NOTHING BUT DOPE HEADS!!!!!!I am currently renting from this business I have mold, mildew, roof leaks, electrical issues literally have outlets melting off the walls. All my power is on one breaker. Got holes and soft spots all over in the mobile home.the landlady Amy tried physically fighting me when I asked for receipts and told her I’m calling a lawyer if things do not get fixed. I highly recommend passing when interested in renting from here. Don’t make the same mistake I did.This women called the cops on me trying to put me and my kid out during a pandemic!!!because I’m fighting them for unlivable conditions...Amy Jackson she’s that landlady in shady oaks MHP seriously..these people need to be shut down!

Management is terrible. The water smells like rotten eggs and when I try to bring it to the managers attention, I get ignored. Not to mention the home isnt leveled, theres spots on the floor where it feels like youre gonna fall through, branches from the many trees around be constantly break off and often times land where youd typically park your car or walk by.Just put the time and effort to live somewhere else, you might as well live in a death trap.

Place is quiet, tight community. Appriciate the time there.

Very well taken care of. they clean out all units before and after someone rents it. if it brakes they will fix it shortly after. owners are nice and friendly. great place to live. includes its own wash facility and soda machine.
