This place was so great to visit! We were in on an early afternoon and decided to try a tasting and were not disappointed! The young girl at the counter was so nice and informative. They have a large selection and most all of their wines come in sweet, medium, and dry. We were able to do a tasting of 7 for only $4! I highly recommend checking this place out. They also have a nice selection of other wine related retails items too.

Great varieties and wonderful tastes!!

First, Ill start with we had 3 kids with us and wanted to go in but some places dont allow kids and we were hesitant. We were able to browse and the kids sat inside. Sipping Cindywas absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. We had a great experience here and the kids got popcicles. Hands down, if youre in barefoot landing and strolling through the shops, you need to pop in here and look. Well worth the stop!!

We have been coming here for years! Tonight Conrad was helping us and he was AMAZING. Between my mom, sister and I we bought 4 cases of wine! We are from Ohio & this is our favorite stop during our trip to Myrtle Beach! Conrad was so helpful and friendly! He made our visit extra special this year. Thank you Conrad!! :)

While there (18 months ago), the wines were flavorful and good and the staff was amazing. We really enjoyed our tasting and bought 7 different bottles. First bottle tasted like pickled peach brine... terrible. Just opened our second bottle... same. These bottles must not have been sealed correctly. Makes me very leery of the remaining 5 bottles. We may end up having to make a sangria from them.5 stars for the visit but (presumably) 7 bottles of vinegar really drop your rating.UPDATE: Final count - 4 bottles of vinegar, 3 bottles of wine

Stopped in and did a tasting. The staff was friendly, helpful and professional. They have a nice selection of a variety of types of wines. A few of the ones we sampled were very good. Boardwalk Winery located at Broadway at the Beach is owned by the same individual. So they have the same wines available.

I went there for a wine tasting and ended up loving their blackberry wine. I wish there was a away i could get it here in Ohio because it was so great i couldnt stop drinking it..to me it taste like drinking blackberry juice..

Stopped in today for our first visit to this winery. Nice shop with a great selection of fruit wines. From dry to super sweet and everything between. Our bar tender which was the owners son, was very knowledgeable and easy going. He guided us through our tasting based on our reactions to the wine. Great visit to a storefront winery.

Wonderful Experience! I am a person who rarely drinks alcohol. I came in with my older children for a tasting and was pleasantly surprised at the variety of delicious wines. The atmosphere is warm and friendly and the idea of tasting the wines prior to purchasing is wonderful. Since my first tasting, I make a point of stopping in at each visit to Myrtle Beach. These wines make fabulous souvenirs for friends (if you can part with them). They really are delicious.

Sorry service. He was too busy talking with ladies to worry about customers. Anytime an employer looks at his watch when hes being asked a question it tells the customer he doesnt care what they need just get out. I wouldnt spend a penny is in this store for this reason

Husband and I went here after a very disappointing tasting at Duplin. This is by far this best wine your 15 bucks can buy. Its so good in fact we are driving 3 hours away right now just to buy more.

We enjoyed visiting Carolina Winery so much on our vacation, we went back a second time. We did the wine tasting and the service was great. $3 to taste 7 wines and $1 to keep your glass. We liked quite a few of them and ended up purchasing a few bottles for a good price. Great experience. Thank you!

Very great experience. The first time I was there the invitation to come in and taste the greatness was amazing.I was there again on my birthday a week ago and the same great hospitality was extended.

Loved it , all there wines are great and employees are super friendly been coming here for 10 years.

We stopped in to kill some time before we met family for dinner. It took some time before the lady working behind the counter was able to get to us. She was friendly and poured generously so we werent complaining. However, they did need more bartenders in there for the amount of traffic they receive. We bought a bottle, some wine glasses and a wine slushie. Before we left my sister noticed a wine glass that she wanted to trade out with the one she already purchased. I understand this is annoying to any one working in hospitality but the other bartender got very short with us over this. We will most likely not be back just because it was too slow and the negative interaction with the bartender before we left.

Worst dry reds I’ve ever tasted, and Ive tasted plenty of bad dry reds. The winemaker needs to stay with fruit wine, which were decent.

I love the wine slushy here. Perfect drink to walk around with on a summer day. The staff is awesome. The wine tastings are fruit wines but very good.

We had a great experience, this is a hidden gem at Barefoot Landing shops, they did some pretty cool things with their wines that Ive never seen before, and Ive been to the Finger Lakes. They offered the same wines in different sweet or dry levels. They were very friendly and made recommendations based on the feedback we provided.

This is a tasting room with a wide variety of wines from around the world. My wife likes dry and semi-dry Riesling and not much else while I am a dry red guy. Dennis pulled together an interesting tasting for both of us, and we bought some wine. He was a great host and we had a wonderful time.

Outstanding wine. Easily goes toe to toe with wineries that have been around much longer like the Biltmore. Would definitely recommend. My personal favorite is the summer rental.

Great place for hard to find Fruit Wine.

We did the wine tasting at their store in January and ended up buying 4 bottles to take home. We just opened the first bottle, High Tide their Syrah, to find it complete spoiled. We opened the 2nd thinking it was a fluke and the red Sangiovese was ruined as well. So at this point we opened the 3rd, the Malbec and it too ruined. The 4th bottle, the Southern Belle proved to be the only one semi tolerable to drink, but still tasted like soured vinegar. After closer examination, we found that all synthetic corks were not properly sealed during the bottling stage and therefore allowed air to penetrate inside. Needless to say, we will not return nor purchase anymore wine from this vineyard. Save your money!
