helping workers at the intake process or during parties to see how patrons are doing.

This post is far overdue but I honestly enjoyed choosing Flipz for my daughters 11th birthday party. She loved all the time she was able to share with all our family & her friends. Its the best outcome to a day that meant as much to her as it did to me. All of the staff was very friendly, happy, showed they were there for US. Thank you! Especially to the birthday area staff. YOU went above and beyond and made it worth the drive to go back again for another party or any day.

Brought my son for 1st time here and he loved it! Had a lot of fun playing dodgeball. Great prices and snacks. Will come again def recommend

My grandson had the best time ever getting inside the ball that rolls around, he couldnt stop laughing. He loves going and jumping around the park, thats his favorite place to go. His grandpa takes him whenever he spends the night and sometimes after school they love it. Its a good place to go and let the kids jump around and have fun.

Pricey. Kids love it here, but I wish there was something for adults to do instead of just watching kids jump for hours. If I based this review strictly on my kids views, it might be 5 stars but, overall, I wish it was more diverse in its activity selection and didn’t cost as much.

My 3 year old grandson and 12 year old daughter had a blast in the trampoline type area. Many video games and polite staff. Good place for kids to burn energy.

Kids love this place!

It was a nice environment. There was a lot of freestyle music going on which took me back to my childhood so that was a plus. The only complaint I had was one of the young employees that was maling sure the children were following the rules kept getting the look of frustration everytime he had to help a child out of the foam pit.

This was my familys first visit here, my kids had a blast. We were invited for a birthday party and everything went pretty smoothly. They had a few activities for the birthday group which I thought was pretty cool

This is fun for the whole family! I had my sons birthday party here and it is perfect for all ages! My 2 year old had a blast in the toddler zone amd my husband felt like a kid again in the slam dunk zone! And our party got to play 2 private rounds of dodge ball.

Very cool place for kids

I took my 7 year old brother and my girlfriend, it was fun and really inexpensive but the staff is just a bunch of kids not paying attention.

I had my sons birthday here in June. I planned my party over the phone and then came in to pick an area where we wanted our tables. They only give 15 minutes to set up which is not enough time if you have decorations. When we arrived our tables were not in the location we had talked about them being in. When I bought it to the mans attention he immediately moved the table clothes an everything over. Their were host who rushed to help me get my area together quickly, as my guest were arriving already. I ordered an extra pizza an tea prior to the party but was not aware that they wouldn’t give me my bands until the total was paid. Which would have been no problem if they would have mentioned that over the phone (kind of made me feel like I was going to bail on them for 17$ when I had already paid over 300$ for the party package) as a result of that my guest waited a while for bands but they did credit that time and let them jump a little longer than the party was supposed to run. I had his party 3:30-5:30 and it wasn’t busy at all. The pizza came hot, so hot holding it in my hand to plate it was tough. The host was a great help with that. The trampolines were fun. They were able to play dodgeball with the package we had. I would say it was a success party minus the late start and the miscommunication between the party planner an the hosts. Because you are unable to take in ice cream for your cake, and the way they made it seem like i wasn’t gonna pay 17$ and didn’t tell me anything about it until I asked them about the bands, the late start, wrong area, things like that. I gave them a 3. They have a piñata pit that I thought was cool. 2 hours is cramping everything in so if they gave an extra half hour or so with the amount of money you pay it would nice. My 4 year old an his cousins had a ball so that was nice. Didn’t get many group pictures because the time flew by.

I went this past week for a birthday party. I must say, this place is Horrible! To add the food vendor that is contracted their is Steven Cone House, has very poor customer service. The staff, who was working the concession area, all had a crappy attitude towards their work ethics. Not to mention my order took 1 hour and a half, and when I went up there they said they would make it real quick. The second time it was still not corrected. The manager of the food concession, was very unprofessional and non-educated. She didnt know how to handle the situation very well or have some type of manager skills. I keep asking for a refund, she keep saying one second while on a personal phone call and keep blowing me off. Just over all a bad situation for me and no I wouldnt be a returning to this place.

This is establishment is family friendly and very fun, not only for my son but for me as well. I definitely do recommend it especially to the parents who arent afraid of sweating a little while having fun with their young ones.
