Civil village is wonderful is it a place to live nice and quiet good security good people working in different departments I have nothing bad as I say about silver Star and I live here but if you go outside believe me somebody looking at you now not like before

Rats and roaches all over the mobile home park and nobody cares!!!!!!! We constantly had to put roach bombs and rat poisen in all 3 cars every month also had 2 car electrical wires eaten by rats. Thats money out my pocket every single month. People dont talk about it because its embarrassing but that is the truth. A few of my friends homes had rats running in the ceiling bords. The rats running around was so bad they had trouble sleeping.Also fleas in the grass and they cover your legs with flea bites. We moved out when they raised the rent again. It goes up ever year for no reason and no improvement.

Dont be fooled! Silver Star Village in Pine Hills looks alright. But, there is a lot of drama from residents. The management company is ***VERY*** corrupt. You can buy a mobile home for $5K or even $45K and you will have a really hard time reselling it when you want to get out. Rory Amaro is the manager and to me if she wants to take your mobile home Rory will do everything in her power to get you evicted and take your mobile home and flip it for a commission. Its very unfortunate that people like Rory exist in this world. WHY?From my experience Silver Star Village is infested with rats, roaches and stray cats running all over the place. The community dont do anything to care for the cats health.There are a lot of shops in the area but, its extremely high crime. Stay away from this mess!!!

Disgusting mobile home park located in high crime area. Silver Star Village has a rats, roaches and fleas infestations beyond words! We visited our family members and when we realized how poorly run the community is we immediately had our aunt put a For Sale sign up. We really dont care if the mobile home sells or not. The truth is we feel guilty selling it to anyone. Management is a shame! The staff is downright rude and unapproachable once you become a resident. The only time they will be nice is to get your application money and sell you one of their seized mobile homes. Eviction is very common at Silver Star Village. The office manager evicts people and seizes their home to make a profit.

This is the worst place I have ever lived in my life. The managers do nothing about the high crime rate and they will tow away your car for any reason. They keep raising the lot rent. When I moved there it was $115 per month. It is now $ 670 after six years. The owners of this village evict elderly women for any reason and steal their homes.

For as old as this community is, its in amazingly good shape. They do a lot of great activities for the residents throughout the year.

Great 55 plus community

I just purchased and moved in the community, it is quiet and peaceful. The office staff are very professional and caring.

Stay away!!! This place is horrible and seems to get worse every year. I wish I had the money and means to move my parents out of this place.The management here is always changing and seem to be corrupt and take advantage of the elderly residents who live here. They are also very rude if you question them about anything.At least once or twice a month residents here have to boil water for a week or more because the water main is always bursting somewhere in the neighborhood due to old pipes and it takes them forever to fix.There are farrel cats everywhere and they pee on everything.Fleas in the grass because they dont treat the property. You can also see rats running around if you drive through at night.They also raise the rent every year, but no improvements are ever done.If you are trying to find a place for your loved ones to live, I repeat, stay away from this place. They will be taken advantage of and you will regret allowing them to live here.-----UPDATE!!!What do you know? The water is shut off again (10/13/19) and there is a boil water notice.Like I said, this is a monthly thing here. The residents here will now have to boil water for at least a week or two.Ill continue to update this thread everytime this happens for everyone to see. Its only a matter of time before a lawsuit is filed.

Great experience a quiet peaceful community

The place looks nice...but there a lot of rumors about a rally bad management.Not a single person that I talked to when visiting like the administrator. They say she is harrasing the senior community acting like a dictatorship.. If you want to find out try and talk to the poor residents.

Thieves DRUGS Hookers Jerry Springer type of trailer park. It looks nice from the outside but, if you live here then, its a different story. The office management is CORRUPT & ABUSIVE.

Alot of rent money for this place. I like to move soon. it take a long time to sell my house because not to many people want to live over here in pine hill. i like to be in orlando but this place is not safety to me and my wife.

Avoid this trailer park in the middle of Pine Hills. The staff is sneaky in my opinion.

Believe me when I say Silver Star Village is only a little better than being homeless. Very trash people park.
