The pavilion has received some much needed love since the update of the water attraction. The shops and stores are a great place to grab some gifts for friends in colder climates! They sell nice coats, hats, and scarves!

Its a nice place to visit. Along with almost hidden area to sit and enjoy a break or danish. But I so wish it had more to the location. The frozen ride is to short. Needs location with actual relics on display.

While I absolutely miss The Maelstrom and that was the Norway ride we need back, Norway Pavillion is still one of my favorites. Dont forget to take the Viking Challenge at the drink booth if you date. Also can you please bring the Roll Cake back too? Thanks. Do that and you get 5 stars.

I am 32 years old and I cry every.single.time. I see Elsa sing Let it Go. Worth any wait. The museum (in the “church”) at this pavilion is also a nice place to cool down and usually has a pretty cool exhibit.

A fun Nordic themed pavilion with culture, quality merchandise, food (dont miss out on the school bread!), and the Frozen movie themed ride! Its a wonderful break from the Florida heat, for sure.

My favorite part of the World Showcase between the food and the display Gods of the Vikings which I read every bit of information I could in that building. The smoked salmon with egg and onion bagel was #2 top spot for food (after the lamb plate with lentils, hummus and mixed greens from Morroco).

We really enjoy Norway and Norse mythology. There is plenty of examples of both new and old traditions here. We especially love the house of gods, with Freya, Thor, Odin and Loki featured with likenesses carved in relic and paintings and excerpts of their respective histories.

I’m torn of how to review the Norway pavilion. Great atmosphere, nice shops, ok restaurant. One of the very few places that carries Iceland’s Einstok beer on tap. An actual “5” all around. However, let’s bring the “Frozen” ride into play. Yes we are completely biased and skewed being local Epcot veterans and like many in Orlando (that don’t have young daughters) we were ticked the Maelstrom was replaced with this ride (honestly...they could have put it in Magic Kingdom). We saw a 40 min wait time and decided to give it a shot. What an absolute horrible joke. Digital screens barely showing the characters, half a song and a couple “puffins.” I feel bad for any kid waiting in line with expectations. “Frozen” ride = “0”

We got stuck at the Norway pavilion during a prolonged torrential downpour. First I hid out in the bathroom. The mens bathroom at the Norway pavilion was VERY nice. Probably the cleanest and best maintained that I encountered in WDW. Then, we tried to make a run for it and ended up in the Norse mythology temple. Cool little spot with write-ups of several of the Norse gods. We then dashed to the Frozen ride. Since it had indoor waiting it was a great spot to wait out the storm, and the ride was fun!

One of the best pavilions in Epcot. The theming and attention to detail really immerses you in the experience. It also hosts a really fun and family friendly attraction, Frozen. Also ensure you look around at the different elements including the Stave Church and the Anna and Elsa Meet and Greet

Norways never been one of the most exciting stops along the world showcase. Maelstrom used to be a pretty cool ride, but barely worth the stop. Its replacement of Frozen Ever After is pretty much the same, but the trolls are cuter. The gift shop is huge, but doesnt have much I would consider all that unique, outside of the giant ugly Norwegian troll (read: not one of the cutesy Frozen ones) which is constantly covered by folks getting their picture with it (myself included). The food options here are fairly limited and fairly forgetful, although many folks seem to really dig the schoolbread at the bakery (Im not a fan of coconut. If youre pressed for time, Id pass this one over.

Honestly I never bother with putting reviews in, let’s face it, it takes time and energy and why bother after all, they’re not going change anyways. Norway Pavilion is the worst of all, probably because they don’t see sun and their suicide rate is sky high. The rudest staff ever, they don’t know what the word ‘friendly’ means, not even to kids. Staff who was on the shift that day, 08/21/18 was horrendous with kids during the ‘kidcot’, after all its for KIDS. And she clearly hates men, she was as rude to my husband as to my 8 year old, as they don’t have enough men in her country. Btw the most boring gift shop too.
