Horrible Place to Stay. Staff including Maintenance George is not what I was expecting on my bday week. They gave me 2 sets of keys and 1 didnt work and they have no staff past 6PM on day of check in. I had my bday Party and came back late with some fam friends and cake and food to find out that the key didnt work and was locked out for 2hrs. I called the staff George and he made me feel so little and belittled me as if I didnt know how to properly use a key nor follow check in instructions. Then the dish washer was broken and had molded water in it for awhile but I didnt attempt to use it for a few days. I had been coughing a few time entering the kitchen but chucked it to fall allergies but opened dish water stale water and the funk of a million yrs. Needles to say I will never stay there again. And piece fell off sliding door. Ohh and the microwave vent piece fell off after 1st use. I reported to staff in morning and no one should to do repairs till 2 dats later after a prompted 2and call. There was no jacuzzi as described nor they allow 1 at a time even in covid. Staff had assured me prior to check in a week before that I would get the Beach front unit to get a side beach view unit. Everything is old and outdated. They provided the actual quilt on bed just those fleece blankets. Just a big huge joke and disappointment. Save your money and time. Do not go. I used my timeshare week and now regret it.

Nice small resort. Very clean. We had a 1 bedroom with 2 full bathrooms, nice living room and full kitchen.

This resort is ideally located. The grounds are beautiful...so serene. The beach in this area is well groomed and the resort has direct beach access. The resort supplies lounge chairs and beach towels along with basic amenities in the condos such as toilet paper, paper towels, dishwasher detergent, soap, and plenty of towels. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We did an exchange through RCI with our Bluegreen points. We were very disappointed with this resort. It was very sub par and not worthy of being called a resort. We have stayed in better moderately priced hotels. Extremely dated. None of the kitchen appliances matched. In desperate need of paint both inside and outside. Only positive thing about the whole unit was they updated the one bath. We paid a ton of money for our timeshare. We continue to pay a ton of maintenance fees yearly. What are they using this money for? Definitely not using it for this so called resort.

I was lucky enough to get a fantastic room facing the beach. The view ensured that I was in paradise for the week. I had no complaints. The bed slept nicely. The amenities were good and the staff were very pleasant. I would like to be a regular.

Such a wonderful four story resort. The staff are exceptional. The rooms and resort very clean. The amenities are great. The view and beach are beautiful. The location prime.

We have been going here for 10 years. Absolutely love it here. Michael and the front office staff are very accommodating and will go out of their way to help. Rooms are a little dated but perfect for us with a full kitchen. Publix is around a half mile away for shopping. Sea watch is two doors down and a great restaurant. Beach is kept beautiful and raked daily by the city. Cant wait for next year already!!!

Beautiful, great friendly staff, very clean rooms. Mini golf course, as well as fish pond . Great place to go for a vacation if you are coming in town for the winter or from up north. Also handicapped accessible beach chair . Pretty impressive

We have been a frequent guest at this establishment for a few years. Because of the travel band & pandemic time we did not travel, now they will not refund our $1400.00 deposit. This was out of our control, we deserve our deposit back!!!!!!!!!

A hidden gem! Everything you could want in a vacation getaway and right on beach. Nice Full kitchen. Bright and sunny decor. Bed and Hideabed very comfortable. Great shower with power. Nice warm clean pool. Beach 50m away. Hot tub is great. 2 BBQ available. Friendly, helpful and accommodating front desk. Great tennis court which seems always available. Shuffle board and little putting green. Each unit has private deck and chairs and ocean view. Lots of beach lounge chairs, never an issue. Millenials might think its dated....but we all understand them. Catholic church across the street. Grocery store 10 min walk. Not a huge resort, which makes it quiet and comfortable. Love It.

Great staff but senseless swimming pool hours 10am to 4pm, It would be better if they advertised the hotel without the pool

My Home Away From Home. It is a small timeshare with excellent friendly staff who are more like family. The beach is a few steps away and the pool is always inviting. Location is perfect - close to a lot of restaurants and entertainment/activities!

Great location on the beach! Front office was very kind and provided what was needed. The buildings are a touch 70s style but they have tried to update the inside. If you get a room that will sleep six, be aware that could mean one sofa bed in the living room and a sofa bed with a king in the main bedroom. Wasnt expecting that but made it work!

Family has an annual timeshare. We have been going for years. I even got married on the beach there. We love it! Small, friendly, good amenities.

Just wanted to give this place a shout out because I spent my childhood at Native Sun and shared some of the best moments of my life here with my family. Im not an advocate for time shares per se, but this one is exceptional--its small and quaint, not a massive resort like some other timeshares Ive seen. It has an old Florida charm to it that you just dont see anymore, but the grounds are still very well maintained to this day (so Im told). Also, you cannot beat the pristine private beach, which is right at the end of the courtyard. Would recommend for any family who wants to make lifelong memories!

Perfect place to bring the family! Private beach with beach chairs included. Great pool grills, mini put, all nicely maintained by a friendly staff. We will definitely be back. Huge pro that it isnt a sky scraper resort where you have to fight for beach space. You pretty much have breach to yourself!

Been coming here since I was 7. Plenty of space, games to play, and the beach chairs they provide are convenient too. Both a pool and a Jacuzzi to enjoy, as well as a public grill. My review may be a bit sweetened by nostalgia, but the only complaint to be had is about the beach, which will sometimes get a hefty float of seaweed now and then.

Wonderful place, very nice staff. Right on the ocean, this is definitely a great place for a vacation or staycation. Up to date units and a pool.

Ive being going to the Native since I was 6 months old. I am currently 28. You feel at home once you arrive. Every room has a breathtaking ocean view and the staff is extremely friendly. There are many attractions around the area and the courtyard has plenty of highlights for all ages. As a Timeshare owner, you see the same owners every year coming from different parts of the world and create a second family as the years go by. I highly recommend this gem resort and will start coming here with my own kids.

There wifi is excellent they have a pool shuffle boarding beach in the back mini golf puzzles they have very cool sea turtle nest there. And the house is big and cool

We have been going to The Native Sun for decades, yes decades, and the front desk staff has always gone out of their way to make our stays relaxing and pleasurable!!!

We spent three weeks at the Native Sun and thoroughly enjoyed the experience. Excellent location, good amenities and a Goldilocks size; not too big, not too small but just right. Very nice one bedrooms units and very nice and helpful staff. Best value on the beach in Lauderdale-by-the Sea.

Great stay! A little out dated...and kids loud at the pool unsupervised close to midnight, but the rooms were adequate and clean.
