I love this movie theater it is a nice place to watch movies with family. they have snacks drinks and more this is my favorite movie theater and it always will be.if you want to go to a movie theater then go to this one

They have closed caption glasses for the deaf community. They are comfortable and available for most movies. Ask for them at boxoffice when you purchase tickets.

For a theater that doesnt serve alcohol or have oversized recliner seats, its still a nice theater with a very friendly and helpful staff.Its conveniently located in North Hills and there are lots of other stores, shops and boutiques in the area to check out as you wait for your movie. I recommend Starbucks or Ben & Jerrys.If you havent tried out Movie Pass I suggest you Google it!!!

This is a very modern theater with reclining seats, and the latest audio and visual upgrades. The concessions are on the good side of average, offering all the things you would expect along with some beers and a few wine choices. Unfortunately the staff leaves a lot to be desired, especially for the area.

This seats were extremely spacious and you were able to get up and walk out of the aisle without bothering anybody that was sitting down. You remember the old theaters when you had to get up and say excuse me, excuse me, and you took 1 or 2 baby steps at a time because you couldnt see and you are tripping over peoples feet so yea, they fixed that completely.

This cinema has been here ever since North Hills opened, and it used to be much busier. They remodeled every theater inside to have recliners, and now there are less seats. There is a half-wall in every row, and it obstructs your view of the bottom portion of the screen, especially if you recline your seat. They also don’t have multiple screens for major pictures, so make sure to buy your tickets in advance. Two thumbs up on the location in North Hills!

What a great theater has enough staff to keep up with the lines.Everything there was clean the screen was big and beautiful couldnt ask for more.

North Hills is a beautiful location for a day out. As the concession stand has started to sell wine and beer it seems as though the quality of food has decreased. I ordered a pretzel that came in a bag steamer provided with salt packets. The Nachos were not fresh they were fresh out of the bag. The do not sell hot dogs or the usual movie theatre food. For such an expensive area I would expect more. No, we don’t come to the movies to eat but quality finger foods And snacks would be appropriate especially for families with children. HIGHLY disappointed!!! ANDDDDDD the staff looked at me with disgust when I asked if they offered military discount!

Located in a busy shopping center which makes parking a little challenging, otherwise its a great place to bring the family for a movie. They have reclining seats which makes it a plus!

WE WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!We go to the movies weekly and well never go here again. I like the big seats and the fact you can now get beer and wine at the concession stand but IM NOT SPENDING $12 TO WATCH 30 MINUTES OF COMMERCIALS. If they want to show commercials before the published showtime fine but yesterday we sat through 35 minutes of coming attractions WITH COMMERCIALS MIXED IN after the published showtime. 15 minutes of coming attractions is tolerable but not this BS.

Great theater with comfortable seats. Just a few complaints. Snack/drink prices are insane, especially the waters. Also there is often just one line open. Calling in is also useless because after navigating the automated messages you will be stuck waiting for an actual person to answer only to be hung up on without even a hello. I rated one star at first until I realized you can link unlimited accounts as “friends and family” in order to book tickets together.

First time going to that theater and second time being in north Carolina and that theater was a very good experience. They have a the best seating with a reclining comfortable seat that basically make you feel like your on your bed laying down and enjoying a big screen view. Loved that however itll be nice if they had more food options at the concession. It was just nachos and pretzels. It will be very nice if there was food like burgers or even just hot dogs and pizza which is easy to provide at a theater then making burgers. Just a thought but it was still amazing experience to go to that theate, definitely would recommend family, friends or even outings for couples on a date that likes to go see a movie

The seating is fantastic with reclining seats and space in front of each row. Seating can be reserved ahead of time if you buy your tickets online. The snack bar is deluxe and has lots of choices for candy, different kinds of popcorn, beers, and wines. Everything is spacious and the bathrooms were clean.

This is a nice theater, but they are NOT family friendly. I took my preschooler to see Frozen 2, and after sitting through previews for over 30 minutes, he only lasted through about half the movie. This is ridiculous, especially for a kids movie. Also, you apparently cant reserve seats within 2 seats of other people, so in theaters with only 12 seats per row, if you have a family of four of more you will probably have to break up your group. Again, not very family friendly.

Havent been in a while but glad that I went! The theater seats were extremely comfortable. Normally theaters are cold but not this time. The temperature was set a comfortable setting.

Arrived for Star Wars 12/19 with family and a few friends for a birthday celebration with 9 people. Upon arrival we were told our seats were taken by the corporate office for a special event, in fact, the entire theater had been sold for a private event after the general public had been sold tickets. Needless to say I was furious, I could understand a broken machine, flooded theater, whatever, but the decision from corporate to just not honor a previously bought ticket, that was incredible. I would never choose to treat one customer better than another in my business, and I hope the corporate people keep coming back , because I won’t.

Went to see 8:25 pm show due to poor service, was unable to get in 9:10 pm. Unprofessional behavior was displayed with regards to student discount with Id. I was charged adult regular fee. Bathroom (womens) contained unflushed toilets, paper on floor and overflowing trash cans. Poor attempt made to effectively with Spanish speaking clientele.

I always come here to watch the newest movies out. This os my favorite movie spot! I dont go anywhere else

Very disappointed, my daughter and I went to the theater while there was a farmers market going on out side. Silly me picked up a little something for breakfast the next day not thinking about getting into the theater. It was packaged and sealed in a bag and when we went I t the attendant asked it there was food inside, we were honest. He said we could not come in. I explained what happened but the manager did not care. No outside food allowed. I told him if I thought it was going to be a problem I would have simply put it in my purse and no one would have been the wiser. He did not care. So we left and went to AMC down the road. Paid less and ate their popcorn and side. Will avoid poor customer service at Regal like the plague!

Not the best location. But there is a few things around to do before or after the movie.It was a clean theater, but the first row is way too close to the screen. The chairs recline making it not as bad, but they need to recline further.

Most polite staff Ive ever seen at a theater. Very clean all around. The sound balance was a bit off, but that might just be because of the small, yet comfortable room.

I love the layout of this theater. Everyone gets a super comfy recliner and the stadium seating makes it so that you really cant even see anyone else in the theater, even when someone in the row ahead of you stands up. 4 starts because there are very limited food/drink options. When so many other theaters are moving toward full service and meals, I want options better than popcorn, soda, and candy for my movie.

This is an excellent theater they also have great staff. The manager Jeremy helped me out he was very courteous and helpful cant wait to come back

We wanted to see Charlies angels so once we heard the theatre seating was finally upgraded some time ago we decided to see it here.North Hills is always lit up very well for the holidays so the added bonus here is to also walk around and Iook at the holIday decor.The movie theatre was busy but not to busy, it was quite pleasant and since we purchased tickets ahead of time just walked right in. The theatre our movie was playing in was surprisingly more intimate in size that I had thought, it was nice to not have an overcrowded theatre.The seats are very comfortable, the theatre was kept quite clean and we enjoyed the movie. We chose not to buy any of the over priced concessions, the markup is absolutely absurd!Cheers!!

This was a great place to see a movie. The theatre was clean and comfortable. We were lucky and got parking on the street. So we were parked literally right around the corner! The staff was friendly. They serve a Cheetos popcorn that my husband really liked. So if you like cheese popcorn, you might want to give that a try. It comes in Flaming Hot or Original Cheetos flavors. Overall, we had a nice experience and will definitely be visiting again in the future!

This regal shows a different selection of movies as well as the more popular shows. Its another location to make use of my unlimited pass. The location is quite congested & thats the main flaw

Saw the new Rambo with some guy friends.. I showed up right at movie time so I didnt use the concessions. The theater was lit properly prior to the movie start and then darkened once the movie began. This theater has recliner seats. It made me feel like I was at home except.that I had a very large TV with THX sound. A great experience!!!

Heres the deal with this place...best comfy seats in Raleigh but almost always your fellow audience members talk and use their phones through the movies, probably more than any other theater in Raleigh. So mixed bag experience.

My husband and I went to this theater for the first time today, to see the new Halloween movie. We always went to another theater, but after going here, we wont be going anywhere else.This place was amazing, in every way - from the ticket counter, the huge lobby, the concession stand and the absolutely incredible, reclining seats!The movie theater was super clean. Even the bathrooms were clean, and thats saying something, for a movie theater bathroom! I loved how the trash can receptible inside the theater was recessed. Never seen that before. The popcorn was delicious.Just really wonderful experience, in every way. I hope movie goers, take the time to TAKE CARE OF their movie theater. Yes, the employees should keep it tidy, but it is also up to us, as paying customers, to try to keep it neat, when we leave - after all, people do come in behind us.We cant wait to go back! :-)Beth

I showed up at 645 for a movie that starts at 630. My fault. Asked for military discount if applicable for me and my wifes tickets. Had to listen to a long story about how it was for active duty but the movie could no longer be watched. Oh well. Wont be back. Salesperson was rude.

I went to the 3:45 show today with my daughter and some friends and had a great time. The seats are very comfortable. The movie What Men Want was good. I recommend this theater it is a family friendly environment.

I don’t think that there’s been a day where I went in and the staff wasn’t happy, I’ve never been to a more friendly theater, great staff, great theaters.

Had a movie in Cinema 7 (the Joker)... Something was MAJORLY wrong with the projector/ screen. The colors were very off/ splotched to where a black screen was splotched with red and blue. I am not that big on picture quality, but it was so significant to make me annoyed throughout the movie and to leave a negative review. Maybe look into fixing it...

Awesome place to see a movie. The seats are very comfy and recline so dont fall asleep. Thats an expensive nap. This place is nice to use the self service kiosk on the left speeds up the process. Also they do a Senior Citizens discount that like $9.

The reclining chairs felt decadent. They made it really comfortable when watching the movie. And the theater was very clean and the temperature was very comfortable on such a hot day outside

Dont go. They have no one working up front to take tickets and not enough people to handle concessions it will take you 30 minutes to get in. Go somewhere else where they appreciate customers

Love going to the movies here its always really nice experience. And theres a lot of nice places to eat surrounding the movie theater, including Five Guys, Chick-fil-A, Fox and Hound, and my personal favorite Pieology Pizza, its like subway for Pizza Lovers, the pizzas are awesome and they fix them just the way you want at a great price, and you dont have to wait very long for them to cook the pizza.

Nice leather seats that recline! There are short row dividers that block your view of the people in the row in front of you. Its a great way to stop distractions! I loved that idea. The lady who helped me with my ticket seemed to act like she was having a bad day though. So theres my one note.

Quality cinema, good quasi subterranean vibe. Friendly staff and solid popcorn. A good example of the upper echelon of chain cinemas.

This is a really great theatre! The staff is pleasant and the theaters are clean. Additionally, they have wide leather reclining seats that really enhance the movie viewing experience.

Lots of fast food restaurants near by if you like to eat before or after. Clean. Lots of theaters with reserved reclining seats.

Very nice theater. Love the reclining seats. I bought tickets most recently to go see the movie Us two weeks ago, went to the 12:30 show, was super impressed with the $8 and change tickets. Will say the only downside was how cold it was inside the theater, my date kept saying how cold he was and it was making his experience so uncomfortable he didn’t enjoy the movie.

Nice, comfortable seats but the concession staff was rude, the service was beyond poor and they could have been cleaner considering theyre serving food.

I recently moved back to Raleigh and noticed the upgrades. The spacious reclining seats are always nice. This has always been a pleasant theater to go to.. and glas to see things gave not changed. Just wish they had souvenir buckets for Dumbo

Very big with reclinable front seats. Lots of movie selections. Sometimes it dors take forever to order, maybe they need an extra cashier or two or people dedicated to filling the customers orders. One thing to note, there are always people standing by the door where you exit after the movie is done and are frequently slipping inside to watch movies without paying. Someone should be by that door to avoid that.

I usually go to the Regal in Cary, but they were sold out for the Avengers this weekend, so I ended up here. I’m highly disappointed with the food selection. This theatre doesn’t seem to offer hot food like Cary does. No hot dogs, no mozzarella sticks, no pizza, etc. I ended up not getting anything to snack on, since I hate popcorn and that’s all they have. Definitely won’t be returning if I have a choice.

The location is nice with all of the little shops, restaurants, and convenient parking. The theater has updated, comfortable recliners, wide isles, and no stress reserved seating. The kids liked the snacks - popcorn & iceys. The line wasnt long. A good choice.

I enjoyed seeing the re-release of Avengers Endgame but the recliners were way lower than the ones at Brier Creek Regal. It made it harder to get in and out of from my wheelchair.

Regal cinemas is a great theater. Not as exquisite as Cinemark but nonetheless its good. New seats. However the food menu needs to be updated. I believe they said they do not serve hot dogs or anything really considered I guess real food. Not that you come to the movies for that. Its just almost every theater has at least hot dogs, fries, or nuggets. At least give the customer the option of one. It is North Hills. Just a little under expectations is all. Other than that it is a great place to go.
