One of the coolest experiences Ive had in a while. Great vacay activity, loved it so much the first day that we came back and played for an hour before we got on the road. Nexus also has a great reservation system on their website that made the whole process much easier

We had so much fun. The place was clean and a great way to spend the evening indoors in air conditioning. The games were fun and the host was friendly.

Really fun experience. My 15yr old played the racing seat one, he said the games were a blast. My 10yr old played the standing room and of course loved it. We have the Sony vr at home, he said he liked this much better than the home version. I played the vr that you walk on it was fun, it definitely wore me out after 25 mins of running around. Something fun and different to do.

My son had a wonderful time! A bit pricey for some but what you expect for 2 hrs of play. Will come again Im sure...

This place is so fun! We had such a blast we went back 3 more times that week. The free standing one is the best. It doesn’t make you sick. It’s interactive video games that keep you active. Completely realistic!

Took my 3 teenagers. They played for an hour and begged the rest of the week to go back. Great place to go to do something diffrent. We dont have one of these at home. Worth the money and visit. Half to go on website and pick appt times and pay on time. He also, gave them a few extra mins getting them strapped on early.

We had such a great time at VR Arcade! I took my teenage son and his friends and they had a blast. The surprising part was how much fun my wife and I had. I highly recommend this place. I had such a great time at the VR Arcade. I played Arizona Sunshine VR for 30 minutes. I would recommend this to anyone looking to try VR Vive. Staff were very friendly and fun while playing. If you got stuck they would also help you during the game so you dont waste to much playing time. Thank you for such a awesome experience!

Nice place, stations have different VR booths for different types of experiences. Cool setup. Might be a good idea (if applicable) for staff to ask if headset is set comfortably while they equip it. (Was pinching nose a little) So Myrtle Beach has a cool VR place here at Nexus.

This is a terrific place to experience VR. They have high quality equipment and dedicated room-scale, sitting, and treadmill experiences. The sitting experiences (such as for roller coasters and racing) are mechanical and not passive to enhance the immersion. I took my nephews (16 and 18) on vacation and they really enjoyed themselves - highlight of their trip. The selection of games is awesome and the group tickets are a real bargain for VR outlets. If you have always wanted to try VR - go for it. Im 58 and found the experience so compelling I bought gear for myself after I got home - and Im really not a gamer. Thats how great the Nexus experience was - super easy, great staff - we were in VR in minutes after paying and got the full value of our time there. Highly recommended.

Most novel experience since playing Angry Birds on a touch screen. The staff (Tom) is extremely welcoming and guides you through the whole process. I asked a lot of questions and he provided so much useful info.The Omni running thing took a minute or two to get comfortable, but you get accustomed to it quick. The games I played with my sister were collaborative and competitive. I will always stop in when I’m in town. Great experience for all ages, my sister and I are early-mid 20s.

I have had many opportunities to enjoy The Nexus VR Arcade because I am a local. We are always pleased with the options we have - the number of games available, Google Earth experience, and the different equipment to choose from. The service is great and the attendants are knowledgeable and friendly. I recommend it for all ages!

Great experience. My wife and I took our 7 year old son and had a good time. We all shared 1 hour of time and it was a blast. Owner and staff were very helpful and accommodating. Was a great detour from the beach/pool scene after breakfast.

RUN RUN RUN do not go here !!!!!!We paid for the 2 hour session .First off it was Very hot after checking the thermostat, It was set on heat 74 degrees, come on guys we are moving around a good bit Please adjust the temperature down . The gentleman was helpful and Friendly. The female needs to be more patient . It was apparent she was definitely frustrated as she had to help us switch stations.It wasn’t busy.

Husband and I went to check it out and we both loved it. Cant wait to come back.

I was on a vacation when I visited the Nexus VR Arcade in 2019. It was a clean facility and they had a big selection of games to play. Their helpful staff explained how the equipment worked and made sure everything was adjusted to fit me. I enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere, even though some other excited players screamed in amusement of the virtual roller coaster. Id recommend this venue to anyone who enjoys video games , especially for tween and teen events.

It was one of the coolest experiences Ive ever done my mom and I rode the roller coaster 3D and it was like awesome. It really felt like we were on a real roller coaster the graphics were great and the seats moved it was the best thing ever. I think that everyone should at least experience it one time.

We brought 4 teenage boys on a rainy day and they loved it! We booked two hours on two stations. The staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. We will definitely go back when we’re in the area again. Highly recommend!

My two children (17 and 10) and I visited the VR Arcade July 17, 2019 while vacationing in Myrtle Beach. They absolutely loved it! One on the driving games were down when we first arrived but it was back operating way before we left. I paid for two sessions but started to feel queasy from the game and the owners let my daughter use my second session! Awesome awesome guys and great service! Now back home in North MS, my kids are still raving about the experience.. Think about expanding guys :)

This was the first time my friend and I had done any kind of VR, and it was fantastic! I didnt get the mans name but he had glasses and red hair with a beard, he was very cool and helped my friend and I to learn and play the games. It was an amazing first experience and any time we come back to the area, we are sure to play at least an hour!

This is the second time weve visited Nexus VR Arcade while in Myrtle Beach on vacation. The staff was friendly and helpful, the equipment was top notch. There were 4 of us (all adults). We had a great time. This is now one of the must dos whenever we are in town.

I like video games but i’m not the best at them and they helped me figure out how to play and made it so it was not intimidating at all. This would be a great place to go as an adult or take your kids!

Great selection of games and multiple forms of VR rigs(Full racing chairs, running platforms, normal VR rooms). Great and friendly service. Note cheapest for one or two short sessions but worth it if you invest in a few or more sessions and come back every now and then. Same consistently good service everytime from people who care about the VR platform from a personal viewpoint and will go out of their way to make sure you have a great VR experience.

Wonderful staff. I played a zombie shooter game on an omni directional pad so I could walk in any direction while I played. My girlfriend tried it out and immediately got some mild motion sickness and wanted to stop so they offered her a full refund. So definitely pick a game that doesnt have much motion if youre prone to motion sickness. They can work with you on thatVery friendly staff. If I lived closer Id go there really often

It was a fun experience. My son and I both did 30 minutes and the staff worked with both of us to make sure everything was set up the way it needed to be and we understood all the games. The graphics and the games could use some work but we are also in the beginning stages of these games and they will continue to get better. I have recommended this to several people. Some have already been and loved it. I cant wait to take my son back!

The manager (maybe he is the owner?) Is so freaking nice. My family of 9 spent tons of time here on our vacation and had a blast! This is lots of fun for kids and adults... really enjoyable!!!! The prices are fair too. We will be back again next year. Also, the guys who help you get going in each area are very helpful, patient, and always have a friendly smile. I can for sure tell that they appreciated us choosing there to have fun!

Staff are friendly, they have lots of VR games, from simple games like Superhot to racing games with wind and G forces. If you ever go through Myrtle beach, you have got to this place.

I went here today and had a blast! Great service, very nice staff and super fun games! My personal favorite was Beat Saber, a rhythm game, but they have all sorts of stuff. Horror, action, puzzle, shooters, music, etc. The omnidirectional treadmill was an experience like no other. Didn’t try the roller coaster or the racing games, but I will definitely try it next time. It was great mate, I rate 8/8. I will definitely come here next time I’m in town.

Really fun experience. A must try if youve never done it before. Very high quality equipment too, low friction pads, so you can walk as if you were on a treadmill without the worry of running into a wall, as well as hydraulic seats for the racing simulator, which gives the feeling that you are actually in a moving vehicle. The prices are OK, $15 for 15 minutes up to $45 for an hour, which isnt too bad. You get a better deal if you go with a group of three or more.

I saw this place in a coupon book while I was on vacation and as soon as I saw it, I flipped out and I just had to go. The price may be a little ridiculous, but thats what helps pay for more VR headsets and more games. The person that works there was super awesome and nice and he helped me with everything since it was my first VR experience. They had a good amount of games like Beat Saber, Gorn, Superhot VR, etc. The VR headset that I used was the HTC Vive and it didnt lose tracking once since it was a box area to play in. In conclusion, if youre looking for a VR experience and youre in the Myrtle Beach area, then this place is a must-go.
