This place is absolutely a horrible place. I always have to ask them over and over again to open the pool area, the gym area. Right now I am sitting and waiting and then there’s absolutely no one at the office or in the building the gym is still closed when it’s supposed to be open from 9 am to 4 pm this is not the first time I have dealt with this. I want to spread the word because this place needs a rude awakening because they are absolutely disgraceful. Very unprofessional.

Cheap homes nice place to chil

I don’t recommend anyone living here because. The owners have the people with homes near the exit keep their home and front yard presentable because that’s the first homes people see but they don’t think about the gate. This is a gated community but the gate never works. Either someone ends up braking the gates or the owner never fixes it. And when he does it only lasts a few days and the entrance gets backed up because people that don’t live here can’t get in and then the people that actually do have to wait for someone to let them in. And then there’s the matter about them spraying some sort of bug sprays on the lawns but the bugs which only makes the bugs go into the houses. And we’ve brought it up to the owners and they’ll just say that they’ll do something about it but they never do. And they have all these crazy rules but then they don’t follow them themselves.

I did noticed the security gate being accessed, on more than one occasion, by non-residents. I also noticed that the gym in the club house was un-ready for several days but I will also like to point out that there are some good people here. They had a bbq one day and they fed me and didnt ask me for anything. For that I am grateful and giving these guys an, I like it rating. The pool was also big, clean and super fun. Very quiet, nice layout and spacious community. The staff was helpful. They have a nice pool and great clubhouse. They have a reasonable lot rent and even have financing assistance available. Worth a glance if ur looking for a good community.

Was, is the key word, the lot rent is too high and goes up every year and theres no security inside the park and the gates are always broken, but most of all they allow people to get away with not paying for current tags that other residents DO pay! Everyone has had something stolen here and its noisy...the front office is nice, but dont do anything about complaints

Office doesnt do anything fun pool has too many rules I wont take my child if they cant swim there floats. The housings have rules on them and the property its on, ridiculous.

I live here it a great location. Staff and manegment is great. Very clean. And great for familys. Its nice. Lots of family activity s. I love it!.

Basically what Mai Tai does is lure you in to buying a cheap mobile home (not even really that cheap),moving in and then raising the rent yearly or adding charges for services like fertilizing turf or trash removal.First, lawn maintenance is very basic and they do not fertilize anything.(not that I want chemicals sprayed around my house anyways but dont bullcrap the community)Second,trash removal is lazy.your trash must fit inside of the trash can and it cant be too heavy or the workers wont even try.You have a microwave to dispose of?Forget about it.itll sit on your from lawn for months before management sends you a letter saying to remove it.Management is full of worn out people who cant even crack a smile to save their lives.theyve been here for so long that theyre basically robots programmed to shoo away residents that come forward with real concerns.Park manager isnt the most friendly man in the world.he works behind the scenes and sport a big old frown on his jaw.never does he integrate himself with the community or residents.its probably better to stay that way,he knows the type of people that live in this neighborhood.Management have seen customers (residents) come and go and theyre used to it but to those that have resided here for long years get awarded with the a preference medal to wear in their faces and display as if worthy of honor.If a long time neighbor has a feud with you and wants you out,usually the one that has resided here the longest will win and someone will have to go even though we all pay the same lot rent.Got a complaint to make to management?You better know the manager himself or someone who works close to the manager because you will basically get told we will deal with it,go home.But in reality they never deal with it unless its convenient to them.you can nag all you need baby but you wont be heard around here unless you got some seniority.Gated community is a joke.theres probably no better joke than mai tai security or gates.On the entrance banner itll display that its a safe gated community but right past that welcoming banner you see the gates that have been broken again an again and AGAIN.By who? Who knows.probably outsiders trying to come here and buy some heroin.Could it be done by the communities own residents? Wouldnt doubt it,since management will not give you a gate code to type in at entrance.rhey will want you to buy a card or a remote for 20$.each.20$? For what? For the one week of the month that the gates are operational?.Mai Tai village has policies that very well remind me of a 55+ community.such as!pool rules which states that you cannot dive in ,jump in,wear anything but beach shorts,no floaties ANYWHERE near the pool,no splashing water,no noise,no beach balls.They have a kiddie pool which is about a foot deep that serves not only for babies to play in but also for the 1,000 mai Tai stray cats to drink water from and bathe in.Sure you pay 630$ for your lot a month and it sounds cheaper than an apartment.Sounds like freedom right?You bought your trailer home that you now own and you pay for the lot.paying and assuming you have some type of freedom to at least roam around the lot perimeter that you are RENTING.Wrong! You cannot leave any objects of any kind outside.theyll either be stolen or management will consider it an eyesore to neighbors.Its hot outside right? Why not walk outside shirtless to enjoy the September breeze?BECAUSE YOU CANT.NOT ON THIS SIDE OF PARADISE MY FRIEND.A letter from the office will be delivered to your doorstep to notify you of the crime youre acussed of.Neighbors complaining about a shirtless man running loose around their house will be the Mai Tai Jury case.Some people are worried about their kids seeing a shirtless man outside.I say HBO late night doesnt start that late at night and if youre worried about a man shirtless outside watering his garden then youre probably part of the 50% pedophile community in Mai Tai.

Its a good place is a good atmosphere the neighbors are good the only problem is that the control access the gates people keep breaking them and theres no security cameras to verify who broke it .Every year they raise the rent we are paying $620 for a single. And the front desk never know nothing or they are not there at all.

I have to say that Mai Tai is really a nice place to live. The community is beautiful and the staff has always done a great job keeping up with the grounds. As far as the front office goes...ALL of the ladies, Barb, Maria, Cici and even Angie have been excellent! They are always so nice and courteous. Anytime I have an issue, they resolve it right away. As a matter of fact, they go beyond what they should and dont get enough credit or even a thank you! The only reason I dont give this place a 5 is because of most of the residents who live here...not all but most. Ive had my car broken into. My house egged and my neighbors house was broken into as well.. all on separate occasions. Some people keep up with their homes and take much pride in where they live while others dont give a crap and make the community look bad. I cant even let my 11 year old son out to play because of all the disrespectful and bad ass kids that hang out all over the streets at all times of the night..Thats due to bad parenting, not bad grounds management. I can bet that those that have something negative to say is because they werent probably following the rules in the first place and had a sour experience with managment. Overall, Ive had a good experience...Thanks again to the staff!

They dont deserve any stars. This place is not a gated community the damn gates are always broke or not working. The people that work there besides the maintenance And Barbara Are the only ones that the people talk to the rest of them are all full of sh#%. They HOA fees go up every year and they come with a lame excuses. They fake no license security guy they have looks drunk most of the time sitting in they white pickup half the time is sleeping. Dont move here or even look at places here.

I have lived here since 1999!! This place is awful!! I have watch management come and go other residents come and go, the staff doesnt have 2 follow the rules! We are not suppose to feed strays and or animals outside but one staff member haa about 20 cats that she feeds outside! Also you are suppose $20 a month for each pet u have. We also pay for garbage pick up , but the garbage company says what they will n wont pick up!! Its crazy they wont even pick up a t.v. I cant even let my 9 year old outside alone! Between the young kids in their Hondas speeding through out the park, or you get the ones blasting their bass at all hours of the night!!Want drugs?? Can find some on every block!!! Its amazing at how many drug dealers live here but yet they are not suppose to allow felons to live here. The GATES For this supposed gated community is a joke!!! They are supposed to b closed at all times except during school hours so like 6am to 8am then from 2:30pm to 4pm but they always seem to be open or broken! Lot rent goes up 15 to 20 dollars every year. Got kids?? Got a new born?? Want 2 go to.the pool think again!! No flots allowed or balls or anything u can have fun with! All u are aloud it so swim like and old person do laps. Our infant babys cant get in the pool unless u plan on carrying the baby the whole time u are at the pool!! When i tell u no floats i mean no floats i bought my baby one of the Floats he sits in and i was told i was not aloud to have that float in the pool either! And that if i did bring it in i would be asked to leave the pool area and would not be aloud access to the pool for about a week!!! The HOA is a joke!!!! I could go on and on about how crapie this place but i think u get the idea. If i could move out of here i would good luck to any and all who plan on moving in

I can clearly say that any positive feedback left on this site is fake and not to be trusted. The front office is only good for collecting payments, when a request is given, it is never complied and gets ignored. The neighborhood is run down by drug dealers in every street, office knows about it but wont do anything because they pay rent like the rest of the residents. Kids are not safe because if the speed racers of the community. I have been a resident for over six years and have been extremely patient with many factors that occur in the community mainly because I have another residence and am barely there, I have been requesting to have a tree removed for almost as long as Ive been there and its still has not been done, the day it falls on my car they will claim it was cause of nature and would not want to be liable. Security gates stay open for the convenience of the neighborhood behind MaiTai Village, I request for another tree branch removal after Hurricane destruction and it gets ignored, even though I pay for garbage disposal and only have enough to dump once a month. They claim to treat the land with chemicals but for as long as Ive been here never seen any action done.This negative feedback is to make future residents aware of what you might be getting into, you are on your own and the office is just a payment center.

Once she produces those documents they come up with yet another reason to disqualify her.. We have hired an attorney to sue this company for discriminating under the fair housing act
