Very well kept over 55 Park. Residents are super friendly. Great place to retire. Close to shopping and entertainment.

A Great Community. Many Resort like features and amenities. Generally Friendly Residents. Management is mostly friendly and courteous with some rare exceptions, otherwise, very welcoming most of the time.I will post another review again in the near future as I learn more about Gulfstream Harbor.

I love this entire Community along with the security staff Esther Etc. At the front gate I also appreciate the security and peace of mind it gives my grandparents along with me and the rest of their family members. Theyre always improving and adding new things. It gives me time to spend with my grandmother. Basically who raised me. Playing bingo I love Gulfstream Harbor. All the staff is great and knowledgeable. The only thing that I would say that they should improve on is. Maybe put in cameras along with higher. A nighttime neighborhood watch associate to drive the perimeters at night. Other than that, I love the amenities. I love that keeps my grandmother safe. And I give the staff the administrative staff and security staff a 100. Thanks Gulfstream Harbor.

This place is so excellent for senior retired people.The administrative people are so polite kind and accomodative.i gave a five star to all of them.

Its very clean and wellMaintained. Not real pleased with the lawn cutting crew. They do a sloppy job.

Ive lived here for just over 2.5 years and have seen a definite decline in the care and maintenance of the common property. Although the lot rent has increased every year since Ive lived here, the quality of maintenance has decreased. Whenever I call the office with a problem everyone is very pleasant but I get alot of excuses and no resolution. Obviously not everyone cares for their property to the same standard, but everyone is required to keep their property neat. Unfortunately that is not the case, yet nothing is done to uphold the standards that was expected of us when our homes were purchased.If Sun Homes and Gulfstream management choose, they can restore this community to 5 stars.

Not sure how they pretend to sell their advertised new homes if the receptionist at the sales office does not have the courtesy to even acknowledge your presence.They will for sure sell the homes but imagine how they will treat you after you have made a commitment and possibly need help with something regarding the community I went there to take a look around and stood in the office for 5 minutes while no one even looked at me to say hello.The receptionist saw me but kept being busy on the phone and would not make eye contact even though I was 3 feet away from her.A simple smile and hand gesture would have sufficed but the receptionist body language and face expression clearly told me she did not want to help me.

Nice 55+ community

I have lived here for 8 years and love it. So much to do and such nice people live here. It is a very active place to be. Every weekend something is going on at the beautiful clubhouse, dinner dances, entertainment, you name it we have it. things going on every afternoon. Its a great place to be!

I called to ask if children can live with their parents but they said no unless they are a caregiver to the parents. But i know from personal experience thats not true because i know a 27 year old that lives with his mom and he is not a caregiver. 7 9 2 5 Rum Cay. So why not allow it for others. My dad is 76 and my mom is 56. My brother just turned 21. Its unfair.

I lived here for two years, couldnt take the heat of Florida summers. This is a very nice community, very quiet, great people. Its like living at a resort. Nice pools (3) one heated, two hot tubs, sauna, work out rooms. Nice safe streets to walk, jog, ride a bike. Pride of ownership shows, as most homes are very neat and well kept. Shopping and medical close by, as is the airport. Its a nice place to live!

I live here and it is definitely one of the nicer manufactured home communities in Orlando but the lot fees are increasing every year. If they continue at the same rate, in another 6 years it will be $800. That may not seem like much compared to an apartment but the majority of the folks that live here are retirees on a fixed income. The increase rate is going to start pushing people out and keeping others away. Its obvious the company that owns Gulfstream is making money hand over fist without much concern for the residents struggle to pay their rent.

A very active 55 and older community. Many things to do period three pools and Jacuzzis. Very relaxed and peaceful place to live

Its my home its like a mini Resort only thing is they dont fluff up our pillows haha

I live here and love the place they keep everything up so nice Clubhouse is great have two clubhouses three pools you couldnt ask for fine or Neighbors I recommend it to anybody who wants to buy and live here.

Great place to live.. Lots od things to do. There is no way to get bored. Is like a miny town. Love it.

We moved into GulfStream Harbour after retirretiring, we have found that the Residents(inmates ), Park & Sales Office Personal and Park Maintenance to be very Friendly, Caring & Ready to Help how ever they can better than for any of the 55+ Community we have checked into before purchasing here.

Poor poor prep for Irma. A lot of people got left behind cause they had no notice till firemarshall came thru or they were to old with animals and couldnt go no where. New owner took over and took away the new club house that we could of used for protection. Because if we used the club houses and lost our homes that would be our shelter and/or they mite have to put us up in a place! Poor management

Looking for a place for my mom to move in. I love the fishing pond (catch and release) and the park with lots of trees but otherwise I was not impressed with the homes as they were badly laid out and there were many old eyesore homes there.

Nice place to live if you can afford the high lot rent. Some residents are very mean.
