Stayed in a 2 bedroom. The rooms are very nice and spacious. The pool is nice also. All of the people who work here were pleasant, very helpful, and friendly. Excellent customer service - 5 stars for that.There are signs everywhere about not smoking but there were guests smoking inside the building and on their balconies. The smoke smell came into our room, which was really annoying.The hallways, activity room and lobby need attention. Especially the activity room. It was open once during our stay. But the room was pretty gross and smelled. The lobby is huge but was empty. Not very welcoming and definitely not a place I want to be in for more than 3 seconds. Elevator carpets were always dirty. One time the carpet was missing and I liked it that way! Made the elevator seem cleaner. The elevators smelled horrible. They put hand sanitizer machines inside the elevator. Seems like a good idea, until you use it. The sanitizer mists everywhere and you’re stuck in an enclosed space with the sanitizer in the air.

Great family friendly resort! Even though there were restrictions due to Covid, it was still a great time. The room was fully stocked with all supplies and amenities. It was super clean. We stayed in the Sabal Palm tower.

Our room was very stinky, made me feel like we werent in a clean room. Also the shower looked like it needed to be scrubbed. Rooms are comfortable and love the amenities of the property, staff are great otherwise I wouldve gave 1 star

What can I say!!? This place is awesome!! More upscale then others.. you check-in.. get your room(s).. then just basically life for the duration of your stay... theres plenty to do in the immediate area.. a huge Casino directly accross the street.. a huge Walmart... and plenty of food everywhere.. or.. take a drive down to Miami... about a 30 min drive.. Miami has EVERYTHING!! Definitely worth the trip..

Hotel manager and supervisor should be terminated for allowing what could be a fantastic resort run to the ground!!Still here and cant get any sleep because of the partying thats going on for second night in a row!! Avoid this property at all cost!!

The rooms are immaculate, we rented a 2 bedroom unit. I was there to say goodbye to my grandmother after declining in health and needing to have a short notice funeral. The manager was so understanding and extended my stay at current last minute prices, with her and the staff providing a beautiful sympathy card that truly touched my heart. Service was amazing to say the least. Everyone followed strict covid guidelines, with masks and pool occupancy limits. Although some recreational games were closed off due to covid restrictions, overall the experience and stay there was worth it. A big thank you to the Club Wyndham Palm-Aire manager and staff.

The refrigerator did not work so we came back to spoiled food and thawed meat we were going to use Saturday... had checked the settings and they were set to the coldest level. Front desk changed our suite... moved into a musty smelling wheel chair accessible smaller suite that we could not hang our clothes in the closet... paid a lot of money to have the Discovery level membership and all they wanted was to sell the big package when I told them the last two times were bad experiences... they dont care unless they close another sale. Sales closer was the rudest person... sent an email to the Sales VP and have not had a response in 10 days. If this place represents Club Wyndham I recommend staying away from the whole company.

Today I checked into my suite at Wyndham Palm Aire and Im so disappointed. Check in is at 4pm and although I got there at about 4:20pm, I was told my room wasnt ready and I would be called when it was. Thats no big deal though as I would rather my room be cleaned properly so I went back to my car to wait. This property is pretty extensive with many buildings and many parking lots and one can easily see how very dated it is. I finally got called that my room was ready and I went to get room keys/wristbands. There was no help with luggage, no bellhop, no trolley, no one to help with directions on which of the many buildings to go to. Drove around for a bit then finally found the right building. Then I got lost trying to find a trolley for my luggage. I finally find one and get all my luggage up to the suite on the 3rd floor only to find that it didnt have the amenities I reserved. I had specifically booked a deluxe room to include a Jacuzzi, washer and dryer but none of that was there. I called guest services and first was told that there were no more rooms, then was told that I would have to wait until tomorrow when a manager was available to decide if my room could be switched or not. I asked how a facility so big would not have a manager available at 5:20pm then suddenly a manager became available. The manager said that a deluxe room was available but I would have to go back to the lobby to get the keys changed. No help with luggage was offered. No apologies for any inconveniences given. So I cart my luggage back down to my car, drive all the way back to the lobby and encounter the receptionist who initially checked my in to the wrong room. Again, no apologies for any inconveniences, no admission of mistakes made. NOTHING! I get the keys changed and find the new building, cart my luggage up to the 3rd floor again and finally get to my deluxe suite. Im unimpressed. To make matters worse, theres no linen for the pullout sofa. I call guest services again to ask as to where I would find the linen and Im told that the linen has to be brought up to my room. I am STILL waiting on the linen. My reservation was for 2 adults and 2 children. Why would they not already have the linen in the closet? It is now 10:30pm and I still have no linen for the pullout so my husband and I cant go to sleep. This is beyond terrible service (especially for a property that calls itself a resort and charges high prices) and I will not be returning to this property. Wyndham needs to do better. This is an unacceptable level of service!

We have stood in Wyndham Royal Vista and Wyndham Sea gardens and now Wyndham Palm Air. This Wyndham Palm Air is at the bottom of the list. Before we booked, we called them due to Covid-19 to make sure everything was operational and that the pool with slide and mini golf was open which we were told it was.1) We check in and walk to the pool area for my kids to go on the slide only to find out the slide is closed off. 2)Our first day checking in we Took a shower and the shower drain is not draining and we are taking a shower with the water pooling at our feet. That same day we are making breakfast in the kitchen and we see a live German Roach. We call the front desk and they said they will fix the issue at 9am when there staff comes in. 3) but they make no attempt to apologize for what we just told them.We leave and go to beach and hours later come back to a note in the room saying they sprayed for roaches and fixed the drain, ok great. 4) we leave for dinner and we come back to the room only to find another live German roach in the kitchen. At this point I call the front desk and tell them we need to get out of this room ASAP as I didn’t come in with roaches and don’t want to bring roaches back home with me. Again received no apology other than we can change out your room. They downgraded our room saying this is the only one available and moved us to another building and offered no help to move our bags. 5) I even asked if they can move us to Wyndham Royal Vista and they said we needed to call to see if they had availability and said they would not be able to call even though they are both Wyndhams.6) now we are stuck in a smaller room with no view and people near by in the room next to us smoking weed.This by far is the worst Wyndham resort in this area. I should have went back to Wyndham Royal Vista. If you are an Wyndham owner, stay clear of Wyndham Palm Air. Even after all these issues, they made no attempt to accommodate our stay. I will never return, and probably never become an owner.

First time staying at a Wyndham hotel.Unfortunately there was trash everywhere on my building. Lobby had trash and even inside the elevators. Which I never expected in a hotel. Also had kids running around the center lobby at 10 PM making a lot of noise, you can hear them across all floors.* Smell of marijuana all over the buildings*Rooms are nice and the staff are great.

Large, comfortable rooms. Two big pools with plenty of sun loungers and copious (free) beach towels. WiFi works well. A little dated, but clean and super friendly / helpful staff and holiday-makers. Pictures are from our balcony - we were very fortunate to have pool-facing accommodation - thank you!

Grounds were very nice. Social distancing signage was posted and visible. Disappointed pool hours were reduced to 7pm. Residents were extremely loud past 3am well after quiet time curfew. Security seems to monitor the wrong infractions as opposed to more egregious disruptions. Staff were courteous and responsive to requests. Though you were greeted with assurances your room was cleaned thoroughly we still found remnants of former guests such as clothing on the floor. Overall I would recommend the resort for location, convenience and aesthetics.

Nice place, however guest services is horrible! I needed to speak to 500 people to voice myself and place a complaint. And after that hustle, they told me that they can’t do anything about it but they can offer me a late checkout, 1 week after checking out! This must be a joke! I would give 0 stars for guest services aka front desk. I hope the general manager sees this comment and do something about his employees.

We booked this location at the last minute that our cruise was cancelled. We flew from TN to FLL just in hopes to enjoy some FL sunshine. Booking and check- in was easy. I went to the main desk when checking in and was informed to obtain our parking pass we would need to visit another Wyndham desk that was adjacent to check-in. We were then offered by a man named Adius that we could have 2 free tickets to the Jungle Queen excursion, 2 free Cabana’s at the beach and a 20% off coupon of alcohol at the beach if we would sit though a 90 minute presentation (time share sales pitch). Being excursion-less and plan less since our cruise was cancelled we said yes to the deal. Let me just say STAY AWAY from the time share sales pitch! Our sales rep Sam and his manager Dallas went above and beyond to humiliate, discriminate and offend us today! Sam informed me that he did not want to speak to me regarding financial decisions because I was not a man, and Dallas called me a liar saying that I booked this resort only for the “gifts” and was not pressured for anything - and that we were never directed from front desk check in to another desk for a parking pass. Sam proceeded to tell us that he has children to support and we wasted his time. All at the same time he was aware that we had 2 teenagers waiting for us and got very upset with us that we had plans for the day after his screaming sales pitch. We were above and beyond offended by the screaming behavior of Sam and Dallas.

If I could add no stars I would. My girlfriend and I, along with my young child booked this to use the last bit of our timeshare points and was VERY disappointed. We arrived late night and this place is not safe. There were groups of people hanging in parking lots of the resort. When we parked and walked to our building two men that were leaving turned around to follow us in. We were not offered water at check in which is a normal thing at every other resort so we left to get water and again did not feel safe. Security is a joke, they don’t even make the groups of people leave or go to their room to insure quiet time. We left the very next morning and we had it booked until Monday. I would never recommend this resort.

Worst experience ever. People running in the halls, party above, below my room. Trash being thrown off balcony. Fire alarmed pulled at bbn 1:30 am. Saw a maintenance worker advised him what was happening and he states that happens every day. Wow

Phenomenal resort.. so many amenities..pools, jacuzzi, full kitchen, washer/dryer, living room, dining room, huge bedrooms, great staff & things to do in the area are posted in the lobby. If u ever get a chance to go to any Wyndham or RCI resort.. u wont be disappointed

The hotel itself is nice. Rooms are spacious but yall....THERE ARE ROACHES I will add photos later but I just And its not just a few either.

People complaining about the roaches must have never lived in Florida. This place is a free for all you can come and do whatever you want nobody has nerve to say anything. This is Pompano Beach the hood that raised world famous Kodak Black. Walk 2 blocks and you can buy anything under the sun. Just be safe dont walk around at night off property. Security here is 1 guy in a gaurd house and low fence all around with lots of unlocked gates. The Casino is a sad little joke built for the old folks of palm aire. I recommend either Seminole Coconut creek or Hard Rock in Hollywood. Dont forget to lock youre car stay safe. PS Ive never spent the night just lived here since before the timeshare when it was just an old spa from the 1960s then they through up two buildings and a pool and called it Wyndham.

Good food, good drinks (after waiting in line) fun activities. Decent rooms. However if you drink soda/pop its a little hard to get. The wifi sucks and needs repair/updating didnt have in my room despite being less than 20ft from a router

Another Great Wyndam experience! Beautiful resort with great service. Parking isn’t the best but if that’s all you have to worry about then it makes for a good trip. Rooms were clean. The master bath is spacious with a huge walk in shower. Close to the casino with lots of poker action. I’ll be back for sure!

No service at all. No clean towels and ran out of toilet tissue. Did not pick up trash. We were there for three days. Would not go back. They did not tell me up front that they have cleaning service every eight days, nor did they say that at checkin! Also had to wait awhile for the one elevator.

Nice, not to many people telling you what to do, good place for big party

We absolutely enjoyed our stay here. Everyday they have a list of activities to do at the hotel. My kids favorite was the animal show and mine was the movie (the grinch) by the pool with free popcorn. We hardly left the resort due to so much going on around us which we loved! The only reason I gave it 4 starts instead of 5 was because on our floor outside the windows was dead birds that did not settle well with the kids seeing. If it was not for that it would have got 5 stars all the way! We look forward to going back soon.

Not too bad. A/C didnt work, blows but never got that cold. There was also sugar ants in the kitchen and in the bathroom.

The stay was poor because when we first checked into the room the air conditioner is not working nor was the refrigerator getting cold we called The front desk /maintenance they said it was too late for us to change your room due to the fact because I called at 11:30 12 o’clock the night of check-in there was mold on our pillowcases there was mold in the coffee maker it was beach sand inside of the dryerWe were told the room does not have Air condition it only runs on fan that is how the rooms are now according to the front desk.With the refrigerator not working the night of checkin and being told I cannot switch my rooms Friday the night of check-in I had to throw away many groceries Saturday morning due to the fact refrigerator was not getting cold .imagine offering your kids a bowl of fruit loops With warm milk .In the mist of checking out I asked to speak to the manager the manager on site was Reno GoodwinWhen we had spoke on the situation at hand he said there was nothing he could do because I did not physically come down to the front desk and ask for a room change Then when I tried to explain the conditions that our room was in and how many times I had called / he did not want to understand or believe me he did not want to physically go to the room with me so I can explain to him the mishaps I had encountered then he began to argue with me and said do you not understand English! I feel so disrespected that a man would even raise his voice and speak to any women as such .I would not be writing such a detailed review if I was not upset due to the fact over the past seven years I’ve stayed at this property many times before including the times that I have stayed at Wyndham Santa Barbara I’m also not writing this review to get any of the cleaning and maintenance employees in trouble I’m writing this complaint in regard to the manager on site .I feel racially profiled, with the way I was spoke to ,treated , laughed at in my face And made out to be a liar .When the proof is there .So I asked if he couldn’t doing anything for my family should I call cooperate he said “if I were to call they can not do anything for me . “I spoke with corporate they told me to ask for the director ,the director of the Wyndham Palm Aire property I believe goes by the name Eddie .when I asked Mr. Goodwin if I could speak to the director he says ‘“there’s no such thing!”But the concierge next to him had made the statement that Eddie might not be in his office at the moment. So he also had made another false statement.Then when we went to the topic of discussion of the MOLD being on my pillows I said I understand why there might be mold on the linens due to the fact the room was probably closed for a period at a time . moisture creates mold. when we walked in the room the carpets were damp from moist, the linens were damp due to the fact that the room had been locked up , anyone with common sense in living in Florida would understand that .when I explained the situation to Reno, he still insisted that I had placed mold on pillowcases and flat sheets!Do I plan on returning maybe ,just because it is an amazing property.but this was by far the worseAnd most Embarrassing moments of my life ,being talked to as if my concerns didn’t matter .I pray no one else experiences what I had to this morning .Mr.Reno I’m praying you learn how to be kind to one another .

The room was large and modern. They had lot of activities and many pool areas. Gym was big and new and in the locker room was sauna and steam room. They have sister hotels, one of them being by the beach and you are allowed to use their utilities, which was great! Also very helpful and friendly staff.

A nice clean place. Rooms are amazing and amenities are great. Have to get to the pool early because everyone comes out at 7:40am and puts towels on all the chairs to save their place. Nice ponds with sidewalks around them.

Wow!!! Love the kind welcome and amazingly new and clean rooms. The environment at Wyndham Palm-Aire is very welcoming and relaxed. Our room is beyond comfortable for our large family. Having access to in room laundry and a fully equipped kitchen is super helpful! I always love the option to leave items you buy simply to use on vacation that you can leave for others to enjoy! Pool supplies etc are not always easy to pack up and usually pretty low expense, so leaving them for the next family to use at the pool and water slide is a perfect idea.

Me and my husband were in town for a wedding. Room was a great size and had everything that was needed. We had a one bedroom with the two full bathrooms and that was a great touch. The full kitchen was great and the living room was also. The only problems I had was that the air conditioner was a bit loud and the walls was a bit thin so you could hear other people moving things around and flushing the toilets. Overall I would stay here again.

It was nice having a full apartment for my stay. Gated community and very secure. Hallways were overly bright. Unit was clean and comfortable. Would def stay here again.

Room is out of date. A little run down. Outside pool area needs maintenance. Location is awful and unsafe. Police in all stores. Worker jumped in front of us in elevator when we were carrying a lot of stuff. Employees did not force guests to wear masks.

Great family experience for kids and mature adults. The resort has a vibrant activity center with activities for all to do. The staff was very helpful and made guests feel comfortable. The 2 bedroom unit with a fully equipped kitchen had adequate space and amenities to make our stay comfortable. The pool at the main building where we stayed was great. There is Superwalmart within walking distance and TGIF. The in-house deli and bar was good value for money. Would definitely recommend this resort!!

A great location and well kept rooms. As usual with Wyndham resorts, the staff is friendly and helpful. The on-site amenities include several pools, a deli, pool bar and mini-golf. They also have tennis courts, a basketball court, shuffleboard and a sand volleyball court. If you want to head to the beach, a free shuttle will take you to the sister resort, Royal Vista. Quite nice as well.

An amazing resort offering a lot of amenities, also close to a beautiful golf course with 18 holes .There’s also available a very big gym where three times per week they offer free Zumba classes !There are two big pools: one for adults only and on the other there’s slides for the kids; there is also a very good animation team every day.A mini-golf and a pool bar complete the ground floor of this huge resort surrounded by beautiful flowers and plants , all well kept!2nd time here, hopefully back next year️

Great place! Not far from Miami and many more attractions. The grill inside the Wyndham is phenomenal! Steak sandwiches were unreal and the sausage sandwich was remarkable and I’m from Philly! Wow

Fortunately I have been blessed to stay at the Wyndham palm Aire three times. They never disappoint. I always have spacious accommodations luxuriously appointed great views and plenty of activities if I choose.. I availed myself of some of the public lounge areas and what I call my personal pool. The Wyndham Palm Aire was a great choice for me. My thanks to Adius , my concierge, Rhonda, and the rest of the front desk staff. They were all very warm friendly and highly professional.

Very exclusive and secluded, Club Wyndham Palm-Air is the perfect place to relax and enjoy yourself to your hearts content. 24 hour security guards at the gated entrance check and verify all visitors with you and only allow those that you approve of, in.

Great complex, we stayed here for two nights and could have stayed longer, good location and not to far drive from fort lauderdale center, there was lots todo with onsite entertainment and bar. The mini golf was fantastic considering its at no extra cost, the pool was clean and a good temperature, it also had a volley ball pitch etc. The room was fantastic it was a good size not cramped even with 6 of us with a great balcony. Great facilites onsite too.

Beautifully decorated suite. The kitchen has everything you need! Clean, well kept, great pools and spa. Allowed us to relax and rest. So many great places to,play and shop in the area. Only complaint is the loud music around the pool area. We had a balcony unit overlooking the pool. Loud music was a bit annoying at night.

I loved the roominess but there were some issues. The doors are extremely loud, you verily shut them and it is like a slam, The morning I was leaving to head home the coffee pot quit working so I called down to front desk and couldn’t get a new pot cause front desk people couldn’t get it, they wanted me to wait for 7-7:30 in order to get one. The worst of all is when you check in they book you for a meeting to learn about Wyndham properties which is fine I don’t mind setting through that but when they pressure you and don’t give up to buy into it.... well NO means NO! This was my husbands first time to Florida and I wanted it to be great!

Very beautiful place more for families not geared for singles or people who enjoy nightlife activity. Doors close at 8pm.kinda boring.

Great place with great service

Rooms and furnishings were grand. Outdoor pools were well furnished, with a bar, deli, and TVs about. Location is idea. All sorts of activities, in and out, to meet a diversiry of interests, including a 15-10 minute drive to the beach and if you play golf its walking distance.

Facilities we great, lots to do on resort for kids and adults. Rooms were clean and seemed recently renovated.Location of resort not fantastic. Except for nearby Casino not much to do within walking distance and most other Ft Lauderdale points of interest are a 25+ minute drive away, often in heavy traffic.No really good restaurants close by either, Casino has decent meal options and a couple of chain restaurants within walking distance. Walmart Supercenter nearby if you prefer to cook yourself, BBQs available on resort and decent equipped kitchens in suites.Resort offers shuttle to beach but only leaves twice in the mid morning, it would be better if there was a regular schedule throughout the day.Overall a decent resort if you dont mind having to drive or ride share everywhere, but enough to keep you busy on the resort for a day or two.

There are two well maintained pools so plenty of room for everyone as well as hot tubs and children play areas. Also a tubular slide. The condo units are large and nicely decorated with a washer and dryer in each unit. It is located near all kinds of restaurants and just across the street from Pompano Park. Ocean is only a short drive away.

Places nice Very friendly front desk concierge. Very close to golf course love that part. Just need courtesy van to be able to take you to the golf course.

Liked my experience here. I tend to stay at hotels that I will like, mostly because I do my homework prior.I must find good value in a hotel price, facilities, service, team staff and location correlation.This one is good. Ok facilities. Good room size.Best of all good price value.Location was great and the group of guests were tons of fun.Ill stay here again.

This was a very good vacation. Went there for the first time. When I booked, I didnt realize that it was a club resort. Got a 1 bedroom condo and it was excellent. For the type of hotel, I thought that a washer and dryer would have been included in the condo, instead of a laundry room. Nice quiet atmosphere, but with activities for everyone.

Check in process is extremely slow! They indicate check in is at 4pm but they do not have enough cleaning people so we got our room at 7:00pm!!! We could not request a certain view or building? We were put on a waiting list as number 1 for our room to be changed to a nicer view (instead of the garbage/construction site)! We never got called for the room change in 3 weeks here even though we have witnessed many daily checkins! Nobody cares about your problems! Construction wakes you up at 7:30am with steel containers are getting thrown onto concrete!! No one calls me back from management to address this! Stay away!

When i first booked this resort it looked like a ok resort to be staying in but when i walked into the room my expectations were exceeded by a lot from the.wrap aroud balcony to the jacuzzi tub i was pleased

We stayed here in September, the hotel itself was nice but I reluctantly signed up for that timeshare seminar thing they do, and canceled the next morning cause I was there for a wedding and just didn’t have time to go. Well the girl told me it was a refundable $40 deposit for it and no matter what I would get my money back, she even showed me when I went to cancel on her tablet that my money would be refunded. Well it never got refunded, I wanted till weeks after we got home and still didn’t have my $40 back, i disputed it with the bank and guess what still don’t have my $40 back cause this hotel is saying it’s something I paid for blah blah blah and the bank is on their side, when I clearly have a receipt that says REFUNDABLE deposit now I’m out another $40 after already playing $700 something for our whole stay. I won’t be going back and I will probably not be staying at another Wyndham property again cause it should be this much of a hassle to get my $40 back!! Please be aware of the timeshare thing they kinda force you into when you arrive for check in.

I absolutely love this resort. Its peaceful and just enough excitement just a walk downstairs. I would definitely book this for a staycation or if I lived out of state.

Friendly, Professional people, My opinion, dont buy a Timeshare not fully convinced that its not a scam. There should be a trial period for timeshares longer than ten days. Its high pressure sales that doesnt give you a chance to investigate them or even think about it. Once your in, your in forever not just your lifetime but who ever you Will it to or sell it to, so are they. If its such a good thing they should let you get out of it at anytime you want. They have total control over you and your vacation forever. They also continue to up sale you on points and other things on every vacation. Plus your interest rate is 17% which is totally out of line after ten years you pay a little less than double for your timeshare. There is a maintenance fee which is more out of line. Its spread over all timeshares not just yours and also continues to whom ever owns it. What they tell you sounds great just read between the lines before you make a final decision. My personal opinion possibly it might be a scam. I havent found anyone that was happy I looked on over 25 websites the highest rating I found was one and a half stars. No positives. Other then, they were super nice and promised the world. Also promised to be there anytime you needed help. Just think twice before you get into a timeshare its more than lifetime commitment with no escape until you pay it off. Is it worth the investment I would definitely say no, at least for me. Dont forget to reread what I wrote before you make your decision.

This place is really nice, the staff are top notch, we have a great view from our balcony, all condos have balconies, great workout center, only our 2nd day so I will update this review soon,,,,,,,,,,,,Tuesday night and still happy, there was a polynesian show this evening, pretty cool!

Beautiful place to vacation in

The property is beautiful. Lots to do for all ages, such as, Pools, putt putt, a spa, kareoke, and a bar. They were in the process of renovating one of the buildings to keep everything nice. I have stayed at several Wyndham resorts. I have never been disappointed.

Th place is a very roomie and safe place to stay w your family.the pools all offer something different.the ice cream is a sweet touch. The kitchens are large and we used them daily. Beautiful views from every room ....
