Very nice theater. Reserved stadium seating is nice. Good screen. The sound was okay - Dolby would have been nice. Lots of food options. The bucket of popcorn, candy, hamburger we ordered were fresh and yummy. We will be back.

Great customer service, seating was great, they kept customers apart for safety, the sound could have been better at the start of the movie, but over all good service.

SOOOOOO excited to be back in theaters to enjoy the Cinemark experience! I had so much joy watching PREVIEWS of coming attractions, and all the annoying and irritating (ridiculous) protocols for keeping others safe (as if that should be a thing) were not too burdensome, at least for the first time out to see a movie in months. I do love this theater and appreciate the staffs efforts to comply and make us comfortable. THANK you to everyone who works there!!!

So good to be able to go to the movies again. This place has you separated nicely in the theater, everything was very clean, service was good. Used the website to buy tickets and made it even easier.

Came to see black panther great experience. Small theater but comfy. Great chairs that recline with stadium seating. Concession stands has a variety of hot food and they deliver to the theater you’re in or give you a buzzer. Alcoholic beverages are served here.

Very clean and implemented new protocols during covid. Felt very comfortable and taken care of by staff. Overall great experience.

This is our favorite theatre!!! Loving the new recliners and set up! The staff is always helpful in getting us popcorn without butter made fresh for my child who has a dairy allergy. Bathrooms are always clean and presentable when I have been there and that is amazing considering how many people go in and out. Always a great time here!

This is my go to theater for movies. I love how large and comfy the seats are. They also serve alcohol here which is amazing if you like to drink and watch movies!

This usually my favorite theater, recliner seats, food delivered to theater entrance for you. Im a movie club member and I think this is the only theater in area. Staff is almost always friendly. Had manager walking around with attitude before. But all and all not bad, luckily with movie club you get one free ticket monthly and 20% off concession, fee waived picking seats online. Price increasing in March. Pretty much the main reason I come to this theater only.

It is horribly cold inside this theater. So cold its hard to pay attention to the movie and you leave in the middle to try to get warm.

Clean, bright lobby with excellent food and drink options. Fantastic customer service and a wonderful way to spend time together on date night. Large, comfortable recliner seats make it difficult not to enjoy both the movie and a quick nap as you enjoy an adult beverage!

Luxury seatings, premium food. The workings are very nice even when busy. I love this theater. Being a member makes me feel like Im part of an exclusive club. I will be coming often this year to watch new movies!

I saw Knives Out here with my son and we both enjoyed it very much. That tedious detail attended to, lets talk concessions and seating. Reclining seats were comfortable, the swing out tray for your food very easy to use. I got a burger and fries. He got a pulled pork sandwich and fries. Four thumbs up! They brought the food quickly using a buzzer so you meet them at the door. Also got medium popcorn -- it was popcorn. I suggest they make real butter an option. Prices were very reasonable. If I lived there Id go all the time.

Great food for a movie theater. Very helpful gentleman behind the check in desk and even helped me with my phone app! Then when the lines grew he even opened up a register to help out.I love going to the Raleigh Grande theater and I drive there from Clayton!

Late night viewing of Ford Vs Ferrari, very nice facility. High prices as are all entertainment choices these days. Seating is awesome.

We used to absolutely love this movie theater. Last week though we noticed how worn the chairs are, including seat springs being uneven, etc. Prior to the actual movie, there was no sound at all. Not for commercials or movie previews. Several people went to report it and still nothing was done about it (until featured movie started). To top it off, the popcorn tasted a little old and were not crunchy. Im hoping they will improve soon.

Shockingly good food, not at all what you think of from a movie theater. The hand cut fries and BBQ nachos are a must every time we good out for a movie. The beer selection is also great, better than some restaurants I have been to.

This is our go to Theatre. One of the reasons is the Cinemark app, its easy to use . We live in Wake Forest and are near the theatre in Wakefield but buying the tickets online for that place is challenging. Raleigh Grande has a decent food menu and we have gone early and eaten there and then did the movie and it worked out well.

Sometimes when we go here there are younger girls (the ones who scan your tickets) They just aren’t very friendly (sometimes they won’t even acknowledge us even when we’re saying “hello” “how are you?”) however, when you pass the grumpy employee you’ll visit the concession stand and they are all very attentive, energetic, and friendly. Also, the seats in this place are so comfy. I will never go to a regular theater again.

Great movie theater. It has stadium seating so you dont see the people in front of you. They sell merchandise as well for some movies and they have collectible popcorn buckets for some movies as well. A lot of food and wine there.

Pretty solid stuff. Kind of wish they played movies better you know? The movies just weren’t played well. I think if they played the movies better, then the place would be better.

We love this theater. Modern, updated, clean, and large reclining seats! Buy your tickets early. Its hard to get tickets together if you buy at the last minute!

We drive here from Wake Forest because it’s such a nice theater! We love that they serve food and drinks too! The recliner chairs are also very comfortable with the tray table for your snacks!

Honestly one of the better theaters in Raleigh. The seats are super comfy, their food selection is actually pretty good, and they also have a decent beer selection. Also, in the chance that you are stuck with front row seats, movies are still watchable, unlike the ones in Cary Crossroads where watching the movie is nearly impossible because the seats are practically touching the screen.

Great experience every time! From the ticket taker to concessions to the employees who clean the theaters, top notch service. Courteous and attentive... My fave theater just one mile from home.

If movie theaters had star ratings like hotels, this would be a 5 star. Comfortable, reclining seats. You can order food, go sit down with the buzzer they give you, and when it goes off you just walk to the doors and grab it. Food is pretty good, concessions are good (wish there were more candy choices tho), and I dont have to wait long in line. Sometimes the popcorn is a little old if you go at an odd hour, but theyve always offered to remake it (and are good at pretending to not be annoyed by that). Watch out for the small fees for buying tickets online (I have the movie pass thing and its definitely worth it (for me at least), but you can at least choose your seat.

We enjoy the lounge chair environment. M yh wifes wheel chair fits up neatly next to a chair for myself. Comfortable but can get crowded on weekends

I love this Cinema! We watched The Joker and it was awesome! Best movie ever! The seats are big, fat recliners! If you havent been here you have got to check it out! Put your feet up! Spread out the snacks on the little tray w a drink holder! Sit back and enjoy! Perfect for kids too! They get a big kick out of the over sized seats!! And no one is in front of you so its easy to see if youre short.

Enjoy going to this location. Now that food has been added its a nice evening out. One of the few theatres in the area that offers a Senior discount. Excellent Customer Service, also.

Recliner stadium seating (with reservations!) and a great assortment of favorite movie foods (plus full meals, beers, and wine!) make viewing the latest blockbusters a pleasure. The staff is also generally friendly and helpful--something that can be all too rare these days. Give em a try--you went be disappointed!

The stadium seating is the equivalent of watching a movie in the comfort of your own living room. The seats are cozy and you have a good amount of space. Plus the theaters are clean and nice.

This was my first experience at Raleigh Grande and it was well, I dont have any complaints. The security guard is pretty invasive with stoping people with jackets to ask if they were carrying a weapon. I understand the purpose of this but youre profiling individuals. If you wish to properly check for weapons, have a metal detector set up and have patrons walk through. If youre already in the establishment, whats the purpose of asking someone of they have a weapon? At that point, it would be too late. So what Im saying is their security team needs a new SOP. Besides that, the theatre was clean and even with us sitting pretty close to the screen, this wasnt an issue as youre able to lay your seat back. The food was fantastic.

Seats were very comfy but when u put up the side arm rest there was alot of trash and popcorn. Other then that i enjoyed the quality of everything and the popcorn was great lol. Who can go wrong with popcorn?

Im married to regal for awhile because of the unlimited pass, however this is a great place to see a movie. Most notably they bring your food to you after you order, the popcorn is good (which is worth mentioning as most popcorn sucks) and they have a wide selection of food like burgers and fries, loaded nachos etc.

So friendly and helpful staff. Everyone tries to do their best for you. Clean restrooms. Theatres well kept.

There recliners are so much better here than at the AMC in the area. The menu is better too. This will be our go to place for movies.

We are Cinemark Movie Reward Members and regulars of this theatre- On the evening of 10/5/19, Mike (he was taking tickets) told my wife that security would be checking her purse. Although this was the first time she has had her bag checked it wasnt an issue because we understand that there are safety concerns. While we were waiting in line for concessions I observed Mike request that 1 other black women get her bag checked but allowed two white women with similar size bags walk through without being checked. Although this is a small sample size, this is discriminatory and all bags should be warranted for a search if this is a policy. Please return Mike to his normal duties at the concessions or ensure that all bags are checked and not some.

This place is great! One of the best movie theaters and original on reclining chairs. Only issue I have ever had was on avengers infinity war 3D there was a major issue with the 3D effect and they had to turn it off. It added 1 hour to the play time but they fixed the problem which was good enough then they gave out free pass for another movie. Over the top customer service to the point I have driven 2 hours just to take my father to this theater. Have great memories at this place 5stars all around!!!!!

BEST theatre I have ever been to. I honestly stoped going to the theatre because I didn’t see the value anymore. I had family in town that wanted to catch a movie so we decided to check this place out. This place is NOT your average theatre. LUSH recliner seats, you get to pick your seats in advance. Really clean and new throughout. Great selection of food and drinks and the place is spotless. They have an entire cleanup crew waiting outside. Makes me want to catch movies again. Thanks for going the extra miles guys.

Excellent modern theatre; however, the screen is too small to sit near the back. For the best experience, sit from the middle toward the front. Sound system is choice, and the seating is private and recclinable. If youre on a date, the armrest raises up so you can snuggle. Just make sure you get the pair that share the armrest. And take advantage of the Tuesday special offer. Its, like, half off.

Raleigh Grande is one of the best theatres around. The reclining stadium seats are comfortable and the movie variety is unrivaled in Raleigh. Only downside is the price so when Six Forks Cinema doesnt have a movie this is where I go.

Mixed Review. Seating is fantastic, extremely comfortable, leather recliners with a swivel table. Its also nice to enjoy wine or beer. The food however is not very good. I have also experienced on several occasions 30 min even 60 minutes delay in start times of a movie. Not including previews if they show them. It was amazing 3 years ago. Seems to have dropped in quality pretty quick.

Comfortable seats, but the floors were dirty and the trash receptacles full. Possibly understaffed because of the holiday (New Years Eve). Do all of the theaters run 40 minutes of previews and ads now?

My favorite place to go! Super comfy recliners! They have The Best food of any Movie Theaters I’ve been to(Disclaimer: I have yet to check out Alamo Draft House Yet) My go to guilty pleasures are their Pastrami sandwich and Truffle Fries! Let me tell you about the pastrami sandwich! It is a well crafted sandwich! The cheese bread is a nice touch to the good quality pastrami and the sauce is great! And then we have The Truffle Fries! These are so yummy, let me tell ya! I would go to this theater if they only had these fries and nothing else! They are life-changing! It’s cooked and seasoned perfectly and generously truffle oil infused! So good! Prices are pretty reasonable for theater food! Oh and I’m a Cinemark Movie Membership member so I get 20% off concessions which makes it a great deal! Check this place out! You’ll be glad you did!

I love this place and i been here so many times but just now i decided to write a review for this place because its totally fantastic place to go with family or friends. I love the seats with the recliners its very comfortable and you are far a way from other persons. I also like the food and drink so overall its very good place to go.

Cinemark was the best experience I have had at the movie to this day! They have a rewards program which is only $8.99 a month that gives you awesome perks like I dont know, A FREE MOVIE TICKET EVERY MONTH, and a bunch of awesome perks you can check out in their app.I took advantage of my perks and scored a free movie ticket on my first visit, along with 20% off the Buffalo Chicken tenders I ordered. The amazing thing about their theater is that you can select your seats, they have couples seats, each row has a divider so you can not see below you and the seats can recline back if you would like. The wait time for food was pretty timely to my surprise and having the membership does come in handy. I used my perk and my partner was able to use my perks as well.During our movie I turned my phone on CineMode where you can earn points for keeping your phone dim and not leaving the app during the movie.All in all it was an amazing experience and I plan on going back!

Not enough people working in the concession stand. Ridiculously long lines (3). And the ones who were there, moved in slow motion. Otherwise everything was great!

I love this theater. I wish we had these in Wilmington North Carolina! Full Recliners! And a restaurant where they serve you food. Actuall Food at your seat after the movie starts. I only got popcorn, a drink and candy but the thought of getting a burger and fries at your seat is mind boggling. The bathrooms smelled like cigarette smoke. Not sure if somebody actually smoked in there or if thats just the way they smelled. And the movies are not expensive. $11 for 4:50pm showing. Awesome!

Good theater. The hot food is not bad, but typical movie food pricing, a little expensive. But, if you are hungry, definitely a good choice. The cheese fries and a hot dog are the most popular. As for movie experience, the seating here is the key reason why I would rather come here, than a Hi-Def or IMAX theater.

The best theater in the area! Stadium seating, leather recliner seats, food menu with lots of choices, wine, and beer (mostly NC craft beer). Compared to other theaters it is the cheapest in town that is not a second run theater. The staff and management are all very friendly, helpful, and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great experience.Ive been going to this theater for years now. Since its renovation to recliners a few years ago it has only gotten better!

Went to see Hobbs and Shaw - our theatre was stupid hot! No A/C and gotta say that was miserable. BUT they did a really good thing...there was a manager standing outside of the theatre giving everyone a free movie pass at the end. That showed good customer service and reinforced why this is my favorite theatre around me.

I Really Like Going To This Theater. Its Updated With Reclining Chairs, Its Clean And Has A Variety Of Different Foods. I Would Give 5 Stars If It Had Family Restrooms. Not Having Family Restrooms Make You Have To Leave Your Child Unattended Outside The Restroom If They Are The Opposite Sex & Older & Cant Enter The Restroom With You Or Have To Enter The Public Restroom Alone. Some People Are Predators.

Our favorite theatre in the city. It has great food and drinks.They have super comfortable reclining chairs. We also use the monthly Cinemark app. We pay $8.95 a month which gets us one ticket, these tickets stack if you dont use them. Every ticket after the monthly fee of $8.95 is also an additional $8.95. (So if friends want to come, we can buy them for this great price.) Just a great deal!

This is my favorite theater in the area. First run movies, decent food and beer, reclining assigned seats. I dont have to worry now about having to be at a movie an hour before the start to get a decent seat. Ticket purchase and seat selection are fast and easy either online or through the app. Always clean and friendly, helpful staff.

OMG, the BEST theater ever. Electric recliners just like home. Hot food brought to your theater door (youre given a pager), great popcorn (buy the REAL butter, not the stuff they put in it for free). I drive 30 miles just to go to this theater: its THAT good. Pick the seats you want when you are purchasing youre tickets. This is the best place to watch a movie.

My boyfriend always asks for “an absurd amount” of butter on our popcorn and every time the people behind the counter laugh and do a great job. Love this theater and will continue coming back.

I love the Raleigh Grande. But the last few time I have been there, it has been quite dirty: bathroom unclean, trash cans overflowing, popcorn all over the floor. Despite these critiques, I realize that the general public is at least half to blame.

Raleigh grande is by far the best theatre in the area.I love going to movies and have been to pretty much every theatre in the surrounding area. None of them come close to Raleigh Grande.The theatres are all nice, the recliners are great, and the food is delicious. My biggest thing that keeps bringing me back is the affordable concessions.If I’m going to a movie I don’t want to spend $25 on a popcorn and soda. At RG I can get a large soda & popcorn for $11.20 as a movie club member (20% discount).Other theatres also try and get cute by serving popcorn in a fancy bowl and their soda in glasses. That is not what I come to the theatre for. I want a ridiculously large soda and popcorn with free refills. I don’t go to the movies to feel fancy.The movie club is also a great deal. $8.99 a month and that gets you a free ticket, 20% discount, no online fees, and you can get your friends tickets for $8.99.My only complaint I have is they significantly decreased their portion size on their made to order food.Friends have tried to get me to go to theatres other than RG and I flat out refuse. None of them come close to being as nice

Visited for the first time yesterday [12/26/19---Knives Out] and came back today [12/27/19----Spies in Disguise]. Love this place!!! Spacious! Most comfortable seats! Great Sound! Visible Screen!!! Did I state SPACIOUS?!?!?!?! Delicious Popcorn!!! Helpful & Professional Staff!!! Quite Tidy!! I cant comment on the food from the grill yet. It looks and smells delicious though. I only have one suggestion.....turn up the heat. It was uncommonly cold yesterday. Today I came prepared with throw blankets. Nice and Cozy!!! Chairs reclined!!! Very nice experience!! I have the app now!!! Cinemark Raleigh Grande is #1!
