Cute trailer park

This is one of the nicer ones as far as mobile home parks go. They are quite strict about outside appearances such as not allowing vehicles to be parked on streets, or on the lawn, and they regularly send out notices to pressure wash driveways, homes, and keep the lawn looking good.They require a criminal background report on all members on the lease over the age of 18, which is fantastic as it weeds out sex offenders. The amenities included are a park, small basketball court, swimming pool, and laundry room with a soda machine.The staff are all generally nice, and helpful.

Very nice place to live in. Stayed here a couple of times and its really quiet and safe. Management its great. Isaac the maintenance guy its awesome. Hes always been very helpful, and its a nice person to talk to. Awesome experience and fully recommend.

Im proud of my neighborhood. Me and my family has lived here for almost 2 years , plus I have other family that lives here. Weve had no major issues with anyone, I feel safe living in this neighborhood, and feel that they keep it do a good job of making sure that the park looks presentable as possible. As well as our amenities are well kept.

We’ve been here for several years now and have no complaints. We have great neighbors and the community staff is wonderful! They work really hard to ensure the community is clean and safe.

Lived there for 9 years. It was as good as it gets. Office manager is very by the book. Great family atmosphere. Playground could use some better shade. Pool closures are little ridiculous for Floridas unpredictable weather. Maintenance man sucks.

My family and I lived a Audubon Village Community for 12 years, and never had a day of trouble. We had several managers and they all worked hard to keep the community tops. The services that they provided were always with a good neighbor policy. They looked after the amenities, like the pool to keep it clean, and workable. Also, if some one did not follow the rules they worked to remove them from the park. and caused the neighbors no strife. We felt very comfortable and at home there, I recommend it very highly to all who want a home-sweet-home.

Just an excellent place. Very happy with the staff and accommodations. MOVE4ALL, INC. did an excellent job moving us as well. This has been an all around great experience for us.

Do not move into this place they have bed bug infestation now so dont have no weed or drugs in their park even if its prescription weed you go to the pool you cant take nothing but a bottle of water in there no cigarettes no soda no beer no nothing and theres no city bus stop six miles from the nearest city bus stop so I give this one no stars if I could

If you live here its a nightmare. The maintenance guy climbs in back yards and spies on peoples privacy. The hoa doesnt write there own violations they allow the unlicensed maintenance man to leave everybody violations. I wasnt even in the grass the other day and have lived here for 8 years, but had the tow truck driver sent to get my vehicle where he drags my car and takes a picture of the vehicle. The property manager seems to make a cut off the tow truck company as he gives her a cutback for every vehicle she allows him to take. I Would not recommend living here to anybody unless you want to feel trapped with someone spying on you and her waiting to get her bonus from taking vehicles.

Nice community , they do lots of events for the residents. But their policies on visitors and what you can have in your driveway and yard could be revamped.

My family and I were been living here for more than 5 years and we havent a single problem in this community.The pool are nice and clean all the time, also the surroundings are nice and clean.No annoying neighbors. You will not see the police in any time. Its a quite community. Nice to raise your childs.100% recommended

I dont know whats going on with Google Maps but for the last few days its been going absolutely insanely crazy its been giving me crazy directions that at times are double what they normally are in other words if it takes me 15 minutes to get there its telling me 30 and its not traffic-related the app its just been going haywire

SHE EVEN THREATENS TO TAKE YOU TO COURT, PUTS A LIEN ON YOUR PAID OFF MOBILE HOME! DOES EVERYTHING IN HER POWER FOR YOU TO LOSE YOUR MOBILE HOME THEN SHE BUYS IT FOR CHEAP, CANDY COATS THE MOBILE HOMES AND THEN SELL IT FOR TRIPLE THE AMOUT THAT THE MOBILE HOME COST! SHE IS VERY SELFISH AND COLD HEARTED INDIVIDUAL! THEY ALSO HAVE A DEAL WITH TOW TRUCKS AND WILL TOW YOUR VEHICLE WHEN YOU VISIT LOVED ONES! THEN OF COURSE YOU HAVE TO PAY TO GET YOUR VEHICLE BACK!
