This place has a great location, near to restaurant road with a plethora of fine dining near by, Multiple theme parks, and many other entertaining venues. There is no other place like it in the location that it is in. Yes standard Florida Manufactured home park that is well maintained, with very courteous office staff.

Called made an appointment to see a $100,000 home, went in office lady was making copies and she said just a few minutes. 15 minutes later she’s on the phone and hands me a clipboard to fill out so I do. I lay it in the desk as she went back to making copies. 15 minutes later she is still making copies as I stand and watch her, over a half hour later we just walk out, she never said a word. my name and phone number were on the clip board, no call. Left there and went to windmill village in Kissimmee and bought a home. Thank you lady for not waiting on us, windmill village is a much nicer park.

Very quiet and clean

My wife and I stopped by friday to look at a home and pulling in we found a lot of homes that were not up kept and run down. It seems there is a HOA but they do nothing , many of the homes were missing skirts all or partial , the yards for the most were not kept up a very run down park , then the lot rent of 648 a month and add everything up nearly 700 a month for nothing.We had great expectations , the sales woman was not friendly at all although professional , we were interested in two homes one had a offer but we were not shown that one it seemed we were taking away from her day.The home we looked at was nice and we had check in hand ready to buy but paying nearly 700 a month with a 5% increase yearly you just expect a little more..

The woman who runs it Roxie--- she is a horrible rude lady and all she wants to do is run everybody with older mobile homes out to put in the new mobile homes that cost 40,000 + and then continue to raise the lot rent. God forbid you try to tale care of your der home... Her and her staff will make us stories. To get u out. I would have gave this a negative 5 start but you have to give it at least one.

I remember this place in 76... Then it was called Hidden Village. I guess thats why it still says Hidden Village Blvd. Back then it was an Adults Only Community. A very nice place.

Very nice mobile home park

55 and older gated community that is quiet, friendly and clean.

The place is full of nasty people and thw property manager was really unfriendly. Make sure you hire a lawyer.
