This Mobile Home Park says 18+ can live with 55+, however, they dont tell you until you apply that if you go on vacation or are in the hospital the person under 55 must leave when you are not there. This could cause a problem if you are not aware of it ahead of time. That said it is a very nice park, the management is very nice.

Oak Crest Mobile Park is around the lakes, but there is no way out, you will see only garbage cans and sheds, but Robert Jernigan, the founder of the park, built a wooden bridge and approach to the lake. The neighbors and management of the Oak Crest park are not friendly. You can see a note regarding traps for your pets on a weekend. Their friendliness is faked and demonstrated only for select favorites.

This is a nice trailer community next to alot of things in Orlando. The lot rent is low and there are beautifully kept mobile homes and lots. There is a small pond good for fishing too. The customer service at the management office is great. They are helpful and welcoming.
