Price isnt bad for whats available! Not only are there trampolines & foam obstacles to jump all over, theres an air bag pit (no more foam pit, sadly), rock climbing walls (as well as an interactive rock wall for littles!) & an obstacle course suspended from the ceiling! All in all, everyone had a GREAT time & well 100% be coming back (P.S their birthday party package deals are also SUPER awesome!)

We came for a kids birthday party on a Sunday morning and were relieved to see that the werent too many older kids there. The place is pretty big so you do have to keep an eye on your little ones. My 4 and 5 year is had a lot of fun. The older kids did start showing up as we were leaving.

I have been taking my son here for about 2 years now. He loves it, and has a tantrum when it’s time to leave every time. The experience is wonderful for families. I love looking around and watching other families bonding over a physical activity. It’s such a good pastime, and I am left out of breath every time. It’s a little costly, so look out for their deals, and remember to bring your socks. My preference is to go early to avoid crowds. My sons 4th birthday party was here, and it was so much fun! We’ll continue to visit!

This place has been such a wonderful go to place for my daughter who is just about to turn 2 to enjoy indoor running And jumping fun! She has gotten wonderful balance and opportunity to play share. The place is great! The staff is sweet and really does pay attention. They have toddler Time and other events.

Had a great time. Friendly staff for a birthday party. Kids sure did have lots of fun. They will provide food like pizza and ice cream cups. Area for smaller children. Basket ball area and dodge ball. Important to keep an eye on your children while jumping. Lots of kids running around in all directions.

Me and my son come here almost every day as we enrolled into the monthly membership which after only 2 visits pays for itself. Great way for him to get exercise build his core and strengthen his legs. The staff is helpful, friendly and you cant beat the value for the price or venue.

Excellent facilities and staff. We went on a Monday so it was quiet and we had most of the place to ourselves. The staff was friendly and professional. I took my nieces who wanted to use all the equipment (rock wall and obstacles course). NICK did a great job helping them and was very patient showing them each area of the obstacle course. Great outing when it’s not busy.

Ive given one star for the fact that it was open during the day. A trampoline park by my home changed its hours and is no longer open during the day leaving us few options for our three year old. I pay $27 a month total for 12 membership for him, his 7 year old sister and 13 year old brother.I gave a second star for the locations cleanliness and large space. The third star was for the music selection that was being played during the day I visited.Unfortunately thats the most I could offer. We wont be visiting again due to the ridiculously high price of admission.My 3 year old son can jump for hours but was only able to jump for ONE hour for $16 as I was not about to pay for 90 minutes or more...Hes THREE years old. Nothing but toddlers jumping and sad to watch their faces when the attendant announced TIMES UP! Before the trampoline park by my house closed during day time hours we could go several days a week and it was very affordable, so much so we were able to spend money on the high mark up concession items. Oh well, he had fun. I just think this location is missing out on business by not seeing the bigger picture, frequent return business.

Two words: TODDLER TIME. I believe it’s Mon-Fri from 10am-1PM and each day they have a different theme for the children (superhero day, etc). Very open, very clean!

This trampoline park is by far the best!!! The staff are super helpful and friendly always checking on everyone and making this outing a very memorable fun experience. My kids really enjoyed today and every other time we have gone. Thank you to all the staff for making my daughters 5th birthday so special and memorable we will see y’all again soon. :)

Went here with my son Dominic and we had a blast. It wasnt crowded and the place was just amazing. My son jumped and jumped until he couldnt no more. They give you socks to jump in.

We liked the place but they don’t have 30mins anymore.Min time to play is 60 mins for $18.99 which is expensive for kids

Facility can host birthday parties. Military discount. Special events such as fiesta Friday with dodgeball competition and teen nights on Saturday for ages 12 and up. Vending machines and basic snacks/drinks at counter. The place is clean and organized.

Such a great place to bring kids, or even without. They have been making some really great improvements lately as well, adding a climbing wall and elevated obstacle course. Facilities are always well kept and clean.

Kids love this place. It seems to me, every 6 months their aremany changes in policy and you are required to complete the waivers again. Too pricey! $20 for a child to jump.

Kiddos have fun every time. And the new rockwall is pretty nice. Side note, as a parent, I appreciate that the place doesnt smell like feet.

My family and I visited yesterday and were very happy with the experience. We intentionally chose late Sunday afternoon to avoid the crowds and were successful. The place is very clean, well-maintained and open with lots of trampolines, 2 basketball dunking stations, a foam pit and a dodgeball area...all with trampolines. The staff was very helpful and were patrolling for inappropriate behavior. I only saw 2 adults laying down in high demand areas and would have like to see the staff have them move for the benefit of the other visitors. You are provided socks when checking in along with a wrist band. They also have lockers to place your valuables while jumping, as you wouldnt want to lose keys or a phone in a place like this...could take hours to locate them. Overall we were very pleased. I highly recommend.

My kids loved it. They have a nice area for my little one and another area for my older girls. I paid for an hour and a half and ended up leaving after two and a half hours because my girls were tired and they still hadnt called for there time to be up. That alone made me love it. I was worried they would be strict when it came to times but it seemed like they give them over what you pay for or at least they did when we went. Will definitely be going back.

Lots of fun and a great place for birthday parties. Staff keeps it as organized as possible considering the absolute chaos in trampoline places like these. Altitude doesnt have everything that Thin Air has, but its still a good place and provides options for those who dont want to drive down to 410.

My son loves this place. We even had his birthday party here, and got more jump passes to go back in the future! Only thing I think is a little crazy are some of the rules, but I understand theyre for everyones safety.

First time going and my 2yr old & I had a good time. It is a nice size place not crowded and lots of different things to do. They have rock climbing,basketball,dodgeball. They also have birthday packages as well. Will be returning.

To all parents who with toddlers who like taking them to the trampoline park for jumping fun.I took my 3 year old son to Altitude Trampoline. It was overly crowded. He fell and broke his arm. He required two surgeries and cast for 6 weeks to correct a displaced elbow fracture. I went back to the trampoline place to see the video footage. Truth is, it was a simple fall. Both arms were extended and it was only the bounce of the trampoline that broke his left arm. After reading more about trampolines, orthopedic specialists do not recommend children under 6 to play on trampolines because their bones are not strong enough to absorb the impact. I talked with the manager of Altitude Trampoline and told him they should change their policy or at least keep toddlers from jumping in other areas.

4 stars because of the cost. The boys loved there time here. I would recommend doing this but it’s pricey.

Very fun. I would highly recommend coming here. Restrooms are very clean. Also the staff is very friendly. Always keeping a close eye on the kids while jumping. Will come back again.

Very cool place, plenty of seating for parents not partaking. The best part is I can keep an eye on my kiddo the entire time.

We have visited this place since opening. We love it! Lots of staff and it gets very crowded. I think my son has jumped here for more than 50 times. We normally buy the passes.However, the last jump, last week, there were some kids try to bully my son. They got physical too and the staff did not know about it. They hit each other and call names. My son told me when I picked him up. I was surprised. I hope the staff pay more attentions to these boys. I would love to continue to take my son here. But if it is getting rough and not a good environment, I might have to take him elsewhere.

We have hosted several parties for our two kiddos. The service has always been great. I recommend Altitude Trampoline Park for a great experience.

My kids love this place because its a chance for them to go crazy. Fairly large space with quite a few different areas for kids to spread out. Staff is very friendly and makes it enjoyable.If you are planning on having a birthday here, bring your wallet and make sure there is a lot of money in it. It isnt cheap, but its worth it.

Awesome place to have fun exercising with the kids. Its a basic trampoline park with a foam pit and dodge ball. I like to come here because it is cheaper than the other parks and we always have a wonderful time. I especially like the punch card so its $12/person and you get a free jump with it. I do also like Thin Air and Urban Air but for different reasons.

A very fun place to jump and do tricks. Dodgeball basketball and foam pit. I was a bit surprised when we werent allowed to jump on the sides even though it has trampolines. Overall a fun experience I want to go there again.

Had my daughter’s 6th bday party here and it was honestly a great experience. Having been to 5 different trampoline parks in the area, this is definitely the best one for all ages. My kids all love it (2,4, and 6) and they often ask to go back. Kids 2 and under are free, Saturdays are far busier than other times (recommend Fridays or Sundays and the earlier in the day the less busy it is). They have military discounts, and if you’re thinking of having a party there they offer discounts for military on those and cheaper rates for everyone if the kids at the party are 5 or younger. Enjoy Altitude!

Visited for the first time last week. It was nice however, its a bit pricey. At least for me it seemed pricey. My daughter had a blast however, good cardio!

Great for the kids, wish you could keep a better eye on the bigger kids while over in the little kids area. Party rooms are a little small but overall enjoyable.

Altitude is fun but I just wish they can add more for me as an 12 year old. They have to have a limit as 6 and over can play because when I play and I hit some one by accident and there parents get mad at me I feel bad do yeah. Altitude is pricey I went with my dad to play for 30 minutes and they charged me 12 bucks I can go buy food for 12 bucks but overall it is pretty fun

Great place to let loose and jump around. I had not had that much childish fun in a long time. Me and my daughter had a blast doing flips. Jumping into the foam pit and just letting loose. I thought it would be packed but it really wasnt. There was enough room to not have to worry about crashing or hitting someone. Great place to have fun.

My husband and I took our 3 year old twins during the toddler hours & they had a blast. I highly recommend for parents with kiddos full of energy!

The staff is amazing.. My son became sick after jumping and they didnt hesitate to clean up and make sure he was alright. Aside from that, the facility is super clean and I would definitely recommend this location!

I was very disappointed that they advertise a walk wall and obstacle course but they are not available for use. The trampolines were fun but urban air offers more of a variety for the kids. I dont think my family and I will be coming back :(

Always a great time with my kids. Toddler Time makes this place the most fun you can have under $20 for two hours. They have some activities like the big parachute for kids and a huge foam pit. We come frequently and my 4 y/o son always has a blast.

Took my 4 yr old daughter here between 1-2pm. Very slow and 2 other people were jumping on 7 and up side. My daughter had several balls (6 and under side)and a teenager with a manager shirt on came and took the balls and stated he had to put on other side which I did not understand considering it was a down time. Hurt my daughters feelings so left. I have previously taken all 3 kids there and never had a problem with sharing the balls

Great place, have been taking my son since he could walk. He has tons of fun in here. 2 dodge ball arenas, 2 basketball hoops with replays of your self on screens, foam pit with replay screens again, and a good sized little kids area.

This facility was nice and clean . Friendly and helpful staff. Good value and fairly priced. It was nicer than some other similar facilities I will not name here in San Antonio. This is a slam dunk for family fun.

Broke my right foot here June 28th 2018 and had to have surgery July 19th. 1 year later Im still trying to recover. Non-slip socks? Yea they can kiss my a** I was just walking. I spent 4 months in a wheelchair, crutches, and a knee scooter. My daughter missed out on pre-k because those happened. If onxoukx give half a star I would!!!

The place is huge and well maintained. There is an area for smaller children and a cube pit. They also have a place upstairs to observe your kids. They offer restrooms and lockers, as well as food items for purchase. As for management and staff they were very friendly and helpful. I would definitely be coming here again.
