This was such a friendly and safe environment. Keith our party host did such an amazing job. They had such a wide variety of food from pizza to hot dogs they even had Turkey the day I visited. There was enough to do to keep everyone entertained for hours. Definitely recommend. Good for large groups and Birthhday parties.

I was glad to see that it was not too crowded and everyone was for the most part distanced. Not sure if more could have been done to have games wiped down in between play and children but from what I could tell, they did well in their cleanliness precautions. Food tasted great and still a good variety of food. Also they check temperatures upon arrival.

I like the fact that when I went this time it was not overcrowded and I felt I could safely social distance. I prefer the cafeteria style serving of the food because I absolutely HATE buffets where EVERYONE is allowed to breathe and touch over the food. PLEASE KEEP THIS AFTER COVID-19. Its a great service. I felt that all of the attractions should and could be open--like the movie theater. I was very sad that it was closed. Have a schedule to wipe down and clean like every 30 mins, everyone wear masks, every other seat...it can be done. Overall I was satisfied and cant wait to return.

Only thing I didnt like about the entire experience is the unlimited game cards, solely because 3/4 of the games cant be played with it, no grabbing machines, no ticket games, which includes pop a shot and stuff like that. I mean come on.....Laser tag was great, the little carnival rides were great for my 5 year old and the good was passable. I will come back, just not that often

Pizza tasted old. Wasnt vary hot. They employees werent even sanitizing the games at all. Only eating area and serving buffett to people. Need to get it together better

Enjoyed it with my family couldnt be any better. Staff was extremely nice, welcoming and this prominent company kept its food safety under control. Now the 6 feet apart in the gaming side they need to work on that while standing in line, everyone was to close in general. Overall I enjoyed the experience and would come again. Recommend this place for a few hour get away with the family.

This new location is very nice and spacious! It’s ver clean and staff was nice. BUT it was hot. They dint keep it very cool. Also, they closed down the buffet and hour before they closed including the beverage area. At least they should of left the beverage area open! We were all thirsty after running around playing in the hot playroom lol Also, my kids were hungry since they rushed to eat to go play.

For a great time and good pizza ,soft drinks dessert and games this will be the place to come and enjoy your self and your family thumbs up .

My second time there. Its a straight up place to visit. Plenty games, bumper cars and a race track. Pizza is good, and theres different rooms to sit in. Play sports for dads and cartoons for the kids. Enough TVs for every family member.

Overpriced in my opinion. Quite a few food options, but quality is not top-notch. Pizza was good, desserts were good, but salad and other food items were mediocre. We did not stay to play games, but my kids walked around and were not super impressed. Still giving four stars because overall our visit was good.

Nice, clean place. First time visiting this location since moving. They take all the precautions to keep their place protected and clean. They serve you. We just ate, didnt visit the game area since we were on lunch. Friendly staff too!

My family has always enjoyed this place for entertainment and food. We however like the weekday crowd. (Now that they have moved locations) Not as busy, less action and you can enjoy the whole freaking pallet of variety with a few not many! If you have anxiety or claustrophobia, do as we do... dont come during peak hours! Otherwise, quit complaining and lets take a lap around and eat

I had a blast! The staff was literally incredible(no pun intended) and i won prizes! Best part was seeing the staff sanitize the rides. Very awesome

With all the C19 going on it was organize and the staff were keep it clean and sanitize. Frist time there,my daughter love it there.

Food was mediocre and the inside temp was almost unbearably hot. They were not diligent about enforcing mask use inside. The kids still had a good time but there was much room for improvement.

Not the greatest pizza but there are lots of other stuff to eat. Very safe eating, they served you at stations and lots of space. Also fun games galore.

It was ok some of the employees were not working at their stations and one employee had a dirty uniform I was a restaurant mgr and I would never let my employees look like that.

Okay, the wife and I scouted this place because the kids have been wanting to go. We wanted to be sure it was going to be a good experience, since the reopening, before taking the kids and them being disappointed. Our experience was as follows.Very large parking area, we went at lunch so did not see how well it is lit at night. The interior is clean and the ambiance is great. The staff was all very nice and friendly and kept their areas wiped down. The value for the buffet is good.The food is not great but not bad. They do have fewer selections than before but that is to be expected. The pizza selection was very limited but again, we went at lunch. There were some other selections to be had beside pizza but none were standouts. Honestly, this is the kind of place you go for post meal activities than for the food quality. The dining areas is kept very clean though and each table is thoroughly sanitized after each guest leaves.The play area is large and was fully operational when we visited. Plenty of games and a few rides. The Go-Karts are still there as well as bumper cars, and a Tilt-O-Whirl. There are plenty of ticket games and some video games as well.If you want a family experience with more focus on fun than food quality, this should definitely be on your list.

Food isnt awesome, but the kids love it. We had problems with arcade games either stealing money from the cards or not working, but the staff was very helpful. Overall, its overpriced, but its a fun outing for the kids

Family-friendly place. Nice variety of activities. Food is only decent. But its a buffet so you can get as much as you want. Little bit pricey about $25 to 35 a person. Would recommend for a special occasion

My first time here. I wasnt impressed. The food was bad, infact my mom got sick that night fm it. I took my 4 grandkids thinking it would be fine by now. But in the game area i didnt see not one employee sanitizing any of the games or rides. That was a bit of concern after whats going on with the pandemic. Someone needs to step up and get it done.

Pizza was cold, noodles were very watery, cinnamon rolls were pretty hard. The only thing that was good was the monkey bread, ice cream and peach cobbler. Food could be better but the place is amazing!

Been here several times. The people at the desk very helpful in making sure we got the best deal for our party. And between the food and the fun after four hours I would say everyone had a great time. And several of the staff were especially good at the go karts area on sunday. Great customer skills.

I enjoyed most of the games however I still havent done the laser shooter yet. Also I was told from someone that the old location had wings and yesterday I went and there were no wings.... Why are there no wings?

Its a really nice concept. The buffet is big and the play area is awesome. Im sure it runs smoothly when there isnt a lot of people but when its busy the place is in chaos! Not enough staff to keep up with the cleanliness. The fountain drink stations were all disarray. Everything was sticky. To much food handling and not anywhere nearby to wash hands.

It was good, I believe they should have glass separating seats or more safety measures since its mainly the people that have to follow safety rules themselves, we went quite early so I believe its normal for them to not have all the pizzas ready, the food was great and overall it was a good experience

Our visit was on a Friday, arrival at 615 was not as busy as 815 as we left the line to get in was out the door. This was my 1st time ever so I learned that the price for just eating is 9.99 for an amazing pizza, pasta, taco, hot dog, salad, soup, nachos, and dessert buffet complete with a chocolate fountain! Seniors over 55 yrs pay 6.99! The buffet plus 25$ of games n rides was about 26.00 or 27.99, something like that. But the games are really fun, and the 25$ lasted my neices about an hour n a half, or so. The laser tag was so fun and the 4 year old was hooked on the jumping castle in the kiddie zone. The bathrooms are clean and if you dont mind fighting a possible crowd this is a great fun place!

We had an Amazing time!!! The food is pretty good and the people there are Great!!! There are lots of rides for kids and the lazer tag is tons of fun!!! They have video games for all ages!!! We will Definitely be going again!!!

This place rocks. The food isnt the best but its all you can eat! Good variety of games and things to do. Their go carts are pretty fast and a lot of fun too. Regardless of age everyone will certainly have fun here.

Spent $35 a person but for all we got it was worth it. Unlimited food bar, 500 prize tickets, $11 game car, and 6 attractions. My daughter had a blast and a few prizes to go home with

Food was just okay. Pizza sauce could be better. Variety was vast though. Even for a big place it gets crowded real fast. Service was solid. Staff was nice. Its a good place for the family overall but be prepared to wait if you dont get there right at the open.

Came here on a Saturday. Lots of people , 10 min wait in line. But food was filled , plates were filled! That’s all that mattered to my I was hungry The food was good and my son had and husband had a blast playing 2 hours of games and 6 activities. Great package deal ! Will be back Good desert ! Delicious food & plenty of games. The games are on a small scale most appropriate for children 12 and under. The Go-Carts do not go that fast and are on a tiny track, more suitable and exciting for children probably around 6-10 years old. The MC for the races did a great job of being enthusiastic & hyped. Laser tag & the Pacman Air Hockey were the best games. The 4D theatre was pretty bumpy, so I do not recommend taking small children in there because you dont want to rattle their developing brains. A positive is you can go back and eat more from the buffet at any point, you just cant take food or drinks in the game area which helps keep it clean. The different themed rooms to eat in were cool. Most were booked for parties when we were there, but pretty awesome rooms. We paid about $75 for four buffets, and TWO game packages that included $10 in game tokens (each) and 4 attraction tickets (each). We were there for about an hour and a half. We rushed through it a little bit. That package could have easily been enough for at least 2 hours. If you have small children it would definitely last at least 2 hours. Overall, we had a good time. Its definitely worth a visit!

Food wasnt the best, but was easily outweighed by the actual venue. Floor is somewhat slippery in places but this is being nit picky. Their selection of games and attraction is amazing. Price is definitely fair. Would 100 percent for any party or just to have a good time.

Overall had a good experience here for a party for one of my childrens friends. I brought my 6 and 4 year olds with me. My children were on the list and the cost for my entry was reduced, which was a huge improvement over a previous party at another location when I had to pay for my child and full price for myself although we had RSVPD.We arrived late to the party and were quite cramped in the room. There were a lot of adults in the room, also we did RSVP with correct count. The supplies were limited. There didnt appear to be enough napkins or clean cups. It took awhile to find any and honestly I wasnt completely sure they were unused. The employees did a good job serving the cake asking all the children which flavor they preferred. I appreciated that the cards were set for a time limit vs. a set amount as Ive experienced in the past at this and other similar venues. There were plenty of suitable games and also a few rides I had not seen at the location closer to our home.

Food kind of sucks and the game cards are a little costy but overall its a great place for even the adults to have fun.

Amazing pizza! Everything on the buffet was hot and fresh. The salad section had a variety of salad toppings and dressings. Highly recommend coming especially for the price. The buffet comes with a drink as well. The selection of crane games and prize games was small, but there were a lot of other arcade type games

A so so place to go. A bit overcrowded. Very little organization. Its kinda a free for all really. When we got there around 7:30pm there were no plates, or forks and had to wait a couple if minutes before they were replenished. The pizza was coming out fairly prompt. There are other things to eat such as hot dogs, potatoes, chicken, and even tacos! Drink cups are a little small making you go back regularly for refills. The play room is nice and large with a variety of games (most fairly priced). The laser tag is a bit expensive at 7.50 per person and the go carts are slow with a small track. For 4 people we spent about 100.00. So can be pretty pricey. Probably wont go too often as the cost is not justified when the food is only ok.

(Previous Review) Overpriced for a place that that runs out of food, several menu items not available along with several attractions that are closed. The last location was better. Maybe they are just working on transitioning still. Really enjoyed myself food was excellent and the staff also.

Came with my family for a good behavior reward for the month. Pizza is pretty low quality, noodles are overcooked, and the nacho cheese was super runny. The bathrooms were not clean. The kids had a great time we did the go carts, and played all the ticket games and got tons of worthless tiny toys so the were ecstatic. Me and my wife would have preferred to pay a little more for the same activities and have better food. We will not return but I would recommend it for the kids just understand what type of food you will be eating when you go in. Also check their website for coupons they will save you alot.

LONG LINES with 2 cashiers, paid $180 for family and no pizza on food bar, no dessert, no ice cream. dirty. I filled out the form the owner ask, wanting to know more. BUT they never contacted me.

The place is fun and the food is alright but it was so very disorganized. There were about 7 staff in the dining area but only 2 were actually working while the others were just standing around talking to one another. No one actually wiped the tables down with a rag much less a bleached rag which was so gross. I was surprised at the selections they have to eat, its more than just pizza which was cool. They had a few rides down for maintenance which really sucked. You would think a saturday afternoon/evening would be the time you would want it all up and running but overall it was fun.

I celebrated my sons birthday here. This great place for kids and family. Kids can play video games, attractions and prizing games. Unlimited Pizza, drinks and salads. You can order you own Pizza and I like it most. Staff is very supportive and helpful. Fun place for entire family.

Well probably never go back. Took our children to the new location this week. We were sorely disappointed. Stood in line for 25 minutes just to get in and that was on a Tuesday evening! The buffet was horrible. The food looked good, but it tasted horrible. I saw another review where someone said it tasted like they use the cheapest ingredients possible and that describes it perfectly! The decor in the restaurant portion looks okay, but instead of everything looking sparkling new it looks like the place has been there for 6 months to a year already (kinda dirty looking, ice machines broken already, etc.). The Game Room just looks like a big warehouse, just looks cheap. I get it, its a Game Room, but the original location doesnt look this cheap. The race track is smaller and cramped looking. The bumper car area is about the size of a residential bathroom.Just disappointed!

LUV THIS PLACE! Food is great. Only issue i have- is the go-carts are slower n smaller track at new location. They coulda made the track much bigger! Too many little kids rides that take up much room.

We took our 3 and 7 year old on a Monday night for dinner. Although it was a Monday night, I was expecting more of a variety of pizza on the buffet. What was on the line was mediocre, the produce for the salad was just the same. Hardly a variety of desserts and there were no bowls or cones for the ice cream, not to mention the cinnamon rolls tasted stale. Very disappointed in the food. On to the games; this is where there was some redemption. There is a variety of games for all ages including a few attractions. There were quite a few games that were out of service, odd considering this location just opened.Needless to say, we will not return.

I loved the other location race track... this one is way too small... but i did love the laser tag... the new physical location is better than the other overall

Nice place, only problem was the parking. A large portion of parking lot on the left side is blocked off with orange posts for some reason, so you have to park all the way by the highway. It seemed that there was no reason to be blocking off this area of parking lot. They should make it accessible. Not good for weekend parties where theres many patrons.

We were very pleasantly surprised. Every one had a great time and the variety of foods on the buffet was equally great. Well worth the time and money spent.

I took my son there today for a birthday party for one of his friends. It was our first time going and I must say I wasnt dissapointed. The hostess was very attentive with everyone and well versed in dealing with high energy kids. The fun area for the kids had many game choices and everything seemed orderly. The buffet area wasnt 5 star but it wasnt bad either...I was content and so was my son. Well be going again for certain. I recommend it.Thanks Team Incredible Pizza.

For being new not much variety of food when I showed up at 4:30pm. Pizza was all lined up ready to go out just waiting to be put out on buffet line. Dessert only had cobbler and ice cream. 30mins in and there is a big line out the door to get in. Most seating was reserved by parties. After 30minutes the buffet finally reset and had hot food after I had just eaten. Sad for the price I paid to have limited food served. Bathroom needs to be attentive and cleaned. Would be very weary coming back.

First time at Incredible Pizza for a birthday party. I already had Bday reservations in a couple of months and glad I came. There is definitely room for improvement. First, let’s discuss cost before or after the party. I noticed the single parent dad having to focus on his twin kids bday but kept getting interrupted about cost of this & that. He never complained but it would be a problem for me if having to walk out to discuss cost. There has got to be a better way to coordinate. Overall the birthday host was good.For food, would it be possible to do a healthier hot food item? I’d pay extra for it. I enjoy the salad bar but sure which there was a hot healthy option. Perhaps more fruit would be nice.Overall it was enjoyable.

I Used to go to the one on west ave and blanco, fun place to eat and play games. But I was disappointed when they closed it down. They need to reopen it, but not relocated .I miss that place.

ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE. This is probably the worst tasting food I’ve ever had. It seems like they get all the cheapest ingredients from the food supplier... the rides are absolutely over priced... scaled down the go carts. The only nice thing is the game room... when it was at the other location the food was at least edible, but here it’s absolutely horrendous.
