Make sure before buying you look at the roof. My roof has a leak. Make sure to look underneath the house to make sure all your ac duck is there cause in my house it was missing. I never got a walk through on the house they just gave me the pin to box on the door and told me to move in. I asked them what about my walk through this place is a mess. To the point where they lost my deposit and sent me an eviction notice. Lucky I keep all my paper work they had deposited my deposit on someone elses lot. always changing management good luck on getting a hold of someone.

Every year lot rent raises. This Place also has a bunch of pot holes. workers that live in the community can do as please but others can’t. the only thing these people strive is to make there pockets fatter. Let’s not forget about all the cats living everywhere. AALSO WHEN YOU BUY ANY MOBILE HOME HERE TAKE A LOOK AT EVERYTHING THEY WILL SELL U A MOBILE HOME WITH LEAKS OR BAD AC BE AWARE

This place is wonderful the new management is working to make it a better place I have lived here for 16 years and what they have done is amazing! To all of the negative comments Rome wasn’t built in a day give the company time to get everything in order I have faith that they will work to make this a fabulous place for all of the community! We have a wonderful clubhouse and pools to enjoy with pavilions for BBQ’s events monthly basketball court and playgrounds I see families coming together we have Orange County police that patrol our community to help us keep it safe what more could you ask for! I would recommend this community to anyone!

I have had a long term family friend live there for many years. It isnt the most luxurious mobile home community however I would have to say with price, cleanliness, and location its one of the best in my opinion.

If you are thinking about living here ,think again. They say they are working on it. Maybe this 4th manager in 4 mo will do SOMETHING. ANYTHING.

Lot rent is beyond high, for living in a hurricane state, if your house gets ruined you will be too busy paying lot rent to fix it. Roads are in bad shape. Its a scam. The house may be yours but the land is not. Its cheaper to own your own land and pay taxes.

Clean, spacious and friendly community...

Management in never in the office. People park all over the place in the yards and block the streets. The pools seem to always be locked, specifically the one in the back. The roads are full of big pot holes that get worse every time it rains. Theres homes in here that look like they belong in the dump. And the lot rent is beyond high. To make matters worse the lot rent is all over the place. If you live in a really big home on a corner lot you pay less than in the middle of a street of homes, its bad in here. We had a drive by shooting in the back in broad daylight. I wish the main company that owns this place would come down here unannounced and stay a week and just look around, watch and see that you can never get anyone on the phone here or that the office is always locked and you cannot seem to get any answers. Come the weekend, just pray you get any sleep for the guns being fired and all the parties going on and that goes on during the week as well. Before you move in here please come in here and look on your own, even on the weekend. The teens run ramped are rude and out of control. I am praying for the day we can get out of here!!!
