Enjoyed our stay in the Ocean Palms building. Even though we were there during tropical storm ETA, we were able to be outside on our balcony, spend time at the ocean and enjoy the pools.The staff, as always, was friendly and willing to go above and beyond.The resort was clean and covid-19 measures are in place to help us all be safe.

The location is very good on A1A. The only thing is they didnt give us the view that we ordered. One of the elevators was out. If you are a tall or large person the sinks are set very low and the toilet is very small and low. The bed mattress is wonderful. Its close to the ocean.

Rooms were very clean, the staff was professional, they really practiced social distancing and stayed on top of cleaning every time someone left the pool chair. Kisses restaurant on site made the most delicious sandwich!! Really wonderful stay for the price to be right on the beach!

This my first experience here and so far I love it. My room was so clean everything was brand new. Glad I made this choice

In the middle of everything, loved my stay beach across the street casino up the block and 40 min pleasant drive to South Beach.

We stayed in 2 bedroom suite! It was really clean, nice layout, and huge like the size of 4 rooms in 1. Perfect for large families. Pools are reservation only but just beach is just across the street! Highly recommended Flannigans for dinner.

Due to technical difficulties I wasnt able to enjoy my stay for medical reasons. Due to their Safe being an older model and Did not Work properly...Then asked what type/size hot tub. No answer on standard or measurements. I apologize if being disabled is an aggravation. I hope All others that Stay Here are Treated With More Common Courtesy...Make it A Great Day...

The resort was very beautiful and was spacious for our family get together of 20 people

Nice rooms. We had a 2 bedroom condo and there was great privacy. Kitchen was pretty updated. Cons: lightning in bathroom and shower were poor, water pressure was terrible in shower, patio area could use some TLC, our phone didnt work so it was difficult to call front office. Overall the grounds are pretty nice! We had fun at the pool when we were able to go. And easy access to the beach!

First stay with Wyndham as an owner. Paid for a discounted excursion to the Jungle Queen only to not be given vouchers from high pressure sales staff when we didn’t buy more points. So we drove 30 mins to the excursion only to be turned away.Front desk people were rude and unhelpful with any of our needs or in rectifying screwing up our only Friday in Pompano.Do not fall for buying into Wyndham. Once they have you, they just try to bleed you for more at every visit, and treat you poorly if you don’t comply..

As a long time Wyndham owner I am shocked at the treatment I received. I was coerced into what they told me was a review of benefit changes where after finding out I was traveling with my boyfriend they persistently Kept asking me if he lived with me. Whan I told them that he did but it was none of their business and we do not share finances. They refused to continue the meeting unless I rescheduled with him. This is unbelievable! Im financially independent and I choose who I share that information with. I dont know how you people sleep at night after you lie to get you to attend a sales pitch you call a review of benefits then treat a woman as if she cant be financially independent without a man with her. This is 2020 not 1820!

We loved staying here the staff is great the room was recently renovated we were close to the ocean the food in their little cafe was very good we plan on coming back.

We have had the most spectacular service here. The employees are so amazing and eager to help you enjoy your stay to the fullest. They include coupons for activities and restaurants in the local area as well as making sure your room is perfect for your needs. Thank you for making this a very memorable stay already and we are only our 3rd day in!! Shout out to Sheri and manager Megan for being so helpful and giving their all in customer service. We appreciate you two so much!

Great place to stay. We werent able to fully enjoy it, being that many things were shut down for the Rona. We had to make reservations for pool times, which worked out okay, being that there are 3 pools. There was only one time that we were unable to get a reservation, on a short notice. Our condo was nice and fit all 6 of us comfortably. We had a private patio that led out to a nice shared patio. We were in the Ocean Palms building. The private beach access was nice, but the water is nicer down in Fort Lauderdale and Hollywood beach. If we could do it again, we would stay closer to Hollywood beach. We did meet with a Wyndham sales rep to go over the timeshare options. He got pretty pushy until we told him we would think about it and made an appointment to meet with him the next day. We had no intentions to do so and texted him and let him know. Hate that we wasted two hours (was supposed to be 30 min) of our vaction time doing so. He was trying to sell a $60,000 loan to my retired 71 year old mother-in-law.

Room was dirty - see pictures. We asked three times (three different days) to have feces cleaned on the outside steps leading to rooms and outside ledge - three workers said they would take care of and didnt - see pictures. Bath tub is the shower very strange - dangerous climbing in and out.Pictures attached of dirty room and feces.

During our whole stay all but one of their pools was shut down funneling supposed max of 24 people into one pool. So while they required pool reservations, a max of 24 is well beyond the ability to social distance at least 6ft. They should have utilized all the pools.Most people did not wear masks in common areas. Even the staff was more often wearing masks on their chins or below their noses, with one individual that brought stuff to our room not wearing a mask at all.Overall a rather stressful stay.

Our contract showed the building in your photo. It also said we would have a balcony/patio. When we arrived they put us in a different building, in a room near the pool without a balcony/patio. I immediately went to the office to complain because my wife was so upset. They said there were no other rooms available. When I returned to the room, I noticed the tiki bar was just below our bedroom window. I complained the following day. They said there werent any rooms available.

Such a beautiful resort. I only live 10 miles away and I still really enjoyed my week at the Sea Garden. Thank you x3

The location of this hotel was decent, being right across A1A from the beach (after walking through the pool area that belongs to this resort as well). Though there are not many retail or restaurant options within walking distance, unlike other sections of the beach further north or south of this location, so a car is needed for that. There were 3 or 4 pools that we could register (due to Covid) to use for this resort, non of them are anything special, basically just a regular swimming pool and small compared to other resorts. The grounds are dated and nothing great, minus the decently updated area in the center of the resort that has a couple benches and sitting areas amidst some decent landscape, water features, etc. The room we had, a 2 bedroom suit in the Ocean Palms tower, was a nice layout for my wife and I with our 4 children - though the beds in the 2nd bedroom seemed smaller, like double or full beds, rather than queen beds - which is what we expected from the reservation. One of our children elected to sleep on the queen size pullout in the living room instead. You can tell the property is dated, though they have attempted to add some lipstick to this pig. There is a gated parking garage in the tower, though it filled up the 2nd night of our stay.We unfortunately had some poor experiences here as well:- Part of my comment on the property being dated was very apparent in our room. Our master bedroom door had a large gash down the center of the door. There was a large hole and some cracks in the tile in the kitchen. There were other scratches or gashes on other areas as well (doors, walls, etc) throughout the room that show how this property is not treated well. On our first night, trying to get things ready for bed - we didnt have any bedding for the pullout bed. We tried calling the front desk for a long period of time without any answer. Eventually I just took the long walk down to the lobby and requested the bedding in person. The worst part of our stay though, was issues with other guests. Our downstairs neighbors were partying, doing drugs, and being very loud throughout the night (until 3 or 4 AM) both nights. The smell and the noise was very frustrating. Riding the elevator the first night it was obvious someone was just smoking pot in the elevator. Also, walking through the main courtyard or the last morning when playing in the pool with my kids, there were other guests smoking marijuana on their balconies. This is not necessarily the hotels fault, but it is a sign of what this hotel is starting to draw and why the quality of the resort is not as good as we expected.All in all, I do not plan on returning to this resort with my family any time soon.

Our 2 BR 2B condo was beautiful, roomy & updated. Fully stocked Kitchen. Very safe , gated parking/entry. Very Quiet. The gardens and pools were gorgeous. It is across the street from the ocean front but they do have one of their pools on the oceanfront side. We enjoyed our balcony view of the canal with all the beautiful boats and yachts passing by. I highly recommend Sea Gardens and plan to go back again soon

I loved it here! It was me, my husband, 15 yr old daughter, 8 yr old daughter & 3 yr old daughter. The rooms were really nice & clean. We had our room, the other room had 2 beds & in the living room the couch was a pull out bed. And 2 bathrooms. Its like a 3 minute walk to the beach. We stayed a week & went to the beach for a couple days. When we checked in we got a card for a free cabana at the beach. We brought a beach umbrella with us but one day used the cabana. At the beach they had jet skis so we did that. The beach also had snorkeling & long board paddling. I dont remember how many pools they have but we went to two of them. One pool was right outside of our room so we went to that one mostly. I loved that they had events going on all day everyday. We did the ice cream social one day & a BBQ lunch another time. Our girls were happy with the ice cream social bc they gave you three scoops & had a lot of options of toppings. The BBQ lunch was really good as well even tho it was hamburgers & hot dogs the food was very good & worked out better bc I dont think our girls would eat pulled pork & stuff like that. They loved the hamburgers & hot dogs anyways. The pools were very clean. At the events they even had a DJ at the pool! They have BBQs grills by the pools so we used the one by our room for a few dinners. It was very quiet even for having a pool nine stories below us. The balcony was really nice & big! We could see the beach from it & the pool. I highly recommend Wyndham Sea Gardens! I wish I could put more stars! Everyone had a lot of fun & none of us wanted to come home! Lol

Spacious clean rooms, lots of fun activities, a friendly helpful staff and delicious on sight cocktails plus a really nice spa! Our deck was massive...we had a corner unit and our deck was big enough to park 3-4 cars! We also had a view of the lagoon from both our room and the deck.Prefect and priceless.

Wonderful amenities. Resort has some rooms on the ocean and some across the street. Has a tiki bar open most nights. Great place for people of all ages. Activities for kids and seniors.

Loved this place. Depending on which building, direct or non-direct beach access or views. The great staff, rooms, facilities, location, and for our vacation - weather. Close to groceries, restaurants, etc. Extremely pleased with my stay. Three different pools. Will definitely be back.

Units need a little bit of maintenance, but thus far a great place to stay.

The place is nice,though there are some things that need repair. The staff, though was rude, unhelpful and did not communicate with us well at all. I wont be back.

Very nice resort with beach access. The room we had however was lack luster. Three calls to get the A/C serviced that broke down, the third call was about how filthy the filter was and this was never corrected. Other problems included a dishwasher that did not clean or a patio door that would not shut. Would give the resort another shot in hopefully a different room.

Great room, but location close to a lot of noise every morning before 8 am.

At first it looks like Nice place on the beach. Room was clean , but smells wierd! Pool area didnt have umbrellas or any kind if shades? No shower to clean sand, and pool had a lot of sand . . Very humid in the room, so All clothes is little damp. Fridge was leaking water .

Excellent location, suites are well stocked and comfortable furnishings. Facility activities were fun and engaging.We really enjoyed the Wed. Night live music with Butch and the DJ on Thursday too.We have a very strict diet, so to have a fully equipped kitchen was important to make our meals every day.The large patio was enjoyed each morning for the cup of coffee while we watched wild iguanas climbing the trees.Awesome experience.Will be back!

So far so good!! We had our jacuzzi leak and flood our room... they promptly took care of everything!!! We are glad to be owners!! Look forward to more vacations!!! We were lucky to be there for the first night the Tiki bar opened!!

The property was clean, the pool areas and grounds were nice. The rooms have been updated with paint, carpeting and appliances but the quality of the facility is poor. The walls are paper thin and you can hear every conversation in the outside hall way. Our sliding glass door to our balcony was old and wouldnt lock. The gym was small, didnt have much equipment and the equipment was very old. It was okay given the rates were pretty cheap. For what we paid it okay.

Overall, its a good place. The outside isnt ugly but it isnt attractive either. However, the inside is quite nice and very comfortable.

We stayed at Wyndham Sea Gardens after a cruise. It was a beautiful resort with beach access across the street. Everyone was helpful and respectful. Clean and spacious rooms. Thanks for a great stay.

The unit was great, but I was really disappointed in the service here. There was no follow through on anything they said at the front desk. They touted the curbside check-in process, but I followed all their directions and no one ever responded or helped. I finally went inside to check in. Then they were closing all pools except 1 and required reservations for time slots. They said they put me on a wait list and would let me know if they opened another pool. I looked later and noticed a lot of people playing in one of the previously closed pools, but no notice came to me. There were also people in a unit near mine being extremely loud after midnight and using illegal drugs. I called the desk and they said theyd send up security, but the disturbance never ended until the wee hours of the morning. I didnt like the lack of communication and follow through here and it was my least favorite stay over the last 20 years with Worldmark.

Ok so everyone is really nice. The room is so incredible that Id love to here. You have to schedule a pool time but thats because of covid but they are trying their best.

The room was very nice and every kitchen cabinet was well stocked. Also, there was a welcome basket with homey snacks in it. I did not like that you have to cross the business street to go to the front desk and heated pool area. Overall, I would stay at this hotel again.

My seaside condominium style deluxe studio suited my needs spectacularly!

It was a very pretty suite ,living room ,2 bedrooms with a Jacuzzi in the master bedroom ,kitchen was fully equipped with everything including the dish detergent ,really beautiful .There are swimming pools and spa in many different locations on the resort,the beautifully lit walkways are romantic and exotic its also a bird preserve in the walkways, the staff were friendly, the other guests were very friendly also. The premises has great parking, its a nice walk outside to a quaint street with the beach across the small street, walking distance to a few little shops and a restaurant,that has great coconut scrimp n fries, was yummy.only downfall was the beach wasnt impressive at all, water was very Brown, and a wall of thick seaweed between you and the water...but to lie and relax and hear the ocean...you will be good

Stay was pleasant. Bathroom wasnt clean so we had to clean entire space and wash shower curtains ourselves but the room does have its own washer and dryer. The washer though does not full up so u have to monitor to ensure clothes get washed properly. Pool area was clean and staff were friendly and helpful.

This wonderful Resort is my new favorite place here in South Florida. Im already planning my next stay. Cant wait to get back there. The staff is so helpful Lively and energetic. They took care of me amazingly I had no difficulties while I was there. Everything went smoothly, everyone was friendly and helpful. The facility is so elegant and well-appointed. Everything you need is there in your unit. My Views were spectacular and Ill include a couple of shots to support that. I got excellent help from a Adius and Jackie, as well as many others. I was sad to leave, but I will definitely be back.

Mini split in living area had broken/noisy fan. Both toilets initially did not flush . Simple thing like bedroom handle broken. Beds were fine. Loved the Tiki bar and beach music. Pool needed the heater they removed to have the Tiki bar. Check in was a pain b/c of their insistence on listening to a time share spiel....

Nice hotel with good activities. The only complaint is the pool person cleaning the pool a 5:00am every morning.

You have to make the best out of it. so it was the best. Private beach.

Some fixing need to be done in the rooms. And for COVID-19, they did a decent job.

Went here for a weekend. Lots of pools to choose from. Many activities such as shovel board, live bands a game room and family game nights. The rooms have claimant controls in each room. Large rooms. Three bathrooms in each room which is great when you take the family. The beach is just a short walk.

I dont know what kind of experience the other folks had reviewing this property but I guess it is hit or miss. My experience here was flawless and even though it is not a state of the art facility it is cozy. Everyone from maintenance to front desk and housekeeping is a sweetheart. Keep your expectations average and you will be impressed here. If this review helps you in anyway please thumbs up this review.

Check in was good until I found out it was a timeshare, property I stayed at was not what I booked online. Room was overall clean, spacious but somewhat out dated. I didn’t receive turnover service the next day.

Comfortable, spacious, and has everything you need. Gorgeous view and short walk to nice restaurants and the beach. Two pools and hot tubs, a bar on site.

Great resort in Pompano Beach area. Great location puts you right where you want to be. Plenty to do and see on the resort and in town.

Very nice service. Rooms are ok but little things are overlooked. Broken bathroom door handle and room wasnt properly clean beforehand. And the only elevator was out of service for our entire stay (4 nights). This was bad because we were on the top floor on the far end. We definitely got our exercise in. Pool was nice and has easy beach access. Overall our stay was nice.

Dark room, no spices as we usually have. Our part of the resort seemed to be ignored. After 4 days, some litter remained in place. Nice location to the beach though across the street. Nice, helpful staff.

Oceanview units are great as they are beach front properties. The garden view location is not so great (the first floor unit we stayed in had ants in the kitchen)

Very NOSEY staff eager to get you to go to a timeshare only to waste your time. Ive seen better properties. This definitely is not my favorite. The location was perfect, but the quality of the rooms needs an upgrade.The conjoining rooms should only be used with people that traveled together. No one wants to hear a screaming baby all night and early in the morning!

Vacation stay was wonderful. The room was clean. All the kitchen necessities were available to you. The staff was wonderful, we ask for additional towels, they came right away. The only bad thing I can say about this place is that we were in the south building & we had to go across the street for ice if we need it, but it was not a biggie. We just went to the local Walmart, got ice & kept it in the freezer, the whole time that we were there. Beach & watersports steps away.

We had an amazing experience at the Wyndham Sea Gardens. We were lucky enough to get a great view of the ocean. The weather was amazing the whole time there (mid August). The beach was just a short walk away and we spent a lot of time there. After the beach we went back to the resort pool and had a great time relaxing a little bit more. Directly across from the resort on the beach there was a spot where you could rent chairs/umbrellas, cabanas, paddle boards, kayaks, and even jet skis! If you want to do paddle boarding or kayaks the morning is the best time. Because we didnt get there in the morning we werent able to do kayaks or paddle boarding but we were able to do the jet ski rentals. IT WAS SO AWESOME! When we rented the jet ski it came with a cabana so that was really cool! I would definitely recommend this Resort as well as this area!

Nice suite units. The beach is across the street. There are nice public beaches within one mile. The hotel offers limited amenities. There are pools, a bar, and a small deli.

I had an amazing room with an interesting view. The service was lovely. I will return! Although it was raining I enjoyed my relaxing time there. Who wouldnt with a Jacuzzi in the room!

CLEAN and Friendly , doesnt have a real bar or resturaunt but a snack bar. It is direct across the street from the beach though and the staff makes up for the lack of ammenties for adults. Has great ammenties for kids just lacking for adults .

Howdy friends. I went to the Wyndham Sea Gardens Resort to visit some friends from out of town.. I found the resort quite nice, clean, and well located. Being across the street from the beach with a dedicated cross walk quite convenient and safe. Didn’t get to enjoy any of the amenities but I did notice the live music. Thanks for reading my review. Weve spent 3 holidays here and love it. The beach is never crowded

I am a Wyndham owner. This is not the best place I have stayed with them but it was cheaper on points. They are updating the units ours had a junky stove and tub. Aside from that however nice view of the ocean and everything else was just fine. I stayed in a studio for one week.

Excellent location very clean friendly staff has all what you need for a wonderful and relaxing vacation.

Most of the condos do not sit directly on the ocean front. You have to cross the street in order to get to the beach thats set aside for Wyndham owners. Other than that the facility is very nice and has very friendly staff.

The property is gorgeous. We stayed in the ocean tower, and the room was so spacious and comfortable. The pools are lovely and the hot tubs were so relaxing. I had a delicious pina colada at the tiki bar where I was surrounded by tranquil gardens.

Absolutely love this hotel. From the greetings coming in the door the hotel was very clean only one complaint. The toilet in the room was loose but overall would love to stay again!!

Closeness to beach; quiet area; good landscaping; should have a gas bbq grill nearby.

Bought a 4 night stay for my girlfriends birthday. After 2 hours realized the couch had bedbugs. The hotel would not move us, just kept saying they would do something about it at 9 am. Stayed on the phone continuously with hotels.com until 2:30 am until they sent a security guard to move them. Showed very little reguard for thier customers safety and health

Overall everything was amazing. Clean, safe, amazing view, close to the beach. Key West House was perfect. Staff at the concierge need more training on dealing with customers and their own tablets/computers.
