This was a scam. We paid the $20 to ride the machine, which was ok. If thats all you do, then youre good. The guy then tried to sell us the headset for our phones for $70. He said hed take $20 off since we paid to ride. It was still $70. He pushed a little further and said hed throw in another headset and wed only pay $100 for both. Sadly, we took the offer. I didnt realize there is nothing to the headset. We went to Walmart and found better ones with built in ear buds and they come in color for $18. Absolute rip off. Ride the machine, dont buy the product. >:(

Fair warning, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! The items they sale are way over priced. We bought an item for $90 that could be purchased on Amazon for $12. Same day we purchased we attempted to return the unopened item and they refused to give us a refund indicating that the item was promotion however there were no displays anywhere indicating the promotion. Receipt also does not show a mark down for promotion. They directed us to call corporate and there is no one to talk to. They have you fill out a form and claim they will call back in 24-48 hours yet do not call back.

I purchase a VR headset and when I got home my kid notice that he was missing the remote to play with system. This place don’t have a number to contact this locations . I left message to the main number so far no one had follow up. Came in person to let them know and they have no way to very my transaction without a receipt. Bad customer service overpriced system and no good quality .

Dont go here. They tried to sell us a vr head set for $80 but then he lowered it to $30 when we said it was too much and kept pushing us to buy it. We later got home and checked that this product online, isnt even worth $10 on amazon. Asked for a refund the next morning because the vr does not even work for certain phones and the quality is horrible but there is a no return policy. These people like to scam their customers and leave them dissatisfied. Don’t recommend.

DO NOT BUY! Go to Amazon for VR products...salesmen are ripping people off and know it. Refund policy is “no take backsies” regardless. If you open the box, it is yours and product is way overpriced!
