Went with my husband, son, daughter- in-law and their 1 year old. It was something there for everyone. Nice big outdoor places to explore that helped with social distancing. The feeding show was very educational and there was a lot of opportunities for awesome pictures and video. Lots more to offer than just Alligators.

This is a great place for kids around 8-12 years old. Lots of other critters besides alligators, although there are a bunch of those from juveniles up to adults, and the worlds largest crocodile. We brought our grandsons, ages 10 and 12 and spent about 2 hours. The only downside is I thought it was a bit pricey and there are no discounts available anywhere, online or through the hotels.

My family and I arrived first thing in the morning and truly had the entire park to ourselves. It was great to let our kids run about and be unfettered by the constraints of a crowd. The only downside to our early bird schedule was the chill in the air; making for more lethargic animals than normal.Yet our children enjoyed every aspect of this park, and were enthralled by the gator feeding. This is definitely a good place to take a break from the beach and enjoy a well-maintained, well-staffed animal encounter.

We went around 1:30 on Wednesday and had a great time! The snakes all were crazy active and moving around, we got to see the Bob cats being fed as well as a bunch of other animals. We brought family from out of town but Ive been going since I was a child, this was the best visit Ive had. Great staff who answered questions and had time to take with us. Id give more stars if possible

Great place to catch Covid! Months ago I was attacked by other patrons in front of my wife and child because I was wearing a mask. The manager (30 something blonde female) got mad at me and insinuated I must have said something to cause the problem. They then called the police after I insisted I didnt want to press charges. The police then showed up and insisted I must have said something to provoke the attack and people dont need to wear masks inside and they cant enforce it. I asked what I could have said that would allow for people to attack me and they stared at me angrily. After years of bringing people to this facility and being an advocate, I now must speak up and let people know this place doesnt care if you wear a mask and if you wear one you may be attacked.

This place is totally rad! My family & I came here a couple days ago and LOVED IT!! We are big reptile people & this was one of the best reptile parks around. Review №24

Overall, the living quarters for most of these animals are pretty cramped. The reptiles that are inside definitely need more room, with some of them not even being that much shorter than their enclosures, and some of the snakes being much too big for their cases.Very interesting, but there definitely is room for improvement for quality of life for these animals when it comes to adequate spacing.

Review №25

This is something different to visit at the beach however I did feel a bit bad for some of the mammals they keep. The enclosures are small and some of the animals seemed stressed or bored. There are a lot of alligators here and the shows are nice. They have many snakes, turtles and lizards as well. I know it is not a proper zoo and they have a limited area to keep animals but Id like to see bigger or more stimulating enclosures for the mammals.

Wh
Review №26

This place was essentially a mini zoo for alligators and a few other animals. The prices werent the cheapest but this is understandable when considering how much the upkeep of the animals is. All you do is walk around and site see like a typical zoo with an occasional show where they feed the alligators. I will mention the place isnt very shady so I recommend bringing a hat and wearing sun screen as 3/4 of the exhibits are outdoors. The exhibits in doors were nicely cool. They offer a little gift shop at the end which is as pricy as typical zoos. On another. Note I did not see any places where they were or possibly would sell food so eat before hand.

Safety is definitely important here and they make sure everyone enjoying themselves safely around these exotic but dangerous animals. 100% recommend a family visit here.

**TIP: Go in the off season, go on a week day.Weve passed this place for years assuming it was another small gimmicky place with a gator or two and a guy dressed up like Steve Erwin doing a typical show. Thankfully we finally tried it. Mid sized zoo, EXTREMELY good variety from lemurs to squirrel monkeys, many snakes to a huge 20ft long croc and some very big alligators. I was equally impressed by the variety of crocodilians they had. We went on a week day in December and there were only maybe 20 other visitors in the park/we had it to ourselves.(Beats the weekend crowds!) Staff was friendly and it took us a good 2 hours to see everything. Very happy we finally visited, will be back! Our favorite exhibits beside the crocs/gators/caimans was the Galapagos tortoises, Hyenas and huge owls they had.

Extremely disappointed in this place. We have gone here for many years and they have reduced the water area with alligators in half. They have done away with second day admission on paid admission. They have neglected the upkeep of the park facilities. They have discontinued the reptile show and the show and tell of baby alligators. The park decking is in need of repair with some boards very soft feeling. Many of the Crocodile stalls were empty. Not recommended any more for the price. Very sorry to see this place go down. Our Grand Children always look forward to visiting here but until repairs and rework is done we will not be back.
