This place is definitely the #1 place for parasailing!!! We had the best time everyone was so nice and I got sea sick and the 1st mate was amazing and so nice!!! Wish I could thank him personally for his kindness!!! If we come back we will be doing this again!!! Thanks for such an amazing and memorable time!!!

Very nice and friendly staff. They were attentive and made sure we had a good and safe time. You can tell that they all enjoy working here and love to put in the extra effort to make everyone have a great time. One concern was the price of the pictures. It is $50 to have your pictures emailed to you. Overall, it was a great experience and would recommend this place to anyone!

I gave you guys 5 stars because my 2 loved the banana boat ride and the parasailing. My girls said the guys on the jet skis were very nice and the captain of the boat was also nice. But I will have to say the young girls working under the tent are very rude. Their attitudes need big improvements. They were just plain awful to me cause I couldnt get my pictures that I paid for to download. For the price we paid they need to be a more professional to people.

They were all very friendly and fun to be around. We were all nervous and they helped make the experience a blast. The guy on the boat helping the captain is a sweetheart! We would definitely highly recommend this place above any others....you felt like you had been friends with them for years.

We had a fantastic family experience with Aloha Watersports. Everyone that we came in contact with was committed to fun and safety. We took three generations of our family up into the air for a beautiful view of the Grand strand and the northernmost point. The views were amazing and Grandma felt safe at every moment from the time she left the shore, got onto the boat, and went high up in the air. Smiles on everyones faces! Great memories for everyone as well and some fantastic pictures for reminiscing many years on down the road.We had so much fun that we decided to take the dolphin tour on jet skis. While it was a different experience, it may have been even better.This company and these people are professionals at fun and safety. They will give you a great vacation experience!john m

This was one of the best experiences of my life! It was so much fun and its really two for one because they take you out to the boat on a banana boat! Once youre in the air, its quiet and peaceful and the scenery is beautiful. If you have the opportunity you should definitely go!

The banana boat was really fun and was longer than any other I had done with other companies. We had such an awesome time parasailing with Aloha Watersports! Even though it was raining and they had to shut down after us, they did all that they could to still ensure that we had an awesome time and got everyone up in the air! I definitely would not hesitate to sail with them again! They also had the best deal around Myrtle Beach! The banana boat ride was so fun! Our captain and his mate were totally awesome! We couldnt have asked for better! Mother nature could have cooperated with us better but that is no fault to Aloha! THEY ROCK and I cant wait to go back and sail with them again! It was definitely an experience of a lifetime! It was raining so hard when we finished that we couldnt get our picture package and they really made my day by still being able to provide that to us! Parasailing was amazing. And from the moment we checked to the moment we checked out everyone was so friendly. The check in girl, the life jacket gal, the guy givi us instructions, the 3 boys holding the banana boat, the jet ski driver and the 2 guys on the boat!!! Great experience!!!

The one thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the cost. 216 for the ride and thats with the discount and pictures were 100. I would have truly happy if the pictures were included in the 216 cost. They are sent by email. Why 100 to email me pictures? But, yes very nice people and rides. Go, just bring the money.

We had SO much fun on our parasailing adventure. I went (40-something mom) with my 11 and 14 year old kids. It was a perfect was to end / make memorable our week at the beach. I researched a lot of outfitters - Aloha Watersports got good (and safe!) Reviews. They did not disappoint. The staff was friendly, helpful and came across as professional and efficient.I gave 4 stars because I would have liked some help with social distancing during check in/payment. Otherwise I was able to maintain distance myself - I felt very safe, the staff were fun attentive. It was totally worth the cost and I would definitely recommend Aloha Watersports to vacationers in North Myrtle /Cherry Grove.

Oh my word! We had the best time parasailing today! And the banana boat ride out and in was awesome! Captain Randy and Mike were so fun, and the rest of the staff was super friendly too. We will definitely come back.

We rented the 2020 24ft pontoon boat for the whole day. The boat capitated a bunch and was very frustrating. The motor was not cut out for that boat. We got stranded on an empty tank and had to have a friend come and bring us some gas at ocean isle. Then on the way back the fuel gage said empty and had to fill up again and only put 5 gallons in. The fuel gage was broken. At the beginning we were told that the boat held 30 gallons and the tag on the boat only said 17. Will not be renting from them again.

Great experience and nice staff! However, youre not allowed to take your phone, and a single picture to be emailed to you is $25, or a flight of pictures $50. Unfortunately we have no pictures to remember the experience.

My friend and I booked a package that included both parasailing and jet skiing. For the most part, everyone was very nice. They explained safety procedures very well. They were a very knowledgeable group. The only two things that I have to say is that I wish the parasailing pictures were a little better. However, I think the group did the best they could with the weather that we had that day. Also, the equipment and safety life jackets are a little worn out but I still highly recommend them!

Amazing, friendly staff! We went parasailing for a great price and you get to banana boat to the speedboat so that was a great plus. They had a small locker for our stuff too. Overall amazing experience!

Very fun and very nice people, but the photos are a total rip off. It’s $25 for one of the pictures, and $50 for the entire album but only for one flight. My group was split into 4 flights and to buy all the pictures it was $172, and two groups on one boat got a lot more/better pictures than the other two groups on another boat. We picked this place over other options because it seemed like the best deal to pay for everyone, but it ended up being more than we thought and the pictures were so expensive. It still might be better in comparison with other businesses, you would have to look into it because I’ve only gone with Aloha Sports. If you’re not too worried about the cost, it’s really fun to ride the banana boats out to the boat and back, and parasailing is fun too and really peaceful. One of our groups even saw a group of sharks feeding on fish. In the two times I’ve done it, altogether we saw sharks, sea turtles, and even a HUGE Manta ray, of course we saw jellies and fish too.

Our guides were awesome! The water was a little rough so they made sure we were safe and took us a different route and we still had a blast! It was my kids first time riding and they said they loved it and wanna do it again! Thanks for a great time Aloha!

Worst experience of my vacation!! I had a 2pm reservation. It was almost 5pm before my kids got to parasail. Then I pay $25 expecting to get a picture. I get a e-mail!!?? Took my family on the Dolphin cruse and got a great picture in a frame for $25. Yes they charge you $25 for a e-mail. Mind you I had to wait an hour for the e-mail because the captain did not upload his photos. It was almost 6:30 p.m. when I left I will never go back. Find somewhere else!!!!

Did the Pairisailing with Banana boat and then the Jet ski Dolphin tour with the family and we all loved it. Great experience and biggest bang for your buck. Would do it again!

Ride was good and fun. Amount of time in the air was good as well. Staff was very friendly. Had to wait a long time even though we had an appointment, It seemed a lot of people showed up without appts and were accommodated making our wait time longer.

Our family has made this part of our vacation for many years. The kids have grown up riding on back of the adults and today they bring their new spouses on board with them. ( we have all realized we prefer to have our own jet ski due to control issues. Buddy and team are always ready to oblige!)Aloha Watersports is fantastic and loads of fun! We have always had excellent care and room for play.*PS Covid19 update!.......... while this is an outdoor facility, the restroom is a portable unit with walls and a door. I was totally blown away with the quality of TP Buddy was providing his clients and the accessibility to sanitizer and soap! I havent experienced service anywhere since the virus broke out in March.Keep up the good work guys, we will be back!

One of the girls that worked at the tent where you pay was rude but the experience was still awesome! We are in town from Louisville Kentucky and were first timers on the banana boat AND parasailing. It was an amazing experience and is unforgettable! My favorite part is when Captain Caddilac and First Mate Drake teabagged me in the water. We will most def do it again!

Save your money and time and pick a different company to go parasailing with! We signed up for a time slot, which was pointless because we showed up 20 minutes early and still had to wait nearly 2 hours on the beach. When they finally loaded us on the boat, they only let you up in the air for 5 minutes. Then you have to pay $25 for ONE photo. If you wanted more photos, you had to pay $50. Complete rip-off and waste of time. This was my third time parasailing and My other experiences were great with other companies. But this one was the absolute worst.

The captains were friendly & great, but the front staff were all very, very rude. Ignored my family and I when standing at the desk as they all played on their phones. Wonderful experience parasailing, yet terrible service. Disappointed. Oh, and there’s no point in scheduling a time slot. We had to wait 1.5 hours at least in line even after we called ahead and scheduled! Talk about frustrating.

We stayed in Surfside beach but opted for aloha for our parasailing experience! They did not disappoint! My son wants to come back every year! And an added bonus they are the cheapest parasailing experience around plus the coupon in the monster book saved us a huge amount!!! Thank you aloha waterspouts for an amazing opportunity! We will be back to see y’all next year!!!

The banana boat ride was the best ask for Sam the parasailing was great all captains were knowledgeable and made me feel truly comfortable and safe I was solo so they sent someone up with me and he made the entire trip magnificent I had a wonderful timeAlthough there was a bit of confusion with my pics the manager made everything good. All and all I highly recommend themIf I make it back with my grandkids they are who I will fly with every time

My experience here was terrible! Won’t recommend this place. “ Buddy” supposedly manager was very unprofessional non-educated and very rude ! Another manger tried giving us a $20 off coupon plus an additional rider for free but since the service was so bad I wouldn’t have gotten it even if it was for free!

So it was just ok. We were taken out by a banana boat to meet the parasailing boat. Fun but I had young kids and flying solo with 2 on the banana boat was a bit daunting. the guy was going so fast it was holding for dear life it felt like. Our boat captain randy was awesome and nice but we only got up in the air for about 7 mins and thats at most. the problem was the ride back to land on the banana boat again. The guy was going so fast back to shore everyone in our boat fell off but 1. Came close to breaking my hand holding on. Lost a pair of good glasses because of the fall. Hot mess at the end. Also beware of a number if random fees that come up ...like a locker fee. They dont tell.you ahead of time that you cant go out on the boat ride with ANYTHING. And then theres a credit card usage fee. And if you want personal pics from the boat and sail, you have to look at them quickly as the gal shows you them on an iPad out in the sun where you cant really see the pics and thats your only chance to get them. Ultimately Id pick a different place to use next time. Especially for the amount of time in the air and the yard sale of people the guy pulling the banana boat caused.

Ive done banana boats and parasailing here. Ive found that its best to go early in the morning as you wont have to wait long since this is pretty popular. The staff here is nice - the jet ski captains are fun and the guys that hookup the banana boats are helpful and patient - and things are run great. I paid $100 for 2 people to parasail, this was reasonable to me since you get to go on the banana boat and parasail. Bring cash if you want to avoid paying the credit card fee ($3). Overall its a good value and really fun. Btw, if you look in Myrtle Beach coupon books you can usually find a coupon!
